Wow! So many guest surprises (my fave Romeo Santos and Maluma!) this place was lit!! Only thing I didn't like but had nothing to do with the actual concert was that people were smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the arena and since I was at the end of the row people would come and stand on the stairs but were eventually removed my security.

Seats were decent but for $143 a ticket it would have been nice of MSG had a mega screen. It was hard to feel connected to the music and artists when you couldn't see their faces.

Show started at 9pm (expected). Show was amazing towards the last 2 hours. The sound was horrible for the first 2 hours. We could not make out the words to any songs except for what we had memorized on our own. I m glad that by the time my favorite artist performed (Nicky jam, J Balvin, ozuna) the sound was much better than the beginning (although overall could have been better). Would definitely attend the next one but really hope they work on sound quality which really make it unpleasant trying to figure out what they are singing.

Sound system was terrible, the base was so heavy that could hardly hear the artist. Becky G's Mic was off for most of her performance. Thank God for Ozuna who was able to at least make up for the last 15 to 20 minutes or the concert. Wish I could get my money back.

Music wasn t loud or clear enough. Sometimes the mic would cut off and you wouldn t hear them sing. Everything should have been tested before.

Being originally from DC I was pleasantly surprised with Prudential center. I had a couple drinks and enjoyed them! The staff was friendly and helpful, the cup holders are a definite plus! And the parking was so close and easy to find! I will most definitely consider future visit to this venue and will recommend it to my friends and family!!!

Highly upset with this years show! A lot of artist did not show which is false advertising! The money I spent on the seats was not worth it! All I heard was bass! I wish I can have a refund that s for sure!

Very unpleased with the seats purchased! They were advertised as good seats 360 view but in actuality paid $500 to see the back of their artist/performers heads! Very upsetting! Worst part is that Ticketmaster won't even do anything as a courtesy or compliment for the dissapointment!

Event was entertaining. Last act came out very late. On a tues night approx 1:45am it ended. Alex barely DJ'd live. We got there at 8pm and still hadnt begun. Lot of hrs sitting there waiting for performers to play about 5 songs each. With little breaks of song mixes in between. The crowd was hyped. Fun night if tues is your friday.

It was a great concert, lots of artists the only down was it was so late I had to leave and missed the best part. At the msg all the concerts end at midnight. I had to catch the train to long island and Don Omar has just arrived. What a shame! They should of have distributed the time better, other than that it was great!

Started late, very unorganized, microphones were getting cutoff for some and then others playing for a LONG time and then when they finally got to the actual headliners (they don't say they are the headliners because it's a mixed concert BUT the smart people know who the majority of the audience was there to see) THEIR PERFORMANCES WERE SUPER FREAKIN SHORT AND RUSHED!!! Of course I had some fun and some performers did an awesome job BUT how do the headliners get rushed at the end end of the night?!?! I was disappointed and probably will not go to another one of these. Trust me it hurts.

I was very disappointed with this years Mega Mezcla concert the sound system was horrible we could not hear the songs that the artist were singing. I was seating in section 212 and there is no reason why we weren't able to hear the music and the sound system needed to be louder and needed to be able to travel up to the other sections. It was so bad that a lot of the people that were seated in my section started to leave in the middle of the concert. There is no reason why I should be hearing people having conversations 10 rows behind me. This does not happen at MSG you can be seated in section 400 and you can still hear the artist clearly and the music.

The audio in the Prudential Center was so bad you can't barely understand the words when the artist were singing. Becky G mic stop working in the middle of her performance. The only two performer that you can understand was Nicky Jam and Ozuna. The rest of the performer was terrible. This is my second time attending la Mega Mezcla and both times in the Prudential Center the Audio is really bad. Alex Sensation needs to pick another location next year. I will not pay $200 again for this show.

First off sound was terrible..speakers were too loud and could not make out what the singer's were saying and music was just awful due to speakers being untuned and loud. People were rude and untamed, and finally seating in the 122 section was way too steep and high making me get a phobia of heights and breathing panic attack. And why do they leave the best artist for last making people wait until after 12am midnight to see favorite artist perform..Also food was way overpriced..I'm only giving it 2 stars due to my favorite artist towards end of concert providing a great performance..I love you Ozuna!!

I ve been to this event before and it has been awesome but the audio was terrible this year. The music seemed very low and the mics were not working well throughout the entire show. To know I paid so much for these tickets and could have just listened to these artists on the radio for better audio is annoying.

Sound was poor. Couldn t understand artists they sounded muffled. At one point Becky g performed and her mic completely stopped working they gave her another one and still no sound. The venue and someone from la mega should have addressed from beginning but never happened. It was so bad everyone should get half of their money back.

We were told we could pick up our tickets from will call but the only one window was open then when we finally received our tickets they we printed wrong so had to go back twice to will call . When we finally got to our seats the sound system was set up incorrectly so nothing could be understood . The system actually failed in the middle of a couple of performers . It was poorly setup . I have to call someone to try to get my money back . Never again!!!!!

This is the first concert I attended at the Prudential Center and the first concert that I took my teenage daughter too. We were extremely excited because we love all of the artists in the line-up for the concert. However, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the sound system. We were seated in section 212 and could not hear the artists songs. The music was too low and the artists sounded muffled. At one point, Becky G was singing and her microphone failed. They replaced her microphone and we still could not hear her. In addition, some people were smoking marijuana in the arena. I eventually took my daughter and left the event before it was over.

The arena was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. The event was AMAZING to say the least. It was even more than I expected. Only minor issue is wifi. Seems like no sports venue is properly equipped with wifi to handle all the guests.
