Ludacris

Love the event. No need for the small time rappers. Busta Rhymes was at a different level. Professional, articulate and put on a great show. I just wish they all would have completed a full song.

The show was great, seeing everyone was great, however, I didn't give 5 stars or the following reasons: 1. Ludacris came out either exceptionally late ..not sure if it was because he arrived late or the show just got started late. His performance however was excellent 2. Sadly, this set in a motion a night of very long intermissions which began to look like stalling. 3. Trina came out for only 2 mins if that! She did a part of one song, maybe a part of another, and was done. What made it worse was when she left the stage, a non known artist came out rapping,,needless to say he got booed, yet continues on for 3 songs! On Twitter she says it was not her fault, but never clarified why. It was great to see her though and she looked beautiful. If not for those above reasons, I'd given a 5 star rating.

I had seen Nelly 3 times already so this was my 4th and it was just as great. Ludacris was a first for me and he was everything I expected and more. Definitely worth the money to see them.

Okay. It was advertised that Flo Rida would perform and Ray J host. Ray J wasn't there, so they had the most annoying girl i've ever heard host it. Then she comes out and says "Flo Rida won't be here, but have yall ever heard of Usher?"... that makes everybody thinks Usher's gonna be there... it was one of his boy bands. Gucci Mane cannot perform. period... and Ludacris was mad because the promoters didn't fufill their contract.

This event was so unorganize it starte one hour and half late from when they were supose to start everyone that was on the ticket did not show up they had about 2 hour intermission and the main star that we came to see ludacris they tried to get him off the stage before he was finish just over all very bad experience

The Opening acts were entertaining ill leave it at that lol. Gucci Mane was better than expected. Ludacris is The Man!!! He definately knows how to work a crowd, he performed most of his big hits and he was awesome. I took my sister to this concert for her graduation present all the way from ohio we were sitting front row floor. The only dissapointment was flo-rida no showing which we both were mad about, but other than that the concert was enjoyable and i would recommend anybody seeing ludacris in concert..

Luda did the darn thang! The rest of the show was absolutely wack. Whoever promoted the show did not do a good job and did not get assistance from the local radio station. Ticket sales were stupid - only a quarter of the BiLo Center was full.. You could tell the artists were not very interested in performing due to lack of fans, and there were much better local groups that could have performed instead of somebodies cousins. The show overall was boring - even though Luda didnt get what he was worth he still put his all into his performance.

Took my 2 sons with me, the show was great. Nelly put a great show was really pleased with his interaction with the crowd went all out was up there a lot longer than what I thought he be after that Luda came out went all out as well great interaction with the crowd as well a great experience from both of them really really happy my kids had a blast never thought I would be able to see them upl close and made us feel as part of the show would really recommend it to anybody a must see concert

Well Jeremih needed no introduction, literally. The poor man didn't even get introduced! All of the sudden the lights went out and some guy (Jeremih) starts rapping and singing. He doesn't sound very good in person. He sang 2 songs of his own (make up to break up and birthday sex) and hooks from others he's been featured in. After 30 minutes his set was over and Iggy came on stage. Now her performance was good. Hard to hear her rapping as her music was loud and mic wasn't the best. She did hold the crowds attention and performed her singles and songs off her album like Rolex. She had a 30 minute set as well. Now for the main event Ludacis! What a performance! The man still has it performing all of hits and I do mean all! Taking it back to what's your fantasy, move bitch, pimping all of the world, stand up, southern fried intro, and area codes just to name a few! His hour set never gets old! Definitely recommend to any Luda fan!

Love him even more now!! Was well worth the money and can't wait to see him again!

It was off the chain concert, my first time at Wild Bills wont be my last time. All the acts were great . Looking forward to returning.

it was a little delayed but other than that it was GREAT CONCERT!!! i love the event the venue and of course Ludacris!!

