Having attended several AU games at MBS, any honeymoon period has ended and I can still say that attending events at Mercedes-Benz is top-tier. From the flow of the entry points to the range of concessions, ease of access, security, and overall experience, I am convinced this stadium has achieved perfection. You are never more than a few feet from a clear view of the field at almost every point inside. Affordable concession prices make family events easy on the pocket without sacrificing quality. Local craft beers, macrobrews, liquor, water, and those convenient self-serve soda fountains all within easy reach. It's not even an issue because all stadiums experience this, but lines for the restrooms at breaks can be excessive, but so far they move in an orderly fashion so long as people are respectful and obey common courtesy. Clean restrooms too. Even if they're not soccer fans, bring your friends to MBS.

The MLS isn t too big here in the US, but the Atlanta United games are really fun, the venue is really amazing and the food is cheap. The fans are really passionate. Honestly it s a great experience.

There are no words to describe the pure joy I experienced at this event. I waited my entire life to have an MLS home team to support and I am more than pleased. The event at Bobby Dodd was magical. I will always remember it.

The traffic and parking situation was absolute crap. Living in Cobb we figured 2 hrs would be enough to get downtown (30 min drive) find parking and make it into the stadium. We missed the entire first half of the game sitting in traffic at North Ave and trying to find a place to park. I recommend either parking at the Varsity and hoofing it across the overpass, or give yourself 3+ hours to get downtown, find parking and get to your seats. It took us 20 mins to walk across campus. Ended up being a fun but expensive 45 mins of soccer.

Incredible atmosphere, slightly manic getting into the ground, no doubt to people arriving later than you would expect for a college game..... don't forget this is football and as fans this is what we do :-) Really impressed how well behaved everyone was and the patience shown by both the police and security people - kudos you guys!! I don't know because this was the first game ever for MLS in Atlanta but the experience was terrible. Long lines to enter, even longer lines for the concession stands and what was worst watching all the game standing up!!! Do not get me wrong being Italian I used to that but only when there was a reason (last few minutes or the very core of the ultras fans) but here in Atlanta just because they want to imitate. If I am going to another game again? Probably not but I will give another chance when the new stadium will open.

The game was super exciting, the energy and ambience were perfect!! I will definitely come back with the whole family. The process to get inside the stadium was a bit frustrating, it took forever and it seemed like they were not too organized. It may have been that it was their first game, so hopefully next time we attend it goes smoother.

The game was amazing!! At least what I got to see was. I followed the suggestion to park at Atlantic Station and catch one of the shuttles that were to run every 15 minutes. We got in line for the shuttle at 5:45 and it didn't arrive until 6:50. We arrived at the stadium at 7:10 but couldn't get into the stadium, even though we were near the front of the line. I don't know what the holdup was but everyone was trying to enter at the same time. We missed all the pregame festivities and the national anthem. After running to our seats, we made it there at 5 minutes into the game that had already been postponed 15 minutes. The concession lines were so long we choose not to eat there even though we hadn't eaten since lunch. After the game, we left at minute 67, we were afraid the shuttles would be as unreliable as before the game and they were. We waited for 30 minutes. When one never showed, we walked 2 miles back to our car at night with small children.

Great atmosphere. Sat in the upper deck and still have great view of field. Hard not to watch on the halo board rather then live on the field. Concession prices are great. If I had one downer to the day. Could not get ice for my soda refill but other then that, it was awesome!!

Staff made the experience not as good as it should have been. Stood in line for 20 minutes at a bar only to be next in line and had the bar tender inform me that line was now closed, that I needed to get in another line. I had a small child with me none of the staff that I asked, at least 5 different employees, where I could purchase or receive hearing protection for my child before walking to 4 different areas of the stadium and wasting 30 minutes or more before I found the actual guest services office that the staff did not know where it was located. Also had a staff member be very rude to my wife informing her she needed to take our stroller to the guest service office to be checked in even though the people in the guest service office that I had already visited did not say anything about. Overall great venue and had a wonderful time with my family but the staff needs some work.

We enjoyed watching Atlanta United play in the Mercedes-Benz stadium, though the pace of the game was slower than expected. The crowd was pretty involved despite lower attendance due to the game being a last minute addition and in the middle of the week. The stadium is very nice...comfortable, good variety of food, great food & beverage prices, good visuals. The bad thing is the acoustics...nearly impossible to understand any announcements. We bought a parking pass ahead of time for the red deck and it was super easy getting in and out of the stadium. Traffic flow leaving the deck/area around the stadium was pretty efficient but just know you won t really have a choice as to which direction to go.

We had SRO tickets for the game, and we had lots of fun. I do not mind standing, but unfortunately when something is about to happen on the field, those in front of you stand up, which limited our view of the game from the SRO section. We had TVs behind us, so we would turn to watch it on the TV. I am not complaining! I got what I paid for and I had a blast. This my third time, and will come again

I took my daughters to see a match at Mercedes Benz Stadium. While the parking was overpriced near the stadium and exit routes were not plentiful, the event and the stadium were excellent. Concession prices were very reasonable and the 360 degree video board was phenomenal.

This was my first professional soccer game and now I m wondering why I didn t get season tickets!! The game was fun and the crowd was so engaged! The Benz stadium was amazing, affordable food and drinks. The staff was super friendly and I totally enjoyed my experience. Needless to say, I ll be attending the next 2 home games a la carte =)

We had another great time watching our Five Stripes play Saturday. The team and fan support are both amazing and we always leave the games wanting more. The venue is world-class. There is very little I could say to make the experience any better. Outstanding experience for any soccer fan.

