The show was fantastic, I was afraid from the photos I had seen the show was going to be too similar to the last tour. I was wrong! They amped it up! Great set list, great new mixes and amazing lighting!

The Pet Shop Boys always put on a show for their audience and this was no exception. This is the first time I have seen them in this small a venue as I am used to being in an arena type venue, to be so close to the stage was a real added bonus. Even with the smaller space to work with the effects and the back drop to the performace was awesome. The dancers/backing singers performed with ease and really looked as thought they were having fun and as for the Mia Michaels type choreography for 'Jealousy' - WOW! The boys themselves were professionalism personified and showed that even after 25+ years they still know how to get the party going and keep it at a hectic pace. It was an hour and 40 minutes of hit song after hit song and another thing I always admire about them is that they don't just play the song as it is on the album, they change it up (or down) they mix two or more together and even Chris danced!!! I would recommend anyone to go and see this show, whether you are a big fan or not. You really get your value for money and a memory to cherish!

PSB is still my favorite band ever, and this lackluster show doesn't change that. After 25 years, the best artists struggle to stay fresh. During all of the rehearsals and planning, why didn't anyone say "Hey, guys, its getting a little dull here." Yes, it was surprising to hear "Two Divided By Zero" and "King's Cross," but all we could do was stand there. Missed some of the crowd-jumping old faves, but they must be sick of playing them by now. Set design and costumes are very good.

i have seen the pet shop boys 10 times. some shows like performance were amazing and others were very dull. this show surprised me with its energy and creativity. it is not in the same league as performance but it was a very good show. the dancers were entertaining and the back drop was creative, artisitc and held my interest. the pet shop boys were classy and unique the entire show. it is tough to know what is live and what is pre recorded nowadays but the show was still fun. the songs covered a lot of classics (and good ones at that!!!!) such as go west, always on my mind, suburbia, being boring and kings cross. they played new songs as well but not enough for you to say "i wish they would play some older stuff" they mixed it up quite well. i was actually wondering if i should sell my tickets because i had a very busy week. i was very pleased i did not sell then . i had a great experience. thanks neil and chris. chris h

Last night in Manhattan, a porthole opened to the '80s. The Pet Shops were incredible, and all these years later, they STILL sound just like their original recordings. My only caveat is that they didn't need the guest dancers. They were a bit lame and distracting. I guess Neil and Chris feel like they need something else onstage, since they don't dance themselves. But the amazing videos and special effects were sufficient. Don't miss this show!

Pet Shop Boys were definitely entertaining, but the sound was just horrible. I loved the stage, the dancers, light show, but the most important part of any concert (the sound) was way below average. It's not the way I imagined to see Pet Shop Boys for the last time.

I have been watching PSB in concert for a while now and this is the first time where I have truly been blown away by the originality of the set and the show. The music and mixes created for the shown were outstanding, kudos to the boys for injecting Stuart Price's influence in their live mixes, the sound was incredible. The stage mechanism created with cubes was very original and at times surprisingly scary (you think something went wrong with the set, but it didn't. It's all planned very cunningly by Es Dvling). Go see it, you won't be disappointed.

The set list was phenomenal - to include Two Divided by Zero, Kings Cross was enough to make the show worthwhile, but adding Being Boring to the encore (which had been left off of their show at the O2 Arena in London) absolutely made the set list. There were some technical problems - bass wasn't coming through until Suburbia (easily midway through the show) and Chris' DJ stand was not functioning properly and was not lighting until long after the show had started as well. The dancers were great, the sound could have been better, the crowd was into it and at just a hair over 90 minutes, I was very sad when the show was over. They are playing again at the same venue tonight, so I suspect they will have worked out some of the technical bugs that would have kept this show from being a five star performance. The Pet Shop Boys are true artists, and they deliver a performance worth watching each and every time.

The Pet Shop Boys were amazing at the September 1st show at Hammerstein Ballroom! They played classic songs like "Heartbeat," "New York City Boy," and several new songs from their new CD. Stand out songs include "Go West," and "Its a Sin." I ws so happy that they played one of my favourite songs, "Being Boring." I won't ruin the surprise for you by writing what song they did as a lead into it. The visuals are stunning and the dancers and back up vocalists were truly outstanding. I am so glad I finally got to see PSB in concert. if you don't have a ticket to see them on this tour, beg, borrow or steal to get one. Any true PSB fan would be kicking themselves if they missed this tour.