This was my first time seeing Ludacris in concert. And being that this was on a Thursday night, the line was very long, with over a hundred people standing in it waiting to get in. My sister and I were standing in line for almost an hour, and that is no lie! We were ready to get out of it and leave but considering we did get our tickets about a week in advance we decided to wait it out. I swear they need a better system than what they had, because by the time we got in there, it was almost 10:00, and it took Ludacris another 20-25 minutes to come on the stage, despite the 9:00 show start time. But the Palms Pool Venue is very nice, even though it was a little crowded, more people than I thought it would be for a Thursday night, and a temperature of 95 degrees at 10:00 at night, I was getting a little impatient for Ludacris to show. But when he finally came on, he rocked the house and I forgot all about sweating my butt off out there! He performed pretty much all of his good hits, starting from his first song about 9 years ago as he said. I also like the fact that he shared the stage with his childhood friend for the whole time I was there, and he did great. I left early since I woke up early and was tired, but I had a great time, and would definitely see him again if he comes back!

The show was really good. I think a few of the artist could've did a better job but overall I really enjoyed myself.

Show was good...loved freeway Luda, busta and DMX...but that Trina NO! She came and left after 5 minutes. Many fans were disappointed. A lot of women came to see her...but the rest of the show was cool

Overall the show was good Ludacris, Busta and Free wat did their thing. However the fact that Trina only performed for a one minute and 20 seconds was really disappointing and as far as DMX goes sadly that was watching his career die he was too high and it was said

This concert was definitely the worse concert I have ever been to. Besides Ludacris, nothing was good about the concert. Busta Rhymes didn't do that bad (he's just washed up), but let's just say I won't jump at tickets for his next concert. Trina did ONE SONG and walked off the stage, which was disappointing to say the least, while DMX was lip-syncing 90% of the time that he was on stage. Additionally, the transitioning of artists on/off the stage was simply horrible. The wait time in between artists was way too long and inconvenient. It felt like the show went on forever, yet there was NOTHING to show for the time we spent there.

the show lacked luster in my opinion. The show was uncoordinated long gaps in between performers. Busta Rhymes and Ludicris were ok Trina performed one song and was wisked off the stage only to allow some up coming non listed rapper to perform. Now poor Dmx was horrible, he was barely able to articulate the words to his songs and a gang of people begin to leave one would of thought it was a skunk on the stage.

Me and my fiancé were very excited for the show. Couldn't wait to see DMX and to our surprise he wasn't the best act of the night. Ludacris and busta were the best part of the concert and Trina was a let down!

The sound and audio was horrible. The intermission between performers were 30-40 mins, too long. Trina perform 1song it was very unexpected and unprofessional how she left the stage. Over all it was not a good concert.

Gaps between artist were too long. What Trina did was unacceptable. She should have went 1st. Too much sitting around listening to the DJs. Ludacris, Busta were decent. DMX did good considering. Sound system sounded off.

We paid over two hundred for 2 tickets and our view was obstructed by people coming from the cheaper seats to stand in our way on the steps. No one from the venue did nothing. The only two artist we thought were good was Ludacris and Busta Rhymes...waste of money otherwise since DMX was who we really wanted to see, He appeared to be on something. Sad

Trina was awful she only did one song . The intermission between songs was too long . Luda and busta had more songs that could have been performed.

The concert hall sound system was the worst and the Dj should be fired for four hours he played the same mix tape track.the intermission was to long and boring

The sounding of the music was horrible. The breaks in between each person was 45 mins. This was the worst show I seen

overall the show was great, the 30 minutes breaks in between acts was a bit much, and why have Trina there for 1 1/2 songs - such a waste of our time...DMX was not very audible and the main acts - Luducaris was phenomenal, while Busta was struggling a bit and needed Spliff Starr for help I suppose. I love hip hop but for the price of the show, I wouldn't go again nor recommend it for $100/seat.

Freeway, Ludacris, Busta we're awesome. Trina's two minute performance was horrible. DMX was so high it was sad.

All of the performances were great! The local artists, Freeway, Beanie Sigel, Ludacris, and Busta Rhymes did a wonderful job!!! DMX was PHENOMENAL!!! Trina's two minute show was good. The floor seating was too tight. The smoking was unbearable.

Unprofessional. Waiting 20-30 minutes between acts is unprofessional. No MC either?

