Rammstein

In 2013, Rammstein played at several festivals after the release of their greatest hits album, bringing outlandish showmanship with them to each show. People who have seen this band in concert surely understand their legendary status. When these guys go on tour, it's a real treat for all who are lucky enough to have a ticket. Rammstein puts on huge shows, featuring pyrotechnics, light shows, larger than life backdrops and artwork, hydraulics and costumes to match.

German-based fire breathing rock \u2018n roll glory exports Rammstein invaded Dallas, Texas, on June 29th with one of the greatest live music spectacles that I have ever had the pleasure to witness. Describing it as a grand scale show with theatrics, pyrotechnics, and exuberantly played music truly doesn t do the show much justice because nothing about a Rammstein show is ordinary. With the use of HA mines, cannon sims, strobe flames, flashpods in a suicide vest, directional spray sparks, flaming angel wings, and Lindermann s use of a crossbow to fire rockets over the crowd, Rammstein has achieved particular fame causing fans to coin the motto, Other bands play, Rammstein burns! The theatrics include not only the extensive use of pyrotechnics, but also a massive lighting show with an all-embracing industrial backdrop filling out the set. It was absolutely brilliant.

Words are not enough to describe Rammstein's performance. It was incredible! The pyros... THE PYROS! Rammstein definitely sets the standard of what a great concert is. I will go see Rammstein every time they're about.

I admire their tenacity to play in Dallas in late June, and using fire. They are a favorite of mine, and they put on a spectacular show. The mutual talent of each member is amazing. Sie sind der Hammer!!

Rammstein finally got the American love it's always deserved. They came and kicked some major ass. I knew they wouldn't disappoint, but wow. I'm still taken aback by how fucking fun their live shows are. I have every DVD, but there's nothing like the real thing. I was blown away about how short the concert felt... I've been to many metal shows, but this one def is in my top three all time. I just hope the next time isn't another 10 years!

The show was amazing never been to the garden before the seats were small but the view was decent it's been a long time coming and it was nice to talk to people from all over the world who came to this show and how excited everyone was for their return, well worth driving through the crazy drivers that dwell in New York i hope they come back so i can see them again!

Amazing. Til's voice, the instrumentals, the fire, the fireworks, the angel wings, the color plays of the lights, Flake going around in a blow up canoe, it was the ultimate best. Almost cried when it was over.

Still in complete awe of the performance, so I can't even give an in depth rundown of all of it. Fire, explosions, crowd interaction, lasers & over the top lighting, AND a phenomenal live musical performance....worth every penny.

As someone who has been to over 250 concerts in his life I have never been taken back as I was with Rammstein. This is one of the few concerts I have been to where I notice ALL the fans standing throughout the entire show. The music, stage show and presence of the band was outstanding. I recently witnessed Roger Waters perform the Wall live and that concert has received the review "a must see concert before you die"! You need to add Rammstein to your "must see" list as it is WELL worth it!!! The only drawback to the Rammstein NY show is knowing that they have no plans, at this time, to do a US Tour!!!

Rammstein live was absolutely great. They're up there with Disturbed as putting on the greatest metal shows ever. But how can merchandising run out of tour tee shirts? Is that the Garden's responsibility? Show management? Doesn't matter, somebody screwed up big time.

Glad they came back to the US! I hope they decide to make the trip more often. It was great to see them at the Hammerstein, but MSG was really a better venue for them. Maybe Giant's Stadium next time around? I can't say enough about the show on Saturday night (11-DEC-2010). The crowd energy was fantastic! Thanks to others for posting the set list. I've seen hundreds of shows over the last few decades from every musical category and nothing tops the high quality performance that Rammstein provides. Combichrist is also a great starter for them. To the band and management - please plan more shows in the US! You have many more fans than you realize here in North America. Thank you for the show! Ein herzliches Dankeschön!

Great show. Last time I saw Rammstein live was August 2006 during the "Reise, Reise" tour in Berlin, Germany at the Wuhleide. Playing for their home town crowd in Germany blows the doors off of the show in Madison Square Garden (MSG), New York, during the "Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da" tour on December 11, 2010. However, even though the production value seen at MSG was lower than in Berlin, the impact was still strong, inspired, and simply awesome. Consummate professionals at the heighth of their fame. True gentlemen of the hard rock stage. Perhaps we'll see them again on U.S. soil soon. The crowd chanted during numerous sing-a-longs, but Till showed a wave of the hand, "forget-it" moment to the crowd a couple times when they missed the sing-a-long introduction lyrics of "Pussy", and when they botched the jump-in lyrical chant of "Keine Lust". For non-speaking Germans in the crowd, a lyrical translation may bring meaning during the live-show theatrics of songs like "Wiener Blut", "Du Riechst So Gut", and "Ich Tu Dir Wir". The pyro's were plenty, the lighting was inspired...early songs, new songs rivet the setlist. This fan would like to see more songs from the Rosenrot cd, which Rammstein did not tour in support of...however, there are multi-lingual power ballads smattered on the Rosenrot cd that spanish and english speakers know... This show made my top-five all time concert list...however, the show seemed short at 2-hours. Ohne Dich, Stirb Nicht Vor Mir, Dalai Lama, Sehnsucht, Nebel, Spring, Rosenrot, among other we're noticeably missing. A 3-hour show, as played in Berlin, could have claimed the top-spot away from that show in 2006 where Rammstein played to their hometown crowd. If they schedule more shows in the U.S. --- don't miss it.