This was the second time that I have seen Pet Shop Boys. The first time was in 1999 for their Nightlife tour. This show was just as good as that show was. It seems, like a fine wine, Neil and Chris get better with age. The thing that made this show more amazing than it would have, is their song selection. Along with fan favorites like West End Girls, It's a Sin and Go West (their Village People cover), they brought out some obscure songs like 2 Divided by 0 and my personal favorite Jealousy. They also played no less than 6 songs from the album, and those songs went over very well, especially the first sing, Love, Etc. Along with still knowing how to sound great, their stange show is another reason to see this wonderful group. With moving sets and a wonderful dance crew, PSB show why they will go down in history as the greatest Euro-pop/dance group of all time, hands down.

As far as musical performances, Chris Lowe is still on his game and the blending of hits, separated nicely into distinct "acts", made for one terrific show. In addition, this was the best visual performance presented in NYC since Fischerspooner tore up Webster Hall earlier this year. Neil Tennant's voice remains remarkably unchanged after 25 years and the Pet Shop Boys made a strong case for truly being one of the best and most important bands to emerge from the 80's.

First the negatives. Doors opened at 6:30pm and they didn't start performing until 8:30pm. The venue was standing room only so two hours standing before the show began, a two hour performance...feet hurt so bad. The positives: Pet Shop Boys were simply amazing! The show was well choreograpghed and there was a very good mix of classic songs and new material. Whenever they performed a new song they backed it up with a classic. My feet hurt but I was dancing all throughout the performance. The tour gear (T-shirts, program, etc.) were all heavily over-priced but overall this was an excellent show that looked nothing like the show they performed in late 2006. Would recommend with absolutely no reservations! Enjoy it!

I've always been a casual fan of the Pet Shop Boys, for over 25 yrs. But, have never seen them Live! Finally took the plunge, and saw them, with a Sold-Out crowd, at the Beacon Theater in NYC! SO WORTH THE WAIT!!!! When my mouth wasn't singing along with Neil (and, the rest of the crowd), it was usually dropped open, with an astonished look on my face! I have literally seen hundreds of shows in my years, but I truly haven't been this stunned with amazement at such entertainment, in YEARS! It really didn't matter that I didn't know all of the songs they played, I was entertained from beginning to end. Thank you so much PSB!!!!

I had seen them back in 1999 for their Nighlife tour and I really enjoyed seeing a 2nd time last night, almost 10 years (first time seen was at Irvine Meadows Ampitheater in Irvine). The venue was very good even though I wish seating wasn't so close quarters. I'm glad there were teleprompters since, of course, there's always really tall people in front of me whenever I go to music events, UGH!!! But PSB didn't disappoint. I love the Boys since they came out with the original version of West End Girls on Bobcat Records produced originally by Bobby "O". That version and then the remade versions were defining moments in my youth in Junior High onwards. I have never stopped listening to them ever since. I'm glad they are still around for me to enjoy. I wish them many more years of great productivity. They were awesome and I would see them again in a heartbeat.

After the disappointment of the cancellation of their last attempt at an LA show, I could not wait for the day of this concert to arrive. And oh how it was worth the wait. I can never get enough of PSB. Never. The show was amazing. The crowd was enthusiastic and appreciative, the stage was all tripped out in crazy lights and boxes, the talented dancers made for a nice addition, the energy of the upbeat songs had the place rockin and Neil singing on the slower songs was just mesmerizing. The whole thing just sweeps you up and I was so caught in the moment. I mean who doesn't hear PSB songs from 20 years ago and you are transported back to the things you were doing then, the people you knew, the places you were. Awesome. The Coldplay cover was really cool, the classics such as Suburbia, Being Boring and West End Girls had the crowd singing along and everyone smiling, the confetti/glitter that shot out to the crowd caused a big cheer and just seemed so right at a PSB show. GOOD TIMES!!!!!!!

The Pet Shop Boys at The Warfield on Wednesday night in SF were never being boring and we were never being bored. With a set made up of hundreds of white shipping boxes the Boys materialized on stage in a flash of light. Cool as ever they proceeded to kick the show off with "Did You See Me Coming" (with a quick side trip to "Pandemonium") . It seems to me that Neil Tennant was channeling the spirit of a young Frank Sinatra. He has definitely perfected the crooner persona. Chris Lowe, stoic as ever in his dark glasses, stood behind his silver lap-top and like the Wizard of Oz created an incredible multi-media extravaganza. They were assisted by four very talented dancers wearing some of the most amazing costumes to date (I especially liked the NYC skyscrapers during "New York City Boy"). The set was made up of a good mix of their latest album "Yes" and classics from the past. Highlights included "Love, etc."; "Building a Wall" (where Chris played electronic Taiko Drums); "You Were Always On My Mind"; "Go West:; "Jealousy"; "Suburbia"; and "Se a vida e (That's the Way Life Is)". The set ended with "It's a Sin" and they returned to play two encores: "Never Being Boring" and the obligatory "West End Girls". Even though I've heard "WEG" to the point of mental over-playment, I think they did a good job at making it sound fresh and a joy to hear. Great show, great crowd, great venue - what more can you ask for?