Number 1 Trina that was very uncool we paid to see you i nthe line up BE THERE!! SECONDLY make it look like a show not just our old school greats trying to make some extra money.... fyi after party was not like any after party ive ever been to

Although I enjoy Luda Busta and was happy to see Beenie Freeway and DMX...Trina's guest appearance was the worse and the waiting for the show to continue will cause me to think long and hard about spending $194 on 2 tickets again.

so unorganized! The intermissions from artist to artist took forever... Love Trina but was disappointed at her two half songs. She was the main reason I went other than State Prop and DMX.

Wack, Boring, Trina did 1 song. I actually went to sleep. Best artists were Freeway&Beanie

Longgggg waits between each act sound system was off spreakers actually blew at one point Trina came out sang one song and left without any explanation besides that it was great to see the other rappers.

Freeway and Beanie were great. The amount of time between acts was horrible. Ludacris was great as well. Busta has way too many hits and creativity to give a half ass show, but that's what he did. I love DMX, but he was high as a kite. He wasn't saying all of the words. I was scared he was going to pass out right in the middle of his show. Disappointed with Busta and X and that's who I came to see.

I'm 47 years old and I've been a fan of hip hop for a while now. Most of what's on the radio or what passes for hip hop today is garbage. I'm not even going to pull punches on this one. Ludacris was a reminder of when hip hop was at it's best before the stuff on the radio today took over. These so called artists can take a few lessons about what it takes to not only be popular, but to be relevant over time. He was great. Performance was on point and I was singing along to every song. Not since the days of Run-DMC have I had this much fun and enjoyed myself.

Luda Luda Luda is definitely a Performer! I didn't care for the acts before him, not that they weren't talented because they were; just not my preference. Meet & Greet. I'm not sure if he was late but we had to take our pictures with people we didn't know so being the one who purchased two tickets ($200) I didn't appreciate that nor the friends behavior to stand next to him when she didn't even want to go. Now, where they do that at? I guess Anywhere you take a Selfish person. lol

I personally loooove Ludacris and have been a fan since Red Light District. (I later grew to love Word of Mouf and Incognegro) However, the event wasn't planned well. There were waaaay too many opening acts and each one had ~30 mins of playing time. No offense, but we didn't come to see them - we came to see Ludacris. He didn't come out until almost 3 hours after the event started. I was thoroughly annoyed with the tardiness. Don't get me wrong - when he FINALLY did come out, HE was A-MA-ZING! But he only performed for 40 mins - 1 hour and then left the stage. Without saying "bye", "I love you Dallas" or something! I've seen Luda in concert before and he was better than this. I was disappointed but I'll always be a fan.

Ludacris was great, but he only did portions of his songs and performed for about 45 minutes. He had 4 opening acts of which 2 were ok, and the other acts were a waste of time. The arena was only 1/3 full as we had bad weather. I think if Ludacris would have did at least a hour and cut 2 of the opening acts it would have been much better.

The event was advertised as starting at 7 pm and even with the 'guests' advertised, Ludacris didn't take the stage until 10 pm and then performed for about 40 minutes. The sound system was the worst!!! He is a lyrical master but unfortunately you could barely hear him. Waste of time!

The sound crew did such a bad job it was a waste of time on my part and the performers. The music was so loud you could not understand any of the Lyrics

No alcohol was served, he wouldn't play through an entire song before changing to another song and the entire event lasted maybe an hour.

Had such a fantastic time at this concert! He played oldies and hits from recent years! Vibe was positive and loved that he kept saying we should celebrate life! Nelly as an opening act was super fun, although his voice is almost gone. The jams kept coming. If you grew up with this music you will not be let down. Such a good concert. Only wish people were more into it. We had a blast!

A good show. Everyone attending seemed to be having fun. Artists did their best. Sound system was poor. Too much bass. When artists spoke, could not understand a word that they said. They took a long time to get on stage too. Lots of waiting. Other than the things I mentioned, all in all had a great time!

It brought back memories and it was cool to know we all remembered there songs from back in the day.

