Pete Murray

Pete Murray

Byron Bay singer-songwriter and one of Australia’s most loved musicians, Pete Murray has today released his new single, Take Me Down, alongside the announcement of his sixth studio album, Camacho - available June 2. With over one million album sales to his name, the quiet achiever of Australian music will showcase new tracks and old favourites on an epic 32-date national Camacho Tour that will kickstart in Lismore on July 12 and finish up in Darwin on September 9.Beat-driven and anthemic, Take Me Down cleverly reveals a new direction for Pete, yet still manages to feel like a catch up with an old friend - his smooth, familiar voice both warm and inviting. “Take me down is about a beautiful relationship with an unknown future,” insights Pete.

This show was a great worship experience. All the acts shared personal stories and testimonies that moved me and deepened my faith commitment. I brought my children, ages 11 and 13, and they were both inspired by the faith stories shared, as well as the amazing music.

STG brought down the house that Thursday night! Played for a great amount of time, the sound was excellent, and the lighting was phenomenal. Our group very much enjoyed the performance and were thrilled to attend.

My husband and I have been together since 2006 and we have listened to Aiden constantly since then. They are one of our favorite bands. I saw them in Denver in 2011 on our aniversary it was AMAZING. I wish they would play somewhere close to where we are now. Though we would deffinately travel to see them again. I love you guys!

This was a beautiful yet sad story about addiction and the distress it can place on family & friends. Lynn Whitfield & the entire cast's performance were pivotal to its success. I loved Marvin Gaye, now I have a better understanding of what happened the day of his death. Zeola Gayle did a great job in telling the story that was possibly a difficult task. Great play. Hopefully, she will be able to redo the play after she attains the rights to use Marvin's music. I will see it Again! Great job Clifton Powell and the wonderful producer who believed in the storyline.

So much energy! Aaron G. Never leaves me disappointed. All the bands were high energy, and interacted with the crowd. Not a whole lot of people, so everyone was close enough to see and hear the bands. I wish it had lasted longer.

Easily the best show I've ever been to. There were plenty of 10 year anniversary shows this year, but I don't think any of them can compare to the energy in the crowd and on the stage. It was easy to see that the band hasn't lost a beat, and they just enjoyed the hell out of playing again. I'm hopeful this won't be a one time deal and we see a new era of music and shows from the band.

Excellent performance. Lovely set, perfect timing, great singing and a fun story. Studio theatre meant we could see well from any seat and it was nice to be able to see all facial expressions so clearly. Having said that, however, the play would be just as good in a larger venue...the only thing it lacked was a bigger audience. I heard about the play by word of mouth...where was the advertising?
