Chris Rock is funny and smart. He keeps his jokes funny and most can relate to them. It's been a while since he has hosted a show... I'm waiting patiently for him to have a tour again. Perhaps he's busy with family ties right now... I know he'll have a show soon, we miss and love him dearly... Come on and make us laugh during this recession before most cry....

This guy was decent....mediocre at best. He kept rambling on about old stuff and racist stuff sometimes. It was cool to see Jeff Ross and Bruce Bruce though. Was strange that people were starting to walk out later on, while Chris was still on stage. Only thing bad that happened was we had a minor situation with security that made me bounce 5 mins before the show ended. Overall i cant complain, it was a decent show but in comparison to guys like Dave Chappelle, Martin Lawrence and Kevin Hart this guy is not on their level. Chris Rock should maybe just stick to doin movies.

Chris Rock's show was fantastic. But the venue screwed up big time. Due to miscommunication from the venue and lack of staff, we, along with hundreds of others, had to stand in three different lines for nearly an hour to get inside. In 10 degree weather.

Jeff Ross was great. Anthony (opener) was awful. Said things just for shock value that weren't particularly insightful, nuanced or funny (dropping baby jokes, etc.). Fans were left in 15 degree weather outside waiting to get into the halls before the show started just so the workers could ensure all the concert goers phones were fastened in a device to prevent illegally recording which was absurd! That set the tone for me my first-time seeing Chris Rock.I was not impressed with the show.

Although the show took a little while to start and it was freezing, it was well worth it. Jeff Ross opened and killed it and provided entertainment throughout the show. Anthony Jeselnik was next up and absolutely destroyed the crowd, if you know his humor you understand. The Rock came out and his set was well over an hour, and it was amazing as expected. My stomach hurt the next day which is always a good sign. If you can see him i highly recommend it!

Chris Rock was fantastic. As were his opening acts. Very much recommend seeing him. Getting into the DAR Constitution Hall, however, was horrible. In 15 degree weather, people were made to wait 45 minutes outside while the venue only had 1 door open for people who had their tickets on their phone. Pure punishment for people trying to be eco friendly.

Show started almost an hour late. The second comedian was horrible. Chris Rock had some funny bits but not the Chris Rock I have seen before. I do not need a large portion of the show talking about his divorce.As a teacher, his bit about bullying was not funny. Saying that kids could use a smack in the face when I deal with kids who are hit and marginalized is unacceptable. I hope he finds his stride again!

We sat far away but the sound system was excellent. Screens could have been larger. Lots of construction in the area as well as tight security. Give yourself extra time. Chris Rock with fabulous. He was very funny & kept me laughing the whole time. He touched on real life situations & issues in the world today, but keeping it light and comical. Now leaving this venue was a nightmare. Due to construction going on there, we literally had to walk around the entire casino to find our way back out! It was very unorganized and confusing. His shows on comedy central are hilarious. However, this show was a disappointment. He started out with political statements that some thought were funny but a lot of people sitting in disgust. Then the rest of his show was about his divorce from his wife and his admission of his cheating. How is this entertaining. I was expecting to leave with my stomach hurting from laughing so hard but just the opposite. There were about 3 laugh out loud moments, the rest was sad. Mr. Rock needs to stick with the funny stuff like the rest of the entertainment industry---stay the hell out of politics. Wish I could push a button and get my money and time back on this one.

The Hard Rock did a horrible job accommodating the guest. It took 35 minutes to get through valet. There were no signs where to pick up the phone pouch, there were no instructions that you needed to print your tickets. Entry lines were long, and disorganized and people that were assisting were frustrated. When we entered the venue, people were sitting in our seats, which happened to 4 other people that were in front of us. Hard Rock employees need training and organization skills. Made for a bad experience right from the start. Due to all the confusion, though we arrived 45 min early, we missed the opening act.Luckily Chris Rock put on a great performance, and ended the evening on a positive note.

My family and I spent most of our time on line at the customer service desk. We were unable to hear the opening acts and the beginning of Chris Rock's performance. We found a folding chair for my mother-in-law but ended up standing in the disabled section for the remaining 1.5-2hrs of the show. Chris Rock was hilarious. I would definitely see him again.

