The best way to see Brian Fallon and the Crows is up close and personal. I couldn't get any closer at Humphreys than front row against the stage. It was a smaller crowd which led to some great and often humorous interaction from Brian. I've seen quite a few shows from his different groups, both East and West coast, and this by far was the most entertaining.

Ryan truly is an amazing musician, and an incredibly genuine guy. He still works for his fans unlike the large names in the music world, and genuinely cares that each and every one of us is there. You can feel the passion in Bingham music, and you can taste it in a Bingham show. Thank you for being a part of so many lives Ryan! ROCK ON!!!!!!!

Ryan Bingham and the Dead Horses performed in an intimate setting at New Orleans House of Blues to a packed house. They were in great form. Ryan was personable and happy and it came through in his music. He told stories of his early music career and interacted with the crowd. A great time was had by all!

Great Venue in a great city with a top artist. Ryan and the Dead Horses had the place alive and loud. One of Ryan's best shows ever. Really enjoyed the new songs from the upcoming album.

I think I've probably seen my last Ryan Bingham concert. I love Ryan Bingham music, especially his first CD. But, I've seen Ryan 3 times in concert, and each time it was so loud, I was just glad for it to be over, or for an intermission so I could get up and go. The music is so loud, you can't even hear the guitar licks. And, my ears are still ringing with white noise.

His music is unbelievably great whether he and the band are wailing away on guitars and keyboard with Change Is, or he stands alone mesmerizing us with the poetic Snake Eyes. His voice is so unique and the music so authentic it feels more like a conversation. Song after song had everyone singing along. Wish it could have been a bigger space so that the great music wasn t boxed in.

Ryan Bingham and his band were a true pleasure to watch and hear. I called both my sons, both musicians, in Philadelphia immediately after we left the show and impressed upon them how much I felt that they must not miss him there. In addition to really knowing their music all the musicians played extremely well together and when there was a problem with the keyboards no-one was put out in the least switching to other instruments and numbers given the crew time to deal with the problem, they did! The lyrics, in and of themselves pretty dashed good, were delivered with a little bit of cynicism, a lot of passion, and a voice that at times had a little of Tom Waits in it and a whole lot of Woodie Guthrie's passion. Great show.

I don't know if the band was all down with the flu or the sound system was on the fritz, but this show was so bad that my girlfriend and I left after about five songs. We couldn't stand anymore. We have seen many shows at the Tractor, so we know what it takes to do a good show. I have both his cd's and I know what he can do in the studio, he just wasn't able to do this night. The intro band, Johnny something or other, was just as bad, only not as loud.

Not only was the venue great and so intimate, but Ryan Bingham was amazing. He is a true artist. It was awesome to hear music live that sounds better than any music on the radio. He was a great performer and the show was so engaging. His opener, Jamestown Revival was also great and so happy we made the trip to this venue for this artist!!

I've saw Ryan many times and he always puts on a great show! This may have been his best yet! If you enjoy a foot stomping, hand clapping, dancing in the aisles, good time rock n roll show, you'll love Bingham! His acoustic stuff comes straight from the heart and is awesome too! The following morning my voice was hoarse from yelling and singing along and my hands sore from clapping and it was worth every bit of it! Jamestown Revival opened up and was really good too and worth checking out.

The concert was incredible and I would recommend them to anyone! Both put on great shows with both acoustic and electric songs with and without their bands. I didn't get times the band that opened for Lucero so I don't have any input on them. Only thing that would have made it better is Slighty less people and if Ryan and Lucero had done a few songs together. I was towards the back so if the tv screens had been on of the performance that would have helped

Ryan Bingham was great as was the venue, I'd expect nothing else from the Cosmopolitan. My only complaint was timing. The ticket said the event started at 7:00pm, when it didn't actually start until 9:00pm. The venue didn't open until 8:00pm. There were a lot of confused folks standing around. Better communication of the schedule would be appreciated.

