Felt like cast mailed it in. I guess when target audience is 3-4 yr old girls, the cast really doesn't have to work hard beyond the costumes. At some point most of the cast just quit lip syncing to th audio track. I guess why bother, right? The 4yr olds won't notice.

I took my 2 1/2 year old grandson. Of course he was extremely excited to see Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald. But I was pleasantly surprised how intently he watched the shows...especially Snow White and Beauty and the Beast. He lost interest a little bit during Cinderella. The characters in Cinderella weren't quite as large and colorful as Snow White. The action and music in Beauty and the Beast kept him mesmerized. I would recommend this event.

I believe this was a good show for younger children. I have an eight year old and a five year old and they were board. They really like Disney on Ice but this didn't interest them too much. We've seen better on the Disney cruise too. If you have kids older then 4, I wouldn't take them to this event. Lesson learned for me. Costumes and characters were Disney quality but just not age appropriate for my kids.

Our family, including a 4 year old son and 7 year old daughter, attended this event. It was so delightful and entertaining! The costumes and stage set were absolutely beautiful! I was a bit worried walking in because the attendance was so low, but it was such a fun evening for our family! If I had to say anything constructive, it would be the restriction of video and camera flashes. The person behind us was taking pictures constantly, while the person next to us was recording the entire event on a tablet.

I was really disappointed with this event, almost felt like a "knock-off" Disney show without the "knock-off" prices. The venue was gross to say the least, and there was no air conditioning (whick on a 80 degree days a must). The show itself was decent, but the back drops and props were severely lacking. They did not have the Disney flare i was expecting. Also, for a show called Disney Live I was expecting live singing/talking, was very dissapointed that it was all pre recorded. We go to the Disney shows every time they are in town, but trust me when I say to save your $$ with this one.

Production was not tailored to young audience under 8 years old, which comprised a large percentage of the audience. The theater was too dark for young children and the evil step queen was overly scary for a young audience. It would have been preferable to have the princesses (or stand ins) available for photo shoots (even paid) before or after the show vs cardboard cut out.

Disney Live was very nice, except I thought the Three Classic Fairy tales was Not long enough. Disney Live was 1 hour and 20 minutes. Also the prices for the Disney items is unbelievable. One items is $22.00. Cotton candy with a Crown was $12.00. We pay enough for the show please give us a break on the items kids want to buy. I couldn't afford to buy for 4 kids. I only could pay for the show. We went to Disney on Ice and thought the time was great, it was about 2hours or more. We will return to Disney on Ice, but not a play like Disney Live.

I was first surprised to see the entire show's sounds AND lyrics were pre-recorded. I had no idea. Second, it went by too quick. in a little over an hour, the whole thing was finished. Being that the show addresses three stories, I was expecting it to last a little longer. I definitely did not feel that I got my money's worth. From the eyes of my three kids, the 4 and 6 year old girls enjoyed it. My 9 year old boy was not too impressed. He would give it a two star rating as well. The costumes and the set were nice. JAM

I was completely blown away by the fantastic costumes, amazing props and just mind blowing effects. For a children's play, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I do wish the characters would have sang themselves instead of lip-syncing to the loud speakers, but I understand why. My son was not into princesses so I took another girlfriend and it became girls night out. To watch my favorite classic fairy tales come to life was indescribable. My all time favorite was Beauty and the Beast and they did not disappoint me. The silverware costumes....wow! But the transformation at the end....oh my god! The show was amazing. Loved the special effects, costumes and over all story telling. What I did not like is having to explain to my 5-year old why a man was dressed up as the evil step mother and the fairy god mother during Cinderella. The step-mother looked like a drag queen and my kid noticed very quickly it was a man and asked me why. The fairy god-mother took her a bit longer to recognize, but nevertheless if they are going to use men they need to do a better job of making them look like women. I was expecting a magical Disney experience not some having to explain something like this to such a small child. Not good Feld Ent or Disney!

Special effects were good. Stories were fun, a chance to see the movie version brought to life. The Snow White storyline seemed a bit disjointed but it was entertaining and A little scary for little ones. The couple beside me left because their daughter was so scared and crying. She was around 2. I did not like the masks/costumes for Lady Tremaine and the step-sisters. Ugly. Made them look like puppets. Wigs and make-up would be much better.

Lots of cute little girls dressed as princesses. Lots of great special effects...The Three Stories are Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, and Snow White. It would have been nice if at least ONE of the stories was more appealing to boys - like The Jungle Book or Peter Pan. The girls in the audience were extremely happy. My grandson who is almost three was bored at some of the parts - like the ballroom scene in Cinderella - but otherwise was captivated. They did an excellent job of editing the stories to get it to fit into the time frame. An intermission was a good idea to allow small children a potty break and the ability to wriggle about.

As the title states I've grown to expect a certain level from Disney programs. I think the performances at Disneyland and California adventure are much better than this. Aside from the costumes, this performance was nothing more than arm waving and lip syncing to recorded tracks. Both dialogue and songs. The stories were so abbreviated that you almost felt cheated out of your money. The venue was nice but the overall performance left me disappointed not just for me, but especially for my kids. Save your money for Disney on ice or the real thing at Disneyland. This was hardly a "LIVE" performance and not worthy of calling it a theater event.

I liked the concept of this. But I expected it to be a little more "live". I understand that Mickey and Donald and Goofy and Minnie can't actually talk, so they're voices would be piped in. But all of the actual people were clearly mouthing words too, so the soundtrack was totally canned. I expected a little more along the lines of a play or musical, not a lipsync stage performance.

My family and I have gone to all of the Disney Lives that come to our city. The costumes are beautiful and my kids always love them. Maybe my kids are getting too old (4&5) because they weren't as enamored this time, which was such a bummer. Seats were great but everything is so expensive. And did anyone else notice that the queen was a man?

It was a very good show. I brought my 3-year-old boy, who is a major Mickey fan. I think he would have liked to see more of Mickey and the other characters, but the three fairy tales were very well done. He did think Snow White was a little scary, and he wanted to leave, but he really liked Cinderella and Beauty & The Beast. I wish I would have shown him the movies prior to coming... I think he would have enjoyed it that much more.

Audience interaction was appreciated. It was fun to hear the kids play along. Familiar Disney songs helped the audience to become more involved. The actors and actresses knew there lines well and seemed to work together amazingly.

The show was beautiful ! The storylines were amazing how they moved from one scene to another and how the princesses changed right before our eyes!

My grandkids loved the costumes, acting and the lights. To see the characters in costume up-close made the play seem more real.

Great show! My two year old daughter loved it! The only thing I wish was different was if the characters came out before the show to meet and greet the children and for photo ops. There is only one photo op in the place and it's $20 to sit in front of a wooden Cinderella :-(

Although it is geared toward young children, I took my 2 daughter's who are 25 and 16 years old. We all enjoyed the show.

I brought my 5 year old granddaughter to see the Disney Fairy Tales. She never budged during the performances. She loved the interaction as well when they asked the kids to participate. The costumes and performances were great !!! We had very good seats and could see everything real well.

It is hard to review the show because our seats were so bad. This is a production meant for children and not to be compared to Off Broadway Disney stage productions. That being said, it was appropriate and entertaining enough for my two and four year old granddaughters. Some of the characters looked awesome....the Beast, both witches in Snow White, the Wicked Stepmother in Cinderella. The main princess and prince characters looked way too fake with cheap wigs. The actors are not singing but lip syncing. However, overall, it was ok for young children. It may have been better in seats with a different perspective.

I usually love going to these events with my 7 year old daughter but even she said it was so so. Won't be going back for an encore. Pretty much just singing and the same seen over and over.