I've been rocking out all summer and Petshop Boys at a venue like the Greek Theater was a dream come true. It's a reminder of how it's the simple things that are amazing! Set design, dramtic and simple set changes, obviously great tunes from over the decades which carries all and their simple presence. As usual, the Pet Shop Boys never disappoint. Set in the very opulent venue of the Chicago Theatre, the performance was spectacular. They have managed to take what seemed at first to be a very simple set, white boxes stacked on top of each other and transform them, song after song, into a unique backdrop and integral part of each song. The dancers and costumes were also great. It was a very well choreographed show and the music was great, with a good mix of both their old and new hits!!!

What a fantastic combination of both music memorabilia and contemporary Pet Shop Boys hits. These two haven't slowed a single bit. Their engineered sound and unique harmonization continue to carve their place in music history. The staging was simple, yet unbeliveable! It made me feel like a kid getting a hard-to-find popular toy at Christmas and opting to throw it aside after opening it in favor of playing with the box! The lighting and CGI were seamless and made the stage EXPLODE! Bravo to the tekkies! The dancers were a mere four but were mezmerizinng. The two blonde twin sisters were electric and the African American dance couple was something right out of an Alvin Ailey performance. I absolutely LOVED this show!

Neil And Chris took the stage at 9:30 and delivered a solid professional 2 hour set to a packed house. Neil's voice sounded fantastic and the stage visuals were extremely entertaining. If the band's goal was for an all out assault on the crowd's senses? ... mission accomplished. With colored cubes on their heads, the back up singers/dancers maneuvered around the small stage with precision and dexterity . There was so much visual stimulus for the crowd to absorb, that it times they seemed subdued. Besides the occasional "Hello Orlando", Neil kept to the main purpose of the night - to sing. One of the unexpected moments in the show came from Chris when he joined the dancers center stage and almost started to dance. The highlight of the set had to be the encore of West End Girls. It stills sounds as relevant and fresh as it did 25 years ago.

Friday night's performance from the Pet Shop Boys at House of Blues in Orlando was nothing short of amazing and the stuff that fanboys are made of. The near-perfect set during a terse day of reflection by most Americans was punctuated by songs from their new album "Yes" and classic favorites that span over twenty years. If crowd wasn't squealing from Neil Tennant's near-perfect pitch, accompanied by PSB Chris Lowe's glass beats, the story told by anonymous box-headed back-up singer/dancers and candy colored images projected onto a moving wall of cubes was one of ribald debauchery and heartwarming sentimentality. In borrowing a theme from their new album, if you came in as a stranger to the House of Blues, you left feeling a common bond to the person next to you as the Pet Shop Boys were building a wall...and then broke any inhibitions down.

This was my first Pet Shop Boys live experience. The House of Blues in Boston is a neat venue, situated next to Fenway Park, so grabbing a bite before the show was easy and relatively inexpensive. Chris and Neil chose a really pleasing variety of songs from their extensive repertoire, so a fan of any of their "phases" would hear something they enjoyed. Every era was represented. Production value matched that of a Broadway show, with deceptively simple set designs that flowed easily from one mood to the next. Neil sounds really nice live, unlike a lot of singers. His style is much more easygoing than when he first started recording. The house sound system was a little overpowering at times, but Neil has such easily intelligible diction that his aspirants and stop plosives were clear. The ever-enigmatic Chris is a great pianist and percussionist, so I could detect no unintended deviations from the original recordings. 'Being Boring' was lovely. This song is packed with so much imagery, that to hear it in a concert that also included 'Can You Forgive Her?' and 'Pandemonium' was a really nice surprise. I hope Chris and Neil record a version of Viva la Vida for public release.

WOW!!! I loved them before the show and now they are icons in my eyes. I was surprised by the diversity of the crowd but not by how each and every person thoroughly enjoyed each and every song.

