Whole night was Fantastic !!! LOL , upon arrival realized I had left hard copy of Ticketmaster purchased tickets at Home, "Gurnee" , the Wolves Representatives were Great and Helpful and had my Date and I in our seats by Puck Drop , DD, 109 , I now have Glass Seats for Game 5 !!!!! Lets Go Wolves !

I went with my daughter and grandchildren and we all loved the entire game. Easy access to the Arena, section we satin at was easy to find, the Mascot was funny, the Cookie Drop and T-shirt throw was fun. The Fireworks display was great. I was sorry they lost because they played a great game.

The wolfs game was just Ok. They dont hit as hard as the NHL, the clock stops for way to many penaltys and it is just not as fun in the stands.

I decided to buy tickets to the opening game of the Chicago Wolves at the Allstate Arena. I purchased them online and picked them up at will call. The box office did not have a separate window for will call so I had to wait for others to buy tickets. I brought my wife and my 8 year old son. This was our first hockey game. We had 7th row seats at the blue line. The seats were almost too good. We could not see the puck when it was close to the boards on our side. Overall though we had a great time. Next time I think I will get first row center ice on the balcony for a better view of the ice.

If youm like hockey I recommend going to a wolves game. The hockey is almost as good as the NHL and it is much cheaper. I had a great time and will be attending many more games in the future.

We drove 8 and a half hours from Nashville just to watch our hockey team's AHL farm team, the Milwaukee Admirals play the Chicago Wolves at their home opener (Chicago is closer than Milwaukee, so it made sense). We got to the arena with little time to spare, but thankfully made it through Will Call quickly and were pointed to our seats right as the lights went dim. The season opening pyrotechnic show has put anything I've seen in a handful of NHL arenas to shame! The game was great. Some of the food choices looked delicious, though a tad pricey. The only real complaint I could make at the end of the evening (since the team we were rooting for won - go Ads!) - would be the lack of attention to people getting up and moving around when the game is in play. At NHL arenas, there are attendants that stop people from leaving or entering the aisles until there is a stoppage in game play, so there aren't people standing up and blocking other peoples' view of the game. Other than that - a great time to say the least, and not the last time we drive nearly 9 hours to hit up the Allstate Arena!

I love going to Chicago Wolves hockey games with my girlfriend because it is a lot of fun and affordable. It is a good event to take the whole family to. I suggest you try to go to at least one game if you can!

Always enjoy attending a Wolves game! This was a birthday present for someone who never attended a game and he was amazed at the entertainment. Before even getting to the car, he insisted on attending another game. Although the last game of the year, it left a lasting impression. I went to the Wolves game with a few friends. We had a great time! I love hockey but a few of my friends didn't and they still had a good time! The tickets were really cheap and the seats were amazing! The fireworks show in the arena before the game was a little drawn out and over the top. Unfortunately Chris Chelios was injured so we didn't get to see him. It was a great game though! There were a few hockey fights which are always fun to watch. The food was overpriced and just mediocre. That's expected at any sporting event though. So overall it was a blast and I'd definitely recommend it to other people! :)

Went to the game with my husband, 4 kids aging from 3 - 12, and my sister and her boyfriend. A GREAT time was had by ALL it was a high scoring game and there were a few fights and some close calls... I would definately recommend this to everyone!!!

The prices are very reasonable for such a fun game. I give those players so much credit for their strenuous stamina. I took my downsyndrome sister for her 21st birthday. It was one of the most memorable events for her ever! The equipment manager made her day; we were sitting right behind the players, out of nowhere he knocked on the glass and tossed an official game puck over the glass and gave it to my sister. We were and still are so touched and excited about it. Thank you thank you thank you!! I LOVE the Wolves!! Chelios my Aunt and Mom both went crazy watcing you on and off the ice! Stapleton you're my favorite..glad your in your hometown...Merry Christmas

I enjoyed the hockey game between the Wolves and the Monsters. This was only the second hockey game I have been to with the Wolves. I took my girlfriend and this was her first hockey game, ever! The game itself was great, but the entertainment by the management between periods and during the game itself was really good. I caught the only hockey puck to go over the glass, too! Leaving only took two or three minutes with the great traffic control provided. I had a very nice time.

Our seats were great, 4 rows from ice, next to Icehogs bench. What a game!! Triple OT!! 5 hours of non stop action! As a big hockey fan this was probably one of the most exciting games I have attended both in the NHL and AHL. It was also very nice that there was free parking for the game that night.

Still one of the top player introduction routines in minor league hockey, and the in-game entertainment is well produced & executed. These match the level of commitment from the players & coaching staff to maintain a competitive brand of hockey. The fans clearly appreciate all of these efforts. The Allstate Arena lower seating bowl is very shallow; so if you want to avoid the protective glass blocking your views of game play, you need to sit 18 or more rows up from the glass. Another option would be upper tier seats, which are closer to the ice than many large hockey arenas & offer good sightlines. They're cheaper, too.

Wow, I had the prime rib sandwich for the first time. It was incredible. Parking was a breeze, both entering and exiting. Plenty of food and beer options, they are expensive, but to be expected. The Wolves are great and my wife and I had a blast.

