It was a great game - although I do wish the outcome was a little different. Any and all issues I can come up with are directly related to the stadium. Basically it stinks. The ONLY saving grace was that we were sitting in the Club Seats. Aside from that, the place is a dump. It's near impossible to get to, parking was a disaster due to no or VERY poor direction and getting out, well, forget about that. The game was a 4*, the venue a 1*.

Driving in and out was a nightmare. Overall the stadium wasn't that bad. Atmosphere was amazing.

There are not enough words to describe how terrible our experience was trying to get into FedEx and park before the game. Word to the wise--you'd have a better time at home on your couch.

I had a decent time, but I'll never go to FedEx again. The traffic was awful. We arrived before the parking lot was supposed to open by 10-15 min. We were less than 1.5 miles from our parking sport and it took us approximately two hours. Some people took 3-4 hours. As much as I enjoyed the actual game, the experience of entering and leaving is unbearable. I ignore the long lines walking into the stadium because that is now typical (even though Caps and Nats games are faster). I won't dwell on the port-a-john lines. I know this is all tough to manage. However, as a consumer of tickets that are expensive, parking costs, in-stadium concessions, etc, the FedEx experience is not worth the value. Until they figure it out, I'm done with FedEx. I never wanted to say this because I'm close to this facility. The only reason I can say this is because it's worse than at least 20 other venues I've been to, including 10 other stadiums. It's a shame.

The VT v. WVU game, seats and excitement were awesome! Beer was expensive at $10 but the stadium and experience were great. Avoid the limited view seats. Traffic control was worst I have ever seen. It took 2 hours to go 1 mile coming from the west into the green and orange lots three hours before game time. Yes 2 hours for 1 mile!

Worst stadium traffic in Football. Our hotel was 20 miles away. It took 2 hours before we parked, even though we launched 5 and half hours before kickoff. Sad. Not enough restrooms in the stadium, even at the club level. You are guaranteed to miss significant portions of the game.

The game was fantastic. The stadium is NO GOOD. #1 - Not enough bathrooms - lines ALL through the game for the MEN! Long lines. #2 - Limited accessibility - no Metro access to leave the game, poorly organized UBER pick up resulted in 2 hour wait. Once we finally got into a car to leave, the traffic exits for UBER blocked by local traffic police. This stadium is the WORST for getting in and out - to and from. Never will I go again to an event at night at this stadium - the WORST

This parking at this event was horribly disorganized. People waited for hours to get into parking lots to tailgate. At the Redzone parking lot there was one attendant to service a huge lot and no traffic control get people in smoothly. The stadium itself is old and outdated. The concession workers were rude and unhelpful. The only saving grace for the event was an incredible game. That being said, I won't come back for anymore football games here!

There must of been some issues with staffing and parking lots. Redskins games aren't this bad. It took 2.5 hours to move 2 miles near the stadium and this was 4 hours before kickoff. When we finally got to the lots, no staff were in the lot to direct people to open spaces. So that clogged things again. Waste of money on the parking pass.

The matchup was incredible. Very exciting game. This was overshadowed by the horrible traffic to get into and out of the venue and poor directions for parking. I would not hesitate to go to another VT game but not at FedEx field.

Venue should open parking way before 4 hours before a game with a sold-out stadium. We left our hotel 1.5 miles away from the hotel at 3:10 and pulled into a parking spot at 4:30. And it only got worse from that point on. Left to enter the stadium at 6:50. Once we entered the ticketing gates, we were directed to go up the ramp for our club level seats. There were no signs whatsoever on the ramp and no doors open until we reached the top and someone had just knocked on a door and we saw it open. Found out we had bypassed our floor and had to walk back down the ramp and bang on the door beside a 8 inch club level sign... Finally allowed access, however we missed the kickoff. Restrooms were small and dirty. Recommend better signage, earlier access and larger/cleaner restrooms

Parking was unorganized and staff was not knowledgeable about which direction to guide you in, sat in traffic for 2 hours just trying to get in to park over 4 hours before game... Attempted to go into game 40 minutes early and barely made it to my seat for kickoff. Security staff at entrance was very rude and unprofessional

Traffic control into the stadium was the worst I've ever seen at a Professional Football Field. Over 1 hour to travel less than 5 miles! Parking was horrible! Bought the appropriate ticket for Orange D Parking and being unfamiliar with the venue I asked an attendant where Orange D was located. The attendant's answer, "You can park anywhere." I persevered and eventually found Orange D (located closer to the stadium than the "park anywhere" response from the attendant). Parking was essentially uncontrolled and haphazard. Cars were parked using multiple spaces and masses of people were standing unmoving in the driving aisles making maneuvering to find a parking space untenable. Absolutely no parking attendants to be found in the lots to provide any control. 10 minutes before halftime the wife and I went to one of the concessions to retrieve some refreshments. I'm 62 years old and was carded. No problem, I provided my picture ID and the attendant starred at it for several minutes. I asked it there was a problem and she said she can't find the dates. I told her it was a Military ID and the dates are on the back. She looked at the back and violently thrust the stiff edge of the card back into my hand, pushing my hand back to my body. I said what's up with that? And she shouted, "Your are rude!" At this point I said I'm leaving as I would not eat here if you paid me. FOLLOW-UP: I went Customer Service and reported the incident. They were appalled! I look forward to a future response (they have my contact information). BOTTOMLINE: The absolute WORST experience ever at a Pro Football Stadium! Parking was a joke, parking attendants were of absolutely no help. Concession staff was tremendously slow and horrendously RUDE. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO TO FedEx FIELD. I GIVE MY HIGHEST NOT RECOMMENDED RATING TO THE VENUE!!!!!!!!!

