Informative, entertaining and amazing, thanks to our tour guide, Paula! The views of the arena are worth the price alone! Definitely one of the best tours I have ever taken!

Pros: The Guide was very nice Cons: This "tour" wasn't "All Access" Honestly, save your money and get a ticket to an event, you will see the exact same things you will see on this pathetic excuse for a tour. When I heard "all access" I thought we would be shown the inner workings of the Garden, show us where the ice equipment was for the ice rink, maybe show us some "behind the scenes" things like where the performers hang out before the show, maybe show us the broadcast areas...NOPE..not at all. You start off by going to the main concourse and they show you, well, the main concourse that you will enter if you sit in any 100 or 200 level seat. Then you head up to the new Chase Bridge level and see what the view would be from there if you buy a ticket...they then lead you to the Suites where you can once again see the view from where CEO's watch events. From there they bring you to the 100/Ice level where you can see the view of the empty arena from the front row. They then show you the front door...tour over. The only thing they do show you is a big walk in freezer in which they keep a butt load of beer kegs called the "beer room", but you can only look, and only for 20 seconds. I questioned the reason why we weren't shown the Knicks/Rangers locker rooms and was told the teams were in the locker rooms, Although there was no game that day. Yet, they DID take stop along the way and take your picture in front of a "Green Screen" that made it LOOK like you were in the locker room, of which they offered to sell to you at the end of the tour for $21.99. So, I recommend saving your money and buying a ticket to an actual event, you will see the same thing, plus and event!