Game was great. Sound from the P.A. system was terrible. We were in the upper tier and could not understand MOST of what was being said. The volume was adequate but the tone was muffled because of this we did understand most of what was being said.

seeing a Wolves game is part of my annual visit to Chicago-land to see 'old haunts' from living in the area from 1998-2004. A little bummed that the Wolves lost, but still fun to be back at one of their games. Affordable tickets in the lower bowl are nice, and got a nice photo of Skates, the mascot, when he visited the section I was in.

This is the second Wolves game in a row that was marred by others around us who were really not there to see the game. Two ladies immediately behind us spent the entire game chatting with each other -- not softly. Clearly they were not there to watch hockey. The prior experience involved a large group sitting to our right who were clearly there just to drink and talk. They kept going in and out to the concessions area -- requiring us to get up each time -- during play on the ice. It seems that many of the attendees consider it a social event or a party. Uninterested in the game and detracting from the experience for the people who want to watch hockey. Did you know that the cost of a beer at Allstate Arena is higher than at Soldier Field?

Wolves games are fun and they do a nice job but I won t go to anymore games. I have sat in multiple locations and all of the seats and sight lines are bad with numerous blind spots. It is bad for adults but worse for kids. The Jumbotron is so low def that even watching that doesn t help. Amenities, bathrooms, concourse are all so tired that it needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It may be tolerable for some events but hockey shouldn t be played there. I would be very unlikely to attend any event there. Rosemont generates huge revenue from hotels and airport, time to build a new proper arena or more events will go to city Depaul arena, united center and sears center.

I always enjoy Wolves games!! But I hate when the refs call more penalties against the Wolves then the other team when they have committed a penalty. The Wolves can battle back and they did!! There are a team that may at times make a bad pass and give up a goal, but they always play together as a pack of Wolves!! The one thing is if you hang around long enough after a game you can get autographs of some of the players!!

Great venue and great game as always. Not a Wolves fan, so was super excited to see the Griffins WIN!!!!! It was adopt-a-dog night and we planned on doing that, but got there a bit late. The seats were amazing and allowed us ample space to move around. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 5 kids (ages 7-14).

I took my grandson for his 6th birthday. He is a hockey fan & loves the game. His eyes lit up when he saw the ice from our 1st row upper level seats. The fire works to introduce the players were great & the National anthem shook the wooden rafters. The game was exciting & the view was perfect for every shot and punch that was on the ice. It was nice not to have to tell my grandson to keep quiet, he screened and cheered as loud s he could. After the game getting out of the lot was a breeze like it is most of the time. I'm sure my grandson will always remember his 1st hockey game and his 6th birthday.

We had a really great time! My family of 5 including my husband, myself and kids ages 9, 7 & 4. Our seats were directly behind the Wolves bench and we were amazed at how much activity there was going on all game long! My family attends many events, but attending Wolves games is the easiest. Parking, walking in, finding your seats....so easy. Wolves games are very affordable for a family of 5 too!

The Wolves played a great game on March 20th against Iowa Wild. It was my first game seeing them and I was blown away by the heart in the game - I could tell the players play because they love it. It was a very family friendly environment and I enjoyed every minute watching. My only critique is to work on their food service - I went to order a pretzel and they were currently out. When I asked when more would be ready they weren't sure and said someone was bringing them. Thinking that would be a quick thing, I ended up waiting for 10 minutes for a pretzel that never came, so I just went back to my seat and enjoyed the game pretzel-less. Let the staff know how long it will be til "someone comes back with some more" so the guests don't end up missing out on their show unnecessarily. Other than that, the game was awesome! .

I was excited about my seats, they were located in the first 6 rows behind the glass. Unfortunately when we arrived we were directly behind the opposing team and they had their sticks placed solidly against the glass, obstructing 75% of our view.

Arena was pretty easy to find. Parking attendants were friendly, let us park near the Griffin's bus. Seats were comfy & had plenty of room. Minus 1 star for pre game activity being loud & kind of inappropriate after the Boston Marathon incident. But overall the game was AWESOME Griffins won!!

The Milwaukee Admirals traveled to Chicago to take on the Wolves in a VERY important game with play off implications. The Admirals played a fantastic game, in which they scored 3 goals on Wolves primary goalie, Matt Climie. Magnus Hellberg, on the other hand, the goalie for the Admirals allowed in 0 goals for the Wolves and got the Admirals one step closer to the playoffs.

I don't understand the other reviews saying that the arena is old and dirty, and that the staff is rude. My experience was exactly the opposite. I thought the arena was nice, well-maintained and that the staff members were very nice Even though my team (Toronto Marlies) lost that evening, it was an exciting game that went to overtime and penalty shootouts. But I'm a die-hard Maple Leafs fan (I'm a Toronto transplant) who breathes, eats, and sleeps hockey. My advice: Get the cheaper seats on the upper deck. You'll get much better views of the rink. It's as if you were watching the game on TV.

