Chris Daughtry stands as one of American Idol's most beloved — and commercially successful — rock and roll alums. Immediately following his adrenalin-filled run on the show in 2006, Daughtry formed his eponymous band, topping the Billboard 200 just a few months later with a self-titled debut album. The design of the pool area at Red Rock was less than amazing as a concert venue. Unlike at Mandalay Bay, we were not allowed in the water at all. The layout of the pool area itself made it a challenge for most (not us, because we got there early) to even see the band well. Daughtry was amazing tho, will see them again even If I have to suffer the indignities of this venue to do that. The redeeming qualities of Red Rock are 1) no charge parking and 2) food options available after the show is over.

It was a surprise for my GF, she s a fan whereas I didn t know too much about him/them. Besides liking this venue a lot from past visits Daughtry picked up a new fan. Performance was great, very little downtime, great interaction with audience. Added bonus at the end of the show was the amazing cover of Purple Rain.....Will repeat for sure if the opportunity comes along

Daughtry played an awesome show for an excited crowd. He does very well at small venues, very good setting for him and his band. He played to the crowd, they were stoked to have him there and he played accordingly. The only downside to this show was that they were a rock band, thus they play loud music. i think the level was a litle too much. There were a few times i could here the speaker crackle because it was so loud. they could have knocked a few decibels off and it would have been incredible anyway, and i wouldnt have this ringin sensation in my ears the day after.

This was my first event @ HOB and it was AWESOME! We throughly enjoyed the opening act, almost as much as Daughtry. Although there is very little seating @ HOB, we loved the intimate venue where everywhere was a great "seat"!

This is the second time I have seen Daughtry and they rocked both times. They put on an incredible performance. The only slightly negative comment I could make is that, including the encore, they were on stage for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The show could be a little longer, but for the super cheap tickets ($20 each, $32 with all the fees), it's definitely well worth it. I could watch them 10 more times and am sure I would enjoy every show. Thank you Daughtry for another great concert.

Daughtry came into my life 10 yrs ago leaving a bad relationship and getting into a good one. I listened to his music every morning and every weekend trip I made in my long distance relationship at the time. His music gave me hope as well as reflection in my life that I needed. 10yrs ago I began the journey with Daughtry but also married my husband. This concert was amazing and I was able to take my teenage daughter to her first concert. Daughtry is special in more ways than one.

Due to no fault of their own; the band was an hour late and stuck at SeaTac Airport. We heard their equipment didn't show up on their flight. This concert was a fund raiser for the kids and no one was about to let them down. The venue was packed and the casino had an alternate performer come out and let us know that we were being stream lined to the hospital and all these kids were watching. We all gave shout outs to the kids and Daughtery and the band showed up an hour later. He did a great job of making it up to us and the concert was awesome!

My seat was in the VIP seating but everyone stood up the whole time, then a short girl stood up in her seat right in front of me people sitting to the left of me & really made it a very bad situation but didn't take away from DAUGHTRY!!! Chris was in rare form at Winstar on 6-4-16 in Oklahoma! I've been to tons of his shows and this was the most personable I've seen him. He interacted with the audience and even brought some of them up on stage with him. And I've never seen that!!! This was a great show by one of the best bands out there!!!

Went to see Daughtry at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida and they were amazing!!! I drove from Melbourne, Florida and it was definitely worth the 2 1/2 hr drive. Daughtry sounded great, just like listening to them on the radio. I was very happy to see that there was not an opening band. Chris's voice is phenomenal and together with the band they gave a unforgettable performance. I will definitely go see them again!!!

I've seen Daughtry every time he's come to the Detroit area including Grand Rapids. This was the BEST venue. I adore Daughtry so much because he has such a passion and love for what he does. This venue brought that out more then any other place I've seen him. He played witness with the piano only. Was the best!!! I absolutely love that man!!!!

What an amazing night...my first time at the Soundboard but definitely not my last. Great venue for an intimate concert. Brent James and the Vintage Youth killed it as the opening band. This was my second time seeing him live. I saw him in Mizner in Boca Raton two years ago. He had a local guy Mike Sanchez open for him both times! So cool! The entire band connects with the audience and Chris' voice is flawless! What was extra amazing is that he got 10 stitches in his head earlier that day and still rocked it!

Chris Daughtry was Awesome he is very personable and Fun. My bad review is for the Silver Legacy venue. I have attended 3 events here this year and I will not return no matter who is playing here. If you are a Fan of the band be prepared to be with boring miserable old fogies who aren t there to have fun they just got the free tickets from the Casino. If you stand up to enjoy a concert people complain and tell you to sit down I have never been to concerts where you have to sit down the whole time! I guess these concert goers want you to be as miserable & grouchy as they are and quietly sit on your hands. I saw people arguing over being told to sit down and security came more than once! Attend if you want to throw your $ away. This venue is terrible. The artists even tell everyone to stand up, but that doesn t last long.