Great space, but unbearably hot. Sound crew was a mess. iggy sounded great but Luda was hard to understand. They turned up all the tones to everything so it blurred out his voice. Could've been better.

The show and performances were awesome! It was soooo hot in there though. No AC!

If you like standing in a downpour of your own sweat and listening to more hype than music, this was the show for you. Vandy Gym has no A/C which is ridiculous for what the ticket price was. Iggy did a good job for her allotted set time, but Ludacris was terrible. All hype, very few songs. I did not buy a ticket to hear a DJ spin non-Ludacris songs in the middle of his set. If this were Rising Star and I was judging Ludacris's performance, I would vote NO on the app.

The acoustics were terrible, we could not understand anything that was said or sung, Very bad, no Airconditioning was awful, the layout of having to walk so far around to get to one side or another, The artists put on a great show just wish I could have been able to understand them,

Well, there was not much good to talk about at all. There was no air and it was very hot and very uncomfortable. Group sitting on the first row kept climbing on the rail so people behind them could not see. They had been warned over 20 times to get down of the rail. Then three from the front row iumped over the fence to get closer and had to be ran down. The music in the gym was terrible and could not hear the singers voice. The seats were not assigned and people were just moving as soon as somebody got up to go to restroom or anything.

No air was on..we were some sweeting fans! Artist put on an average show because they were hot too!

I thought it was a really good concert. The venue was great, as well. The only problem I had was it was extremely hot and no air conditioner. Even Iggy made a comment about how hot it was.

This was an amazing concert. Jeremih opened, then Iggy, and Luda closed. The gym had zero AC so it was miserable. Our tickets said we had assigned seats but once we got in, they told us "Oh, you're lower level. Just sit wherever in that section." We had section G, row 1 but it was packed down there and we ended up sitting on the 39th row. The acoustics were awful and from where we were sitting, we heard tons of bass and mouse-quality of the artists.

Great concert, but wouldn't bring young people to it.

Don't have drunk hype man on show. Everything else was great.

Luda was so amazing. Did not like the opening act. Wish Luda was on stage more then just an hour, but he was so amazing. Can't wait for his new c.d. would love to go to another one of his concerts.

The show was mildly amusing, and slightly annoying. Luda and his sidekick/backup singer were drunk, and the sidekick was SUPER ANNOYING. Luda came out over an hour and a half late, drunk, and even then he kept finding ways not to perform by having his sidekick sing songs, letting his band play solo's, having the dj play non-ludacris songs for like 15 minutes, etc. I havent been to that many concerts, maby 9 or 10, but this was my least favorite of them all.

My friend and I had an awesome time at the concert. We had very good seat and got an amazing view of the stage. His performance was on point from start to finish. I just wish it could have been longer.

He had a live band which I liked & DJ infamous on stage. He got the crowd hyped & gave a great performance. He took it way back to his 1st hits to his most recent tracks.

SUPERB! I would see Ludacris again in a heart beat. It was my first time and I can honestly say that I have never been to a show where I knew every word to every song until now. He is as good live as he is on every single one of his albums. He's funny, he's clever, he's entertaining and he's downright sexy. Way to go Luda! <3

Good overall concert. Rick Ross could have been better, but Ludacris put on a great performance and kept the crowd into the show the entire time he was on stage.

Both artists were great! This was the first time I had seen Rick Ross. He played a solid hour and played all of the hits. Ludacris played about 50 minutes and took a break in the middle. I saw Ludacris in Albany about 2 years ago and it seemed as if this show was very similar. He changed only a few things.

I thought the concert was a lot of fun, and it was enjoyable. Rick Ross did a great job, and performed more up to date songs while Luda took us back with some of his songs, but they were still hits. Overall the concert was great!

This by far was the greatest concert I have ever been to. Greatest!!! Rick Ross was the first performer and he did well. He had nice transitions and was very entertaining. Then Ludacris came up, and I was absolutely floored. A wonderful combination of his old number one hits and his new ones made me fall in love all over again with his artistry. He was very charsimatic and able to keep the crowd going. If you're reading this Luda I <3 you so much. As a southern chick, you gave me a new energy in these cold winters. Keep doing your thing.