Great venue and wonderful seats for this fun hockey game. The Wolves pulled out a come from behind win that was exciting. The "Kid of the Game" happened to be my nephew so it made if more fun to attend. He was treated so "royally" and he was a delight to see as he made his way onto the ice while so many fans asked to "high five" him. Thanks go out to the Wolves organization for making this a memorable day to remember! Kristen Keane was attentive and showed us what to do the whole time. I want to congratulate the Wolves on the opportunity they present to deserving children. The Wolves game was such fun, inexpensive and enjoyable. Thanks Chicago Wolves.. you rock!!!

I brought my 9 yr. old daughter, her friend, and my two best friends for a Christmas present. We sat 4th row (DD), next to the penalty box...great seats! The only thing I didn't like was I wasn't worried about myself or my friends not paying attention to the puck, but you have to always keep your eye on for the kids...they could get hit. I would actually sit further back for not only that reason, but to see the game better and be able to have a chance to get any t-shirts that Skates was throwing out to the crowd. Getting out of the parking lot was a nightmare! The organization was great coming into the event, but leaving was a free for all and we didn't move from our space for almost 25 mins! They need better leaving plans for people, especially with kids! Other than that, it was great..lot's of fun things to do for the kids in the lobby, not too expensive for food and drink and bad language was to a minimal..not like most sporting events I attend. Good times and would do it again.

What a game and What a deal, the value of the tickets was minimal for experience shared with my son. We got two tickets on the glass behind the goalie. My son got a puck from the warm ups which delighted him to no end.

First time going to the wolves game. Had a great time. kick butt intro. loved the fireworks display. only knock is small seats, no really small seats. so if you got a big bottom it is going to hurt sliding into them !!

I had an Amazing time with my family. I would love to do this again. i you haven't visit the wolves please do so. Great for kids when they want to be loud or when you want to get some steam out. I had a great time and i really recommend every one to come and join the fun. Happy holidays to all.

Family had a great time, when we showed up, there was a paper taped to the seats we had reserved with my name on it. Even the people sitting behind us said hay you must be Robert. The family got a kick out of that. The girls had a great time and for my son, it was his first time. He is only 3. He wanted to come to the next game. Always have a good time watching the wolves. Took my 3 year-old to the game not knowing what to expect. It was fun but at times extremely loud to the point he was covering his eyes and ears, and he is a pretty tough kid who has no problems with fireworks and stuff like that. We also sat in the second level and the concessions were terrible up there. Had a fun time overall though.

The games are great but whoever handles concessions needs to step it up. Been coming to this venue for years so I know when we see a decline & these days the decline is out of control. Staff & stock the concessions

As someone who likes to keep details of scoring and penalties, the PA system was so bad you could barely hear the numbers of players, especially on assists. In addition, I felt the workers in the concession area were not that friendly. I ve been to over 30 hockey venues across the Eastern US and Canada and found it to be the least favorable experince yet. I did enjoy the player introductions with the pyro and the fire and the in game entertainment was good as well. Just fix the sound-system!

I had a ton of fun at the game. The snacks were priced reasonably (for a sports venue), the game was fun, there were pyrotechnics(inside???), and it was generally great.

The fireworks for the pregame are phenomenal. They're always very impressive. This was out third time going to a Griffins game against the Wolves. We always feel so welcome and we are always thanked for coming by the Wolves fan. Very fun place to go.

I went to watch the ice hockey game at the first time with my family. When the first period was end, we thought that Wolves might lose this game. But, we believed Wolves players and cheered for them. We were extremely excited when they came from behind in the extra time. We would like to go to see the game again!! Go, Wolves!!!

My family had a great time at the Wolves game. It was easy to get in and find our seats, and we felt we were right on the ice. We loved the fireworks show at the beginning and all of the little games and activities at the breaks. We loved that it was a family-friendly, fun time and will be back for another game.

Our family went to the Chicago Wolves Hockey Game. Just as exciting as an NHL game, but alot less $. Getting the tickets on line and picking them up at the box office was easy. Thanks for a great birthday night.

this was part of my annual visit to Chicago-land to visit 'old haunts' as I lived in the area for 6 years. Always a treat to see the Wolves hockey game, and it starts early with the big show in the player introductions. there was a big fight near the end of the game where 5 players were ejected, not my thing when I am there to see them pass and shoot the puck. But a big deal to witness something that got plenty of media attention. Great to see the Wolves win as well. This might be a minor-league team but it is run like a major-league outfit, you get your money's worth when seeing one of their games.

I thought we had great seats with the exception of the one seat behind the visitor booth (#12). We were in row DD. The seat should have been ok with the exception that the team coach/manager put all the hockey sticks standing up right in front of my seat, hence, even thought I paid top dollar for this particular seat, I could not see anything and the coach/manager would not move the hockey sticks so I could see the game. I just ended up having to stand up most of the game so I could look the hockey sticks and see the plays. The other 3 seats were the same price and were great. The pre-show was awesome too. I just think someone should know that you can't sit behind the visitor or home boxes or your view may be obscured. I don't think these seats should be top dollar if you can't see. Other than that the game was great, the venue was cool and we had a wonderful time with my our grandparents.