By far ATL UTD has the best fans and highest attendance in MLS. This creates an AMAZING! atmosphere and a really Fun experience. The Mercedez Benz stadium is also beautiful and greatly managed and my whole experience was great. I especially appreciated the Fan First menu pricing at the concession stands. Parking options were reasonable. I drove to the stadium and transportation/traffic wasn't too bad considering it was a record breaking capacity crowd of over 72000. Entrance to the stadium was also efficient. Concession stands were also well run. Will definitely be returning. Can't wait till the next time.

The energy in the stadium was out of this world. The players were eating up every ounce of the support, and you could tell. It is nice when your cheering isn't wasted but rather helps make the game more exciting. The fans are crazy in a good way. It was hard not to be hyped up the entire 90 minutes. The staff in the facility were all very nice and helpful. It was well-maintained and very clean. 10/10 would recommend. One of the best times of my life.

MBS has really got it figured out. The process for entry to this venue for the ATL UTD game on 3/11 was almost seamless. The ticket scanning system was quick. Restrooms, bars, and food were easy to locate. Nice place to enjoy some soccer.

Traffic horrendous...Road closures make GPS useless.. took 45 minutes to get to my prepaid parking garage...no bag policy (must put contents in a clear bag) absurd. Be prepared to stand entire game...lots of inconsiderate fans. Positives were a great stadium, great atmosphere and the most reasonable food prices you'll find anywhere

If not for the extremely long lines at the food concessions, this would be a 5 ⭐ rating. The 200 and 300 concourse levels are narrow for the number of seats when you have a sellout event.

Enjoyed the game and the huge buildup in the blocks around the stadium. It was a sell-out of just over 55,000 and the venue was stressed - long lines, etc. don't know if the venue does not know how to handle this size crowd or if they were just understaffed. The game was good, though.

Had a great time at Mercedes Benz stadium. Went to watch party for World Cup and elated that France won. Enjoyed the match after World cup. Happy to see the crowds and that it is so family oriented. Only problem I had is with the ticketing process. I purchased 5 total tickets some through Ticketmaster app and some through ATLUTD app. I was unable to view my tickets on game day with ATLUTD app (kept getting a popup). I was able to view on the online version on desktop at home but had problems viewing on phone at stadium. The problem with the ticketmaster app was I could not send tickets to nephew's phone so had to walk all the way back to gate to let him in. Thank God for the staff that assist you at the gate. They were able to print out ticket for entry. They too had problems with being able to send tickets. A little frustrating but nonetheless we were able to gain access.

Love the atmosphere Atlanta United has created, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium is (mostly) great too. Room for improvement: the bag policy is ridiculous and size limits are not strictly held; work with COA, Uber & Lyft to create easier pick up locations.

Atlanta sure know how to put on a football game. On holiday from the UK and thought give MLS a go and I was impressed by the ultramodern stadium and the way all the fans were treat, the UK and the rest of the world need to take a look at how they do it.

The Mercedes-Benz Stadium was stunning. Some of the seating sections were like buildings inside another building.The Halo Board? Wow! Just wow! And the team- unbelievable!! The fans truly are a part of the game. I want to go back again as soon as possible!!

This was my first time attending a professional soccer game and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was thrilling and energetic. From a person who didn't have a clue about how the game works this was a wonderful opportunity for me to learn. I had a great time and will attend more.

We had the best time ever at the final season game of the Atl United FC soccer team. The Mercedes-Benz Stadium is gorgeous, and the staff are SO friendly and helpful. The food prices were quite low for a stadium. The quality of the food was fair, but that is the only negative comment I have. The United were exciting and the Super Fans make the game so fun with all of the chants they begin. I love the train whistle when a team scores too! All in all a fun day.

Venue is great and people enjoy it. Soccer has its own atmosphere with no play interruptions and loud -speaker interventions. I met many fans which were new to the game but felt excited about it. The energy level at Atlanta home games makes the soccer really attractive to attend. One huge downside is the parking situation. There are multiple independent parking lots and if you ask for direction competing operators will not help. Quite the opposite - I ended up paying an extra fee just to save myself waste of time.

Always enjoy watching united. Been to half the home games and always sit in different areas while I am waiting for season tickets to come available since the beginning of the year. Best location so far is right behind the goal or on the supporter side.

First opportunity to fully experience the new stadium - awesome venue. Appreciated the affordable venue prices, access, and variety. Seating and visibility - spectacular. The game was just as exciting as the game ended in a tie. Really enjoyed the fanfare experience. The atmosphere was electric! Well done to the venue management and team owner/operators.

Energy of crowd, especially a "dedicated" cheering section (of hundreds) made the game more exciting. First pro soccer game I ever went to. Venue is excellent (especially the Halo Board), but they still have audio issues.

This was my first trip to the new stadium. It was awesome. I only went to one game at Bobby Dodd. The atmosphere at the new stadium was more crazy than I thought. It was so hype the entire game. Can t wait to go again!

Before Atlanta United's inaugural season, I wasn't much of a soccer fan. After the first match, I was hooked! I've been to 5 matches now and look forward to many more! Best sporting experience that I've ever been to!

Seats were awesome and comfy although we stood out of excitement the entire time. Atmosphere was great as was the gelato from Antico and short bathroom waits. 360 club is worth every penny.

Husband and I attended the last Soccer game of the season for the Atlanta United. It was great! walking into the door on the 2nd level, our mouths dropped open with the sight of the beautifully crafted stadium! Cant wait to come back for another game next season!