I was truly honored to finally see a Chris Rock show! I've been a fan of his from New Jack City and beyond! He was fantastic!! He was open, honest and raw about his divorce and his life after divorce. Hilarious about his experiences dating after being married for 16 years. Chris Rock is just amazing. I saw him at the same venue 10+ years ago and he still has it. He has such a practical perspective on current social issues and discusses it in such a funny way. I was crying the entire show. He performed for about 90 minutes, discussed the current #metoo movement, his daughter in high school, bullying, his divorce. I was glad he didn't spend much time talking about Trump...there is enough of that exploited by every comedian. But it just shows you how talented he is! He doesn't need to use the low hanging fruit to get a laugh!

I have always been a fan of Chris. His early standup back in the day was HI-LAR-I-OUS. However, I barely LOL at this show. I don't know if it was his "confessional" that dampened the mood even more or what. I had some chuckles, but that's all they were. I wanted GUFFAWS and ROTF type laughing. I also went to the backstage meet and greet and Chris seemed distracted. Not talkative or engaged. He was there to simply take the picture and move people along. However, I can give him a pass on that since I am sure he had a long day and plenty of people to meet.

The opening acts were pretty good, but when Chris Rock came onto the stage he started off very good, but it didn't stay that way. Chris Rick had a loud but monotone voice throughout the show, and it was very boring at times. There were four people in our little group and all four of us either fell asleep or took a lot of short nap sometime during the show. Very expensive show, but not even close to worth going. The event I give it 5 stars! But to get in at the Barclay Center was confusing. You walk in one door with a long line and then told to go around the block and wait on another line and missed the first 30 mins. No direction on the ticket on where to enter and once you are there no messages for customers as to which line is what. Other than that inside was good and clean and the event was fun.

My husband and I went to the Barclays Center for the first time on Saturday night to see Chris Rock. We got there early and were able to walk around and look at the entire venue. The venue was really classy! The show did start later than expected and they were two opening comedians Jeff Ross and Yvonne Orji. Jeff Ross was great and asked for volunteers to come on the stage so he could roast them and it was hilarious! Yvonne was good but it was really hard to hear the sound system in the upper seats echoed and made it a struggle to follow along. The sound was better for the Chris Rock portion. The arena setting is great for concerts with maybe not comedians where you are hanging on every word.

Barclay staff seemed to be unorganized but Chris Rock and crew made it well worth it. Barclay staff had us waiting in the cold without organized line to get in. I'm glad I didn't listen to them when they suggested we get there a hour before the event.

Rock is no longer funny. I saw him 20 years ago and he was great. Nothing made me laugh out loud. A couple of bits were mildly funny but that s about it. Save your money

Unfortunately, my experience was not what i had expected. The reason for this was the sound set up. The seats I bought were almost directly to the side of the stage. however the sound system set up was directed to the front of the stage. Which meant that I and other patrons were treated with horrible audio. The opening act passed with us not even hearing a word she said. Chris rock however was loud enough so that we could hear his voice. But again, his voice was distorted so much that we could not make out some of his words especially the end of his sentences and the punchlines to his jokes. I love Chris Rock and was highly disappointed that I was not able to fully enjoy his performance due to bad audio, and I came all the way from Trinidad to enjoy this experience.

I am a long-time fan of Chris Rock and this was my first opportunity to see him perform live and he did not disappoint! Jeff Ross and Yvonne Orji opened for him and they were both very good as well. Chris Rock gave a killer performance and I was in tears laughing during the majority of his performance. I will definitely go see him again but at least now I can cross this off my bucket list.

I'm a big Chris rock fan, really like his stand up. I have a few of his dvds but had never seen him live. I have to say he did not disappoint. I will say Jeff Ross who opens and hosts the show is funny too, worth the price of admission for sure. Even Jordan Rock's opening act was decently funny. The other opening act fell flat though, her name was something Orgy (sorry i forget her first name). No one laughed and we couldn't wait for it to end. The msg venue was nice too. Good sightlines it appeared from everywhere, not just my seats. One other note is that the show started at about 8:45pm. I was expecting Chris at 8. I didn't realize he wouldn't go on until almost 11:30. Also, they will secure your phone in a bag.