I've listened and loved them for 10yrs! Now I can finally see them! At Madison Square Garden, granted it's over 2,000 mi, coming from Dallas, TX. And I've sold most of my extra electronics so I could afford the plane ticket. I would do anything for them! This will be my favourite (until I probably see them again) concert, and the best one I will have gone to! Countdown now, 9 1/2 days! ......Until I fly halfway across the country to see my favourite band! :) I love you Rammstein!!!

Rammstein has finally returned to the US after a decade's absence. This was the 2nd Rammstein show I've been lucky enough to attend. The first time, although only in the nosebleed seats, I was blown away! So I vowed to be at the front the next time they came around. And that's where I was this time! It was amazing to see up close. The set list was excellent. With so many great songs, there couldn't really be a bad set list. There were several songs I was really looking forward to seeing played live. Ohne Dich was one of them, and it was soooo beautifully done! Most of the night, I was pinned to the side barricade, which is what happens when everyone tries to get to the front. At least I stayed pretty much in the same spot, after getting as close as possible. The opener could have been better, to say the least. I tried to enjoy it, but just couldn't. But as soon as Rammstein started the procession out through the crowd to the stage, it didn't matter anymore. We were about to see a spectacular show! If you ever get a chance to see them, GO SEE THEM!!!

I've been a fan of Rammstein since 1998 and when they swung around my end of the globe on the Made in Germany tour, I wasn't going to miss the show for the world. It did not disappoint. Hard, fast music, set upon a backdrop of great set effects and pyro. To top it all off, the band always includes a touch of theater in their performances. My brother-in-law accompanied me and told me after the show that he wasn't expecting much, but it wound up being the best concert he's ever seen. As for me, if I had the opportunity, I'd go to this show again and again. Well worth the 14 year wait!

I would not hesitate to go again, even at twice the price. I wouldn't even have considered myself a fan-fan before going; I went because they are my daughter's favorite band. But wow, what a concert! Even without being familiar with many of their songs and not speaking any German, I can honestly say this is by far one of the best concerts I have ever been to. All the pyrotechnics, etc., were unbelievable. My only complaint is the half-hour long video they made us watch in the beginning. But the performances were great and the stage presence was top notch. The best part was at the end; they professed their love and knelt before the audience in reverence for what felt like several minutes. It was very humbling. You really get the feeing that they genuinely appreciate their fans. I definitely consider myself one now.

If I had known in advance how amazing this show was going to be, I would have made arrangements to take time off work to follow them out of town for extra stops. I've been to hundreds of shows, even seen Rammstein before, and this is hands-down the best. They captured some of their best songs and video moments onstage, and, of course, the obligatory pyro show they've come to be known for.

I've learned more about Rammstein in the last few years via the internet...youtube and from their dvd documentary -Volkerball. They are great poets/musicians that provide an impressive opera type heavy metal performance. I admire their loyalty to one another, which I believe has made them one of the greatest bands of my time. I am Richard's Kruspe's age...female and will always be a fan. I enjoyed seeing them in LA in 2011 and the Minneapolis 2012 performance was Excellent. Thank you Rammstein!

This was my second time seeing Rammstein (after last year's show at the Izod Center) and they remain my favorite live act from a pure showmanship/spectacle standpoint: the amount of time, effort, and money they put into their pyro, special effects, and stage show is staggering, and it truly shows in the end result. Whether it's face-mounted flamethrowers, 6-foot angel wings that shoot fire, showers of sparks, penis cannons, or any of their other tricks, Rammstein is an awesome band to watch and I've truly seen nothing else like it. I also love their music, which makes it all the better, but I believe that even a non-industrial/metal fan would get a real kick out of seeing them live.

BEST. CONCERT. EVER. I've seen literally dozens of big-name acts (attending several Ozzfests tends to have that effect), and NONE of them even begin to hold a candle to what Rammstein pulled off at this show. It's no exaggeration to say that it was life-changing. Bottom line: If you can afford to go see them, GO SEE THEM. If you can afford floor tix, GET THEM. You will NOT regret it!