Game great. We win. Getting parked aweful. No police directing traffic. Parking lots do not open till 330pm for a 8pm game. Traffic control horrible. Some did not get parked till 630pm. Sat in traffic for over three hours an was in line by 2pm. The venue inside is bad. Rip off on beer. Tennessee game much better an drinks cheaper. Some seats in stadium were broken an people could not sit down. Terrible area for a college game. The atmosphere for college is totally different than pro games. Should never hold a college game there unless get parking control going and allow lots to open at 12pm.

It amazes me that a stadium that has been around over 15 years still cannot get people in to the parking lots in a reasonable amount of time. This is not the case at Redskins games but happens every time Virginia Tech plays at the stadium. The FedEx staff is never prepared for the crowd that shows up to tailgate. Parking lot attendants blamed new technology but I thought the purpose of technology was to speed things up not slow them down.

This was as bad of an experience as I've had at a sporting event. 2 hour wait in traffic to get into the stadium, 30+ minute wait to get in the game...it was a circus.

Overall, we had a good experience and although our seats were high up we had a great view of the game. The initial parking situation was atrocious! I have been to a lot of events at a lot of different venues and I have even been here for a football game or two before and the parking was never this bad. It was horrible getting into the parking areas and very confusing/chaotic.

Great location for neutral game for West Va vs VA Tech. Prices were little high for tickets and food. Great getting out of the game and getting in could have been a little better. Overall very fun game and location was very good.

We arrived over 2 hours early for the game. Paid $80 for parking in advance. Get to the lot and there are no available spaces. Had to pay again further down the road for parking. Arrive at the stadium with almost an hour to spare. Stand in line to get in over an hour at the ticket gate. Missed half of the first quarter. Horrible experience!!!!

The game was great except for the final score. But how can a stadium with FOUR entrances to the parking lot's (4 to 5 lanes at each one) take 1 and 1/2 hours to go basically one mile? The civil engineers and architects who designed all this get an F! The people who manage the parking lots and traffic flow get an F!! Stadium not much better. You have been warned.

The game itself was great, however the parking was the worst I've ever seen for any sports event. We spent three hours just trying to get into the parking lot and there was no order to the parking.

It took 3 hrs to get into the parking lots. Paid $54 for a pass and didn't get to tailgate because of the inefficient parking lot attendants or lack of. It was total chaos. Only three roads into the stadium. And no traffic control. Never have I seen a more worse parking situation,

The WVU vs VA Tech game was fine. The refs were awful, but not much to be done about that. My group was extremely disappointed in Fed Ex Field. Our seats were terrible. Halfway up a section in a tunnel with concrete pillars obstructing views, TV screens with the Orioles game on, couldn't hear anything (band, announcers), couldn't see the Jumbotron, and difficult to watch the game on the field so we had to rely on the TV monitors (which were showing the game) on a 5 second delay. I would never recommend this venue to anyone. Our seats were not worth $50, let alone the $145 we paid like other seats in the stadium with unobstructed views. The map on Ticketmaster did not give any indication how bad these seats and views were. And, it's too bad, cause my dad is a big Redskins fan, so we were all looking forward to his experience at his favorite team's stadium, only to be let down.

I do not know how this stadium hosts thousands of people each week. Getting to our parking lot was a nightmare. I arrived 5 minutes before the gates were to open and sat without moving on Redskins Drive for 40 minutes. Cars were going around everyone that was waiting in their assigned lanes. Cop cars were blocking a lane and no police assistance was anywhere to be found. The driver next to me was screamed at by a crossing guard cop to keep moving and told it doesn't matter what lot you are in. Everyone in my group of friends was an hour or more late in arriving because of the parking jam. Then getting into the stadium was another 30 minute wait. While people get wanded for having nothing and others walk in with a 6 pack of beverages. The staff at this venue seemed very unprepared and oblivious to the crowd.

Loved our Dream Seats and the view. Parking was a bit confusing as to where to park that would have been closest to our seats.

Total gridlock entering venue. Spent over an hour on Redakins Road to go less than a half mile. Finally reached the choke point which was approx 8 people checking parking passes for 20k vehicles. Little police presence to assist traffic. All compounded by the fact that Metro shut down before the game was over. I and thousands more would have used Metro if available. It felt like there was no one from the stadium or local police that even knew there was a game that night.