Tickets said 7pm, didn't mention door open time. Got there at 7, no opening band which I did not expect but ryan did not come on stage until 9pm. Only plus of getting there early was got to sit on one of the day beds in the pool. It was 100 degrees that day but was warm, shady, and comfortable temperature by 7pm. Great show! Great venue!! And great drink selections from bar!

As with the other 2 Ryan Bingham shows I've caught, his WOW Hall performance was energetic and included a range of sounds from alt country to rockabilly to bluegrass to salsa to folk to creative blends of all the above and more. He genuinely seems to like performing and connecting with the crowd. Ryan was accompanied by guitarist Weatherford, bassist Davis, drummer Carpenter, and a vibrant violinist/fiddler. The only thing that kept the experience from qualifying as truly "amazing" for me was that the set was somewhat short at about 90 minutes. Would really be 4 and 1/2.

First time seeing Bingham live. Great, but the sound system was so loud that sometimes it distorted the music. Appeared with "honeyhoney." I was very impressed with them also & they all got together for an amazing (but too loud & thus distorted) jam toward the end of the concert.

Ryan Bingham & The Dead Horses put on a spectacular show at The HOB Houston! The opening band was Honey Honey and I did not know much about them they did a terrific job as well. Ryan pretty much all of his hits opening up with his new hit 'Guess Who's Knockin' off of his newest album "Tomorrow Land." This got the crowd very early into the show and he also played my favorite 'Southside of Heaven" and even played a few by himself such as the old mariachi song 'La Maliguena" and 'Boracho Station.' He played to the crowd very well and definitely, put on a heck of a show. I would recommend seeing one of his show live at least once especially if you enjoy a little different brand of country music, like I do. Ryan Bingham & The Dead Horses has brought me back to my country roots!

The concert included songs with his band and solo performance. The concert included tunes of solidarity meaning Bingham has obviously traveled this great land to also learn of its destitute nature. The songs rang true through the crowd as they sang along in unison and cheered mightily at the end of each one. Ryan Bingham and the Dead Horses played until 12:30. Rarely do I attend concerts anymore where the main act plays for 2 hours. Usually a show is less than and call it a night. It was well worth the four hour drive it takes me to get to Denver.

Drove 6 hours to see Ryan Bingham and it was worth every minute and every mile! His rockin' set was AWESOME, as was the play of the Dead Horses; Corby Shaub is an incredible guitar and mandolin player. The crowd at the House of Blues was amped up, and the energy was terrific; Ryan's music easily carried the show...his growing body of work is amazing. Have seen him several times now and his "easy going-ness" and banter with his audience is very accessible and endearing. Whether playing acoustic or electric guitar, his passion comes through, right until the last encore. We had a blast, as did the rest of the crowd...thanks RB & DH!!

If you don't know who Ryan Bingham is then you're missing out, this guy is Americana is first, country rock next and little southern rock mixed in.If you aren't foot stomping, hand clapping and hooting and hollering at his show then you need to check your pulse.Brian Fallon and the Crowes were a great lead into Bingham. They are a rock solid band and Fallon is somebody you will be hearing more of,his voice at times reminded me of Springsteen, and he's from Jersey go figure!

I enjoy the smaller size venues, because it makes the show such a more intimate experience. The opening band, Bird Dig, did an incredible set! They really set the tone of the show! Ryan Bingham was like....MAGIC. I truly have become an even "bigger" fan, after seeing he and the band perform so spectacularly! There was a wild and exciting energy projecting from Ryan and the band and you could see everyone was feeling it. Ryan also came out for an additional solo encore!! Ryan Bingham sounded better than I have ever heard him! He and his band rocked the house. However, the "House" didn't do their part to make the overall event a good time. I've been to House of Blues before and loved it. Now I'm not sure I'll ever go back. HOB Houston must've totally overbooked the event. Why do I say that? (1) No room to move! (2) I think maybe their A/C couldn't keep up w/the crowd because it was soooo hot and stuffy that I was sweating within 10 min of getting there. (3) It took my bf and I at least 20 min to get two drinks at the bar. The venue should've sold about 100 less tickets (geez, I would've paid $20 more than what I did just so I could make up the difference in profit) to ensure the concert-goers could get the service, A/C and space they needed to eat, drink and be merry! Regardless, Ryan Bingham is AMAZING! Even if you don't know his music at all, I have no doubt ANYone could walk in and be blown away by his talent.