First, I have to say this is my first Rammstein concert ever. Though a fan for a little while, I have to say that my R+ cherry was officially pop. On that note the concert was unbelieveable. From start to finish, dubstep remix of Rammstein songs performed by the man DJ Joe Letz from Combichrist. Their entrance was heart stopping, it was like "no way they're really here" XD. The pyrotechnics was amazing, I was in the 113 section and I could feel the heat from the fire. The crowd was amazing. If they come back to Baltimore, I would go see them again. No thumbs can measure this show.

The show was simply amazing. Only true grip I have was the seating was too cramped for taller people and I thought the venue was a bit larger. However, the band themselves were perfect! Where do I begin.... Well the show started off with fireworks and the pyrotechnics were unforgettable. The band was amazing and playing an outdoor venue allowed them to make their pyrotechnics show one to remember forever. They were incredible and anyone given the opportunity to see this band definitely should do it. You will not regret it. The light show was amazing. The fire masks, the fire angel, the rouse of cat and mouse with the keyboardist and Til was comical and maniacal. I have been to many shows but never to one that started with fireworks was inundated with flames and flawless pyrotechnics and sprinkled with unforgettable Rammstein pizzazz and satire. I will remember this show forever and would love to see them again. An amazing show that I will be talking about for years to come.

I've seen Rammstein twice now, and both shows still have me aching to be back at them again. I saw them in New York in 2010 and it didn't matter that I had a crappy seat. I felt the heat from the fire every time, heard every note, and rocked myself exhausted to the show. I loved their Made In Germany show, as well. I had pit seats, so I saw everything. I never thought I would get the chance to see them perform live. I've seen them on DVD and I was amazed to find that their live show is exactly what you see on video. The pyro was spectacular, the music was phenomenal, the stage setup was awesome. I would recommend their show to anyone who is a fan of industrial metal. They put on an awesome performance.

This was more then any concert even imaginable , it was a show beyond belief. Fire? Check. Crowd surfing on rafts off the stage? Check. Texas Flag carried during entrance? Check. Giant UZI BLOW TORCH? Check! Flaming crossbow? Check. Any ways you get the point and I did not even talk about the cat walk or spraying of the crowd yet did I? I might have to travel overseas to see them if they do a show ever.

By far the best live act out there!!! I've seen Kiss, AC/DC, A7X and Rammstein is by far the best show I've ever seen. I went to five shows this tour and would do it again and again

The show was beyond amazing. So much effects and pyrotechnics wrapped up into 3 hours even though it only felt like 5 minutes! Perfect sound nice and loud but not ear splitting too.

Best concert i have ever been to. First off, the seats we got were amazing. rammstein entered from the area above us torches lit and flags held high marching single file down the stairs past my group. we were within touching distance of the band. everything got better from there. the songs were great, the explosions were loud, huge, and hot. We could feel the fire from our seats. The theatrics of the band were awesome, and how for a few songs members of the band dressed up and acted out parts of the song while playing. Example is mein teil, a song about a german cannibal, Till (singer)was dressed up as a blood soaked chef and had Flake (keyboardist) in a giant pot on wheels playing his keyboard while in the pot. during the song till gets handed a small flamethrower and starts lighting the pot on fire. then a minute or two he gets handed a huge flamethrower and lights the pot on fire. the entire show was at that caliber of epicness. I've been craving to go to a rammstein concert for years, it finally happened and i was not disappointed one bit. If there is one thing to do in your life this would be one of them. Will be going back to their concerts as much as possible.

One of the best overall shows that I've ever seen. I'm not big on fancy stage shows but this was truly an experience and worth every penny of the pricey tickets. Go Deutschland!!!

The tickets may have cost $100 with ticketmaster's fees, but it was well worth it. Rammstein put on a fantastic show; Lots of pyrotechnics, great music and they put 100% effort into their stage performance. The only down side was having to sit through 15 minutes of a pathetic DJ opener, though the "Rammstein kids" made up for it a little.

Well, Ive always heard Rammstein loved pyrotechnics, i could never agree more after that concert, they had flamethrowers, firecrackers, lots and lots more flamethrowers attached to the stage, and the music sounded fantastic.

the new show was a nice change from the previous tour. they played songs that have not been in their live shows since the mid 90's. Also they did segments from their various videos which were quite entertaining. Additionally, their pyrotechnics were great as usual...

The best stage performance I have seen! Overall, greater performance than all of the Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie, Iron Maiden, Disturbed, and Marilyn Manson concerts I have gone to. Absolutely amazing! Too many awesome things going on to explain in this meager review, 6 of the near 400 photos taken simply doesn't show the full scale of what was done in this show.

