Excellent content; not to complicated. Excellent actors and singers. Good length. Good plot. Easy to understand by 3-6 year old's; and grami and papa.

Took my 51/2 year old grandson. He proudly wore his pirates costume! We both were totally entertained 100% of the time. Acting was good, music was good but the lyrics to the songs were fabulous!

My grand son (Age 7) really enjoyed the show. I definitely would recommend it. It seemed that the entire audience (with much younger children) were very excited.

It was two hours of fun and laughter. Though there were only six actors their performance was flawless and captiveating. A show worth every cent and one ALL parents and grandparents should bring their children to see and you will evjoy it too.

I took my 4 year old niece to this show and she was totally enthralled! She loved every second of it. It was only an hour long, which is ideal for that age. Any longer and her enchantment would have waned. It was funny, the singing was great, and I thought the event was very well done.

This was a fun day in Detroit! It is a good alternative to taking the kids to the movie theater. The performance was fun and kept children of all ages enthralled and attentive to what would happen next. The length of the performance was just right for toddlers that tend to get wiggly in their seats after 1 & 1/2 hours. Good treat for the family and affordable even with lunch at any of the area restaurants.

The play was fun and the songs were clever. We have a 5 year old daughter and she loved it. Thanks for putting on a great show. The little boy who played Jeromy Jacob did a stupendous job along with the other talented cast members. I've been praising the play since we saw it.

The performance was very good for a childrens' play. The setup of the venue is very inviting with the round stage. Singing was good.

What an adorable play. My kids (ages 4 and 7) both loved it. We were in from out of state, but will always check the Casa schedule when we come to town!

I took my 6 year old grandson, and it kept his attention. It also had dialogue that he could understand. He especially liked what Pirates never do, like change diapers, didn't brush their teeth, so their teeth were green. At the end, he wanted to join Casa kids summer program, but had to wait until he was 8.

Fantastic songs and voices. Sparse sets but the story was very thin. We have read the books many times and knew going in the play would not be expansive, but very little characther development and enough action to keep our 3 kids and the audience leaning forward in their seats. More story and drop 1 - 2 songs and it could be a winner.

Take your kiddies to this production. Dress them like pirate scalawags. Everyone will have a great time. The set was simple but colorful and let the imagination soar. The costumes perfect. And the singing was extraordinary. Support the Arts. Give Casa Mañana your patronage.

The production of this wonderful book was such a joy to see. My girls had previously done an art adventure with this title and to see how the Children's Theatre interpreted and performed it was so much fun. We look forward to all the remaining performances.

A very good show. Well acted, fairly true to the book. I did not realize that it would be a musical! My kids 5-7-9 all liked it, and they love the book. It would help to read the book before hand, to get some of the "inside" jokes. If only they could have figured out a way to have a shark eat the soccer ball... The young actor who played Jeremy Jacob did a fine job.