One of the drawbacks of a show that relies so heavily on electronic wizardry is that technical difficulties are bound to happen sometimes, as was the case with this PSB show at House of Blues in Atlantic City, NJ. The doors to the venue opened at 8PM, meaning the show was probably set to go on around 9PM. Due to problems with the video feed to the screens on stage, it didn't start until 9:50PM! Once it got going though, the Pet Shop Boys delivered a tight 90-minute set of old favorites ("You Were Always On My Mind", "Jealously", "West End Girls", "Go West", "It's a Sin"), and some less familiar, but really good, tracks off their new CD, "Yes". The duo is known for shows that combine multi-media elements such as large-scale video, computer graphics, dancers, and silly costumes, to create a show that is cohesive in both its conception and execution, yet never takes itself too seriously. In this show, PSB pulled off their usual brand of high-tech "performance art" that helps to elevate the music rather than detracting from it, as would be easy to do given all the disparate visual elements at play. Especially impressive were the 4 dancers/ background singers who added a hefty dose of athleticism, wit, fun, and emotion to PSB's driving beats and yearning lyricism. As a result, the pair retain a youthful relevance and avoid looking like aging Brits doing an "oldies" tour. Neil Tennant's voice was as strong, clear, and distinctive as ever, and Chris Lowe maintained his signature "genius-behind-the-curtain" persona. All in all, a very satisfying show for both older and newer fans.

The concert was amazing, Super is an understatement in their title. Wow what a performance, they sounded great, playing songs from their entire collection and the laser light show was out of this world. The Opera House was alive with so much energy, the show ended in a blink of an eye. It was definitely worth the 5 hour drive from Michigan. We would do it again in a heart beat.

Another 80's favorite that I had the opportunity to enjoy with my wife. Great music, performance and lighting effects. We danced, singed all night. It was awesome! The only thing that they missed was to play "suburbia", which is one of our favorite songs from PSB...

I guess after having seen Keane, Air & Snow Patrol at the Fox which all exceeded my expectations, this show fell short. I didn't realize it would only be the singer and the keyboardist, with dancers to try to elicit more interest. Perhaps the band is aged out in my opinion, with a 60 year old lead singer, something is always amiss. Also, the intermission video made it feel as if I was at a Gay Pride Event.

The projections and lasers were incredible by themselves - But they served to highlight and enrich an outstanding set by the Pet Shop Boys!! A mix of newer charting songs and classic hits that kept moving rapidly for two hours!!

PET SHOP BOYS; what else I can say about Neil Tennant & Chris Lowe than they are out of this world their music is exceptional with a unique Chris' sound and exquisite vocalizing by Neil. I really enjoyed this concert and 100% count with my presence in future presentations in Los Angeles area. I had the opportunity to attend the concert with a couple of female friends Erica Acosta & Stephanie and they loved the concert [Music, Sound & Lights effects were amazing]

While they skipped a few of my favorite tunes ("Love Comes Quickly," "Jealousy" and "What Have I Done to Deserve This?"), this was a very strong show. The opening visuals were phenomenal (as they played the first two tracks ("Axis" and "Bolshy") from their 2013 album "Electric") and the visual presentation throughout was excellent. They played such songs as "West End Girls," "Rent," "It's a Sin," "Go West," "Domino Dancing," "Love, Etc.," "Always On My Mind," "Opportunities (Let's Make Lots of Money)" and "Somewhere" (from "West Side Story") as well as a few others. They kept the energy up and I was entertained for the entire time they graced the stage. My only complaint: the tickets said 7:00, so I assumed that the show would start at 7:00. Instead, they opened the doors at 7:00 and the Pet Shop Boys didn't start playing until about 9:15. The opening act was a DJ who did a fine job, but I was ready for the main act before he even took the stage. Still, it was a fun evening.