The show was ok. I have seen Ryan Bingham play in other venues, one in St. Louis just a few months ago. That event was much better because it was restricted to 21 & up and the venue was a lot better, it had open windows and I liked the intimacy of it.

Openers were awesome, audience was alright. Bingham was great but his solo encore was amazing and the jamin w liam gerner after was the best encore ever.

We thought the band was great. We didn't enjoy Ryan's solo "interlude" as much, but it was still nice.

Excellent show! I love Ryan Bingham's music but until now had never seen him perform. His records are great, but his live show was even better!

I came in not knowing what to expect, and not really liking their last release that much. I left completely satisfied and rocked tired. These guys were tight, sounded great and played for hours. The songs off their new album have new meaning and came to life. Go and see em'.

Ryan Bigman was, as always, a great show. His music stands out. However, the two opening acts were painful to sit through...

I first saw Ryan Bingham and the Dead Horses on Austin City Limits and after owning all the recordings, reading the press that Ryan received when his songs hit the movies and just continuing to play those albums I made the goal of seeing him live. I drove from central Wyoming to Denver in February (buying tickets and making hotel reservations was a leap of faith) which included waiting for I-25 north of Denver to open so I could get there and it was worth every heartbeat of white knuckle driving. When they came onstage he made the promise they would give us everything they had and boy, did they. Now I want to hear that band live again. Keep those guys working so that I can.

I am inspired! He is a poet with a beautiful delivery through an old soul's voice and guitar. I hope he continues to follow his heart and he will become a legend!!!

The Ryan Bingham & Dead Horses set was terrific. However, I didn't like The Silent Comedy, nor did I like the almost $20 in surcharges tacked onto the ticket price. You suck, ticketmaster!

It's difficult to get excited about an opening band. Of course, everyone in the audience is just hoping they'll get off the stage and the main event will begin! However, SILENT COMEDY is INCREDIBLE! I don't think I've ever seen a band with more energy or passion take the stage. I had to buy their album and a T-shirt as soon as they left the stage, and I am now a huge fan. Silent Comedy got everyone pumped, and then Ryan Bingham came on. It was an awesome show. This was my first time seeing Bingham live, and he was great. The sound was amazing, and he gave a very satisfying encore. Highly recommend this show!!

You couldn't ask for a better show! Ryan and the Dead Horses are incredible, the atmosphere was fun, the lighting awesome, everything was great! Silent Comedy was also the perfect opening act for Bingham, they were full of energy and had a mumford and sons feel to them. The only thing I would change is Silent Comedy needs to have a better guys running their sound, the vocals were too low and they could have played a few more songs (the set was kind of short).

This has been one of the best shows that I've been to in a long time. Ryan Bingham sounds great live and gives a good lasting performance. I am so happy that I was able to be there.

I have fallen very hard for Ryan Bingham & The Dead Horses a few months back when they performed in Pasadena concert in the park July 30, 2010. I was immediately drawn to their sounds and performance. I have introduced some of my friends to this band and they too have had strong likes to them. I am a great fan and enjoy the music. I can describe the genre as folk-rock. Ryan is very talented. He has written all of his lyrics and they have true meaning. His voice is very soulful and deep. The Dead Horses are amazing too. I highly enjoy the vibes they generate and produce. Ryan Bingham is well known for his Oscar WIN for Crazy Heart/Movie soundtrack. Try them out I am sure you will enjoy them too, if not as much as I do. : )