Venue is gorgeous! The location is a bit interesting. But the set up for a meet and greet and the interior auditorium was awesome! Very roomy and beautiful inside. Acoustics were great as well. Possibly more security when exiting to parking post venue would be my only suggestion.

It s a beautiful venue! Bit stuffy for a sell out show. Got very warm by the time Daughtry performed. No ventilation. But the concert itself was awesome! Had great seats 4 rows from left side of the stage. It stated there would be obstacles but speakers were the only thing on that part of the stage we had no issues, plus Daughtry himself came to our corner an he was clear as day ........ well worth the price of the ticket!

We enjoy the beautiful Genesee Theater for good sound and renovated gorgeousness. We ve attended Daughtry shows primarily at outdoor venues in summer months and always experience a great performance. First of all, I LOVE The Parker Playhouse! It feels like home. The fact that they showcase bands like my favorite, "Daughtry", is the icing on the cake. Daughtry was FANTASTIC!! My husband surprised me with a VIP Experience which is always a great time with these guys. They are funny, down to Earth and very personable. I along with a few others got to sample three songs off of their upcoming album (they were awesome!) and got to chat with the band a bit. The swag bag is always nice and filled with awesome goodies, personally signed by the band. Now to the show. My husband had never seen Daughtry in concert and was completely blown away. The light show was absolutely, FANTASTIC and the energy was off the chain.These guys put on an incredible performance. Chris is 100% PURE VOICE. What you hear on his tracks is exactly what you hear in person. It's why I love him and his music so much. Last but definitely, NOT least, I have to give kudos to Daughtry's opening artist, "Sinclair". If you haven't heard this girl, you need to. She's raw, real and transparent, and it comes across powerfully in her lyrics and music. An incredible night!! Can't wait til the next show!!

On a whim, I purchased tickets to Daughtry for my wife and myself the day before the show. Obviously, I have heard his music on the radio but haven't been a "die hard" follower. Let me tell you, He put on a great show! His band is extremely Tight and his vocals are spot on! What a great show! I will definitely go again. Great "normal" crowd and a perfect smaller size venue. Welp,3 months later and I still reflect on what a great summer concert, Daughtry and Nickelback was. From the beginning, to the very end, this was an amazing show! All the fav's were played (with the exception of 1, listed below). Nickelback's(love his look now) Chad Kroeger, decided to send his (I believe) production manager out into the audience and hand out passes to an after party. I seriously thought it was a joke when he asked my sister how many in our group. Low and behold they really did have one and we got to attend. It's pretty cool when the lead singer of Nickelback makes you a drink. Both singers took time to grab some pics as well as just hang out and answer any questions we had. So one of my questions to Daughtry was, Why wasn't Battleships played? His answer, "it's just not that popular". I was shocked he said that, as I know, so many of us love that song. Either way Fantastic concert, I'll for sure attend all future Daughtry/.Nickelback shows.

I absolutely loved, loved the Daughtry concert at the M Resort by the pool, it was amazing!! Chris Daughtry was pretty awesome, a funny and down to earth kind of guy. A lot of interaction with the audience. He has an outstanding voice and acoustics were on point!!!

The Cherokee Resort Event Center is a great venue to see someone live. It's big enough to allow a good sized audience, but small enough to be a good intimate show. There was no opening act of someone that you didn't know to bore you, I'm sure Harrah's wanted this so that they could get you back to the Casino! Daughtry did songs from their new and old CD's and was strong throughout. My wife and I have seen them 6 times now and they've not lost the magic that made Chris popular on American Idol as he still has the charisma and southern charm as before and a good rock and roll voice. Overall we really enjoyed the show and look forward to seeing Daughtry again...but we also look forward to returning for another show at Harrah's.

Oh my God, this concert was the best. I loved the intimate feeling of the acoustic show. The band also seemed more relaxed. They made jokes, asked the audience what they wanted to hear, and just seemed very connected to their audience. The night was perfect.

It was cool to see both bands but fuel held the edge. Both bands played most of their hits, daughtry just played too many covers. One here and there is fine but three or four ina row got alil drag. Seeing the concert right on the beach made for an awesome experience. Def wld go back again.

The venue was great. Not to crowded. was worried when we got there because it was all General admission. But then after we got in it was awesome.. enough room to move arouns.. Then there is Daughtry they are amazing.. with Chris Daughtry's voice and the music of the guitar of Josh Steely and Brian C. the drums everything sounds as if we are in the studio while they are recording.. there is nothing that says true talent like live being the exact same as the album!!!