Ive only been to 2 concerts in my life so far and was excited to hear Rammstein was coming back to the states after almost 10yrs. The opening set with Joe Letz was amazing he did a really good job of doing remixes of some of my favorite songs. Once Rammstein came out it eas one of the most awesome experiences i have been to. I have been waiting since high school to see them and ill i gotta say is if they come thru town again i will definatly be in the stands again. If you have any doubts about seeing them throw your worries oit the window as it was every penny to see them next time im.getting floor tickets for them

I have been a Rammstein fan since the mid 90's, but this was the first time that I actually lived somewhere close to where they were playing. It was hands down the best stage show that I have ever seen in person; quite possibly better than anything that I have access to on the internet and my blu ray's. The entrance, pyro, precision timing, theater like movements costumes, and interaction with the audience easily puts to shame any of today's "pop" genres; be it rock, rap, or teen bubblegum garbage.

I saw Rammstein last year in New Jersey. I saw them this year in Baltimore and then the next night in Philly. They are amazing! From thier entrance through the crowd to the final encore of P***Y where Till sprays the audience with foam, Rammstein kept the audience screaming on their feet. Lights, Pyro, smoke, confetti, foam and an elaborate set made for a Circus like atmosphere. The music was played to perfection! I am a professional musician! I was amazed at how the music could be so full and loud and yet you could hear every nuance of Till's voice or Flake's keyboards. I know Till wants to retire when he turns 50. I hope they come back before that day comes.

When I found out Rammstein was coming semi-close to where I live, I had to buy tickets. I bought my tickets back in December and I'm so glad I did. The concert was amazing! Rammstein is my all time favorite band and I'm happy I got to see them live. I've seen live videos but wow! I was blown away. I would love to see them again and I'd be willing to travel anywhere to do so. They were definitely the 4+ hour trip to the city!

With ten years since the last time Rammstein was here touring in the U.S. there was no way I was going to miss this concert. It surpassed all my expectations and has to be the BEST concert I have ever seen. The lighting, pyrotechnics, theatrics all made for a show that was Circque de Soleilesque. Our random choice of seat landed us on the aisle in which they came into the arena. I can go on, but to truly appreciate this band you have to see them in person. It is a must if they come back to tour in the future.

It was all of the pyrotechnics, fireworks, and great music that is always promised at a Rammstein show. They put in so much energy and the crowd gave it right back. You must go see this tour if you're a Rammstein fan. It's probably the last time they will bring out all of the props for the old songs (such as, Mein Teil and Engel). They had to change the performance for Buech Dich (my phone can't do umlauts >_< ) but it was still over the top.

Words cannot fully describe the epic adventure of a performance that I witnessed in Atlanta on 4/23/12 This was a performance unlike anything that I will ever see. There was more Pyro in the forst 2 songs than in an entire Zombi/Godsmack concert combined. Then, on top of that, add the other props, fireworks, and engaging things...whoa. If you only see one concert in your lifetime, regardless of musical tastes, this is the one to see.

I have been a fan of Rammstein for many years and have watched Volkerball more times than I can count. Finally getting chance to see these guys live was like getting introduced to them again for the first time. No DVD or any other medium can replicate the experience of seeing Rammstein live. The energy and stage presence that this band brings to the show is beyond belief, not to mention the lighting and the pyro are out of this world. I HIGHLY recommend going to see this band any time they are in the area.

Look. It was nine years between visits to the US and these guys are winding down their career so this is it: you simply owe it to yourself to see the show for your own amazement and to tell people you saw them. Its a fantastic live act with lots of creative lights and effects and fire and explosions and laboratory perfect sound and a band playing as tight as a band can play. They are also good song writers so if you dont understand a word believe me it wont matter. See them. Maybe your last chance. See them.

Rammstein put on a stellar performance to a less-than-full-house at the Tampa Bay Times Forum. The band rocked, but the acoustics at the Forum were quite awful. This isn't the first time I've been to a show at the Forum (formerly known as the Ice Palace). It is just not designed for musical acts. It is better suited to solo speakers like Jeff Foxworthy. Regardless, Rammstein put on a rocking showcase of their best hits from 1995-2011. Those of us who have been into them since 1995 were pleased to hear songs besides "Du hast", which does NOT mean "you hate". It's a play on words, something Rammstein excels at. And the pyrotechnics....well, they were all Rammstein!

Long-time fan, never had the chance to see them live, and heard all the stories of the stage show. Boy, is it worth it! My wife and I would definitely go see them again (even if it takes another 10 years to come back to Amerika). Don't be turned off by the songs being in German, because the stage show makes up for your lack of understanding. Just go and rock out!