The first song that immediately comes to mind when I think of Pet Shop Boys is West End Girls . This song came out when I was in junior high. Every time I hear the lyric If, when, why, what? How much have you got? I am immediately transported back to a friend s suburban singing along. Pet Shop Boys started the show with Axis behind a screen that projected their shadows from behind. The screen was still up when the second song started. This concerned me a little because I was worried that they might do the entire show behind the screen. Thankfully soon into the second song the screen came down and we could see Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe. The crowd went crazy. Neil Tennant s voice has not changed. He sounded just like their albums but it was obvious that he was singing live. They had great outfits too. The first outfit was a spikey black jacket. I would love to know what the material was. It looked like simple black garbage bags, but I m sure it was something ridiculously expensive. They also wore metal animal horns covering their heads, bright orange suits and even a disco ball \u2018helmet . They performed new songs and several of their classic hits including West End Girls , It s a Sin , Always on My Mind , Suburbia , Rent , I Wouldn t Normally Do This Kind of Thing , Go West and Opportunities (Let s Make Lots of Money) . The only classic they didn t sing was What Have I Done To Deserve This , but I didn t even notice until the next day. They also had dancers that performed most of the time with their heads covered by something whether it be bull heads or orange Koosh balls. Even though they were excellent dancers it looked like they were having more fun on stage than most back up dancers I ve seen. Bottom line is this show was amazing. Jacques Lu Cont, a DJ from the UK, opened up the show. He has worked with a lot of high profile artists including Pet Shop Boys. The hour he performed was a painful one. I could only see a couple of people on the floor dancing. My friend and I went into the Mezzanine lobby half way through his set to get a drink and saw several people hanging out waiting for the DJ set to be over. Not a good opening act choice. He should stick to performing for people that only want to see DJ sets. This crowd was looking forward to seeing Neil Tennant sing.

4th time seeing them. Best lighting of probably any show I've been to and I've seen well over 100. They played a very good, balanced mix of new and classic songs, which by that I mean they got the new out of the way early. The show and the crowd's energy grew in a crescendo that culminated in a standing ovation as they went through songs everybody knew and loved. They even played "Miracles", which was a big surprise and a nod to diehards who know everything they've put out. The scenery, dancers, wardrobe was very high art. Enough costume changes to put Cher to shame. You can't be disappointed.

What a great show. I have never seen the Pet Shop Boys before but have always wanted to. It was worth the wait. The music had me dancing almost the whole time and visual effects were spectacular. The dancers on stage definitely had a work out as they danced the night away. The show was on the short side. It was less than 2 hrs long in which I found a disappointment.

I had been waiting for a Pet Shop Boys concert since ages, and finallly I got to live one. It´s amazing, I love the way they perform, and the many thecnical and artistic things that embrace the songs. I enjoy it very much. I think the concept was duality. A couple of boring songs, I wish they perform more songs of the new album wich is great. But in the end I went out more than satisfied and with many images of the show in my head.

Great show. Venue's Art Deco style played well against the techno vibe of The Pet Shop Boys. Great light/ laser show to boot. Very cool choreography. Only negative is that I thought the sound was too loud for the venue, resulting in Neil Tennant's voice at times getting lost.

Sept. 28th's show was unforgettable. By far one of the best of their concerts to date. What a treat to get to EXPERIENCE the music and not just sit back and let them play at it. I really wish we had known about the pre-shoe meet and greet. I think that would have doubled the experience!

The Pet Shop Boys were incredible. It was an incredible show. The energy from them was "electrifying" and the crowd even energized the two. The lights were amazing and the Auditorium is a great venue to see a show in. PSB is my all-time favorite group and they did not disappoint. Great show for new or old fans of the Pet Shop Boys. The setlist was fantastic, they played all of their biggest hits as well as 4 tracks from the new album. It was clear that the audience hadn't listened to the new album yet and stood around awkwardly during the songs that they didn't recognize, but they sung along and danced throught he rest of the show. The dancers onstage were super talented, and Chris and Neil did their thing perfectly, definitely up to their high Pet Shop standards. Neil did his bit to get the crowd involved, and Chris stood there silently, but that's par for the course when you're dealing with these guys. The lights and visuals were all good, too. Highly recommended

Once again an amazing show by the Pet Shop Boys. Great Mix of the old and new songs and for a real fan all songs are favorites. I have been a fan since the eighty's and still rush to buy a new album when it is released. I don't understand what people expect from a concert from any group that just released a new album. If you want just the old stuff stay home and listen to your records and that will free up more tix for the real fans that love it all. From the moment the super circles turned with the Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe it was an on your feet show. Only wish it could have been longer to get more songs in. The laser show is like no other and so awesome to watch. Can't wait for the next concert.

With the third PSB concert in the last few years, this one again did not disappoint. I am the same age as The PSB and what still amazes me is people 20 or 30 years younger than me are singing along to the songs released in the eighties...awesome!!! One negative remark and this is only in reference to Madison Square Garden and definitely not the artist. There were two events going on at the same time. The PSB and a UFC Event. Having all the people entering in only two entrances, going through security and metal detectors and then left on your own to try and figure out where your event is taking place was very frustrating.
