I've seen Elephant Revival before and have had their first two CD's for many years. I was really looking forward to the show and they certainly did not disappoint! Despite the unfortunate "retirement" of founding member and fiddle player, Bridget Law, the band put on an inspired, wide-ranging performance! They have a talent for morphing from quiet intricate playing to exploding dynamic outbursts ... far beyond what one might expect from a banjo, washboard, acoustic ensemble! I'm not sure where all that power comes from, but it sure is a lot of fun! Another thing I'm not sure of is why they don't include their fabulous drummer in the personnel listings on the Cd's? This guy is simply outstanding and if my vote counts in any way, I say include him in the band! Great playing, wonderful vocals and clever tricky tunes! This is a fun, extremely talented group of multi-instrumentalists and I would highly recommend them any place and any time!

Perfume Genius was incredible. You can tell he takes his work very seriously; the focus and attention paid to each word he sang, in every song was absolutely noticeable. His performance was beautiful and amazing to see live. Loved his fishnets-didn't really love his Betty Boop t-shirt/dress. Though I would have loved to see him dressed to the nines with a sequin ensemble, I care less about his wardrobe and more about his voice-he killed it.

Loved it, play was great. The only thing that needs work is the parking lot.

The music and harmony was amazing. The group members were engaging. They are serious about honoring our military and it was an opportunity to be unabashedly patriotic in a theater audience composed of military personnel in uniform and casually dressed Southern Californians of all ages. Great way to spend Veteran's Day. Proceeds of their music go to support wounded soldiers and those dealing with PTSD.

Darwin Deez was just a cool dude from the beginning. I got to take a picture with him and my friend, he hanged around the crowd and was acting like one of us & socialized. It was very cool to meet such a talented dude.

Great music all around. Miss the female vocals of Buena Vista CD. As far as live show: Supreme, if you are appreciative of the African influence. I, personally, would have enjoyed Toumani Diabate playin more of the Kora; (my being from Nashville, Tn. where we love our string instruments and all)! Also, disappointed that photo/video not allowed. Come on guys, move to the modern age of social network promotion! Speaking of commercialization, limited swag on sale. No T-shirts? Missing out on a good income producing part of the show! I would have bought one, already had the music! Sound engineers not near as good as Ryman Aud. Missed several key moments when show highlighted different musicians/instruments.

The Henry Clay people have a knack for kicking dirty gritty Rock music in the nuts. These guys have a fresh approach to their genre and kick *ss while jamming out. Their openers on their recent tour, NYC natives The Dig, joined them on stage at the end of the set which was powerful. The intensity of all those guitars and the energy made for a great evening's climax. Wrapping up their tour and evening with The Boss's revved up version of 'Born to Run', it drove the audience crazy and crashed the night down with a boom.