Rick Ross was just okay... but Ludacris was AMAZING.

I was super happy that Luda performed so long. He did lots of songs & got the crowd CRUNK!! :) I would go see him ANYTIME I can. As far as the Beat Bash goes, it was great...but it started HELLA LATE. However, I still plan on going next year :) I <3 Ludacris!! #1fan

First of all, tickets stated concert was @ 5pm, but doors not open until after 6 and it was over 100 degrees. Concert as a whole was mediorce w/ moments of good entertainment mixed in. AJ Hearn was a good showman, excellent dancer and did not overly rely on lip synching as Dev did, she needs to work on her stage presence...Good energy and skill from Chamillionaire and Paul Wall. Luda put on a good show as you would expect from a premiere rapper, but took too long coming out and did not put on a show long enough for the ticket price.....Lastly, I am unsure if the venue or artists are too blame , but if you are going to have such loud speakers, please reduce the distortion and improve the clarity of the rapper/singer mics....and please all artists, learn to perform w/o background tracks,autotune....We can play your CDs ourselves

The concert was great. All the acts were really good and then came LUDA! Just the best ever!!!

This year's Beat Bash was a lot of fun. All of the music artist showed up and gave the audience what we were looking for-excitment and good music. We all danced in our seats and the music played on. Chamillionair and Paul Wall got us jamming. Ludacris was really welcomed by SA town. Luda was a great performer and got audience on their feet. All the show stoppers brought the house down!!

Ludacris was awesome...even if he didn't play 'Welcome to Atlanta.' The opening acts were rough. The band was OK and the two rappers were entertaining by the end of their set but were certainly slow to start. The rappers who 'played intermission' were fine although I was surprised when Luda introduced them as "from Georgia" and the guy came on stage with a Cincinnati hat...poor taste guys...play to your audience. Luda came on and of course rocked the house. He played his old stuff - FANTASY! - as well as snipits of new things too. I would ABSOLUTELY go to another one of his concerts. He is a true performer and RIDICULOUSLY TALENTED. p.s. It was amusing to watch the three idiots who decided to light up in the middle of the concert get busted by the APD...made it worth the price of the ticket.

OMG! This was the most awesomest concert I have ever been to. It was a crowd! Got to see the New Boyz too, this concert was a HIT!

The opening acts were very good, even the Heavy Metal band, which I usually do not listen to. The New Boys were great, they obviously had great crowd control (all the ladies bombarded the front of the stage), and last but not least, I got to see LUDACRIS for my 2nd time!! I hope he comes back!

it was a great show. everyone that performed, including the local artists, did awesome. Ludacris is so sexy in person. he took the fans down memory lane wit his classic hits up 2 today. sorry if u missed it.

After seeing a Ludacris Video; I had to see him in person. Heard he was coming back for a second time!! Heard about the crowd on his first concert; we are deprived here in Alaska and we forget our manners. This Second Concert was Everything and More of what I expected in a Professional Talented Performer!! Great performance, Enjoyed his songs, and for the Sullivan Arena-horrible sound as always; I do LOVE his voice. I will always be a fan!!

Luda was awesome! Great show! Would go a 3rd time if he comes back. Only way to go is Floor Seats! Would have liked to see behind his shades a little sooner, but I guess good things come to those who wait!

It was a good show. The sound wasn't the best but that has to do with the venue.

The croud was small, the venue was small but I think that added to the intimate atmosphere for me. I was up close and didn't miss a thing. The sound system was whack initially but they got that straight in short order. Ludacris did ALL HIS CLASSICS!!! And everybody knew every word so it was a big PARTY. It brought back lots of fond memories. I enjoyed every minute of it!!!

From "Fantasy" to reality, this guy is talented. I was disappointed by the number of people who showed up, but realized that the playoffs involving the Wizards were also going on. Weather/rush hour traffic, all could have played a roll in the sparse number of fans. Nonertheless, his hits were reminiscent of good times. Whenever he is featured on someone's song, I always find his rhymes clever and witty. Anticipating more from him.

I was happy with the event. He did shorten his songs but it was still worth seeing! :)
