Great concert for a great cause! Happy to play a part.

John Legend makes you feel like you're part of the show, very intimate setting, sounds amazing live, vocal talents are off the charts. I would go see his concert time and time again. Tells stories about his family and personal life. Gets the crowd involved with each song!

Amazing concert as always! He always knows how to get the crowd going and then slow down with his piano performances.

He put on an excellent show. Only complaint is that they cut him off before the end. I guess everything had to be over before 11:00 so they shut down his microphone. Other than that, the show and the venue were great. Mike

This was the best concert I have ever been to! Great seats, it was worth every penny. John Legend was so entertaining and looked like he enjoyed doing it.

That was one of the greatest shows that I have attended. I was not a fan at all, but his music was so relaxing and exciting and the slide show was tremendous!!!! I will now be a fan of Mr. Legend. I was very very very impressed.!!!!

John Legend was a great singer, he did a great job on then event. The poor area was in the seating and finding the Harrah's Casino Tunica Event Center. They did a very poor job on showing people where to go and providing refreshments for people who do not drink beer.

This was my second time seeing John Legend in concert and he puts on a great show! I will definitely see him again every chance I get!!!

John Legend's vocal and piano talent is amazing. He has a good rapport with the audience. His lyrics tell a story and are very appealing. I am glad he decided to come to this area to perform.

John Legend put on a great performance, and Von Anthony was a good opening. It's too bad India Irie had medical issues and couldn't perform.

I have waited five years for John to finally come to Mississippi. I hope he comes back soon, the show was amazing.

India.arie was supposed to perform and although we were at first disappointed, the disappointment soon disappeared because John Legend delivered! He was absolutely incredible. We had seen him perform on t.v. but nothing compares to seeing him perform live. Our seats were great and I loved the smaller venue. The whole experience was just wonderful. I don't know when I've enjoyed a better concert.

My wife and I flew in from Atlanta to enjoy John Legend live for our 9th wedding anniversary. It was worth all the trouble we went through to get there! That was the best dang concert we've seen in years! He is my wife's favorite artist. I originally bought the tickets to make her happy. However, since experiencing John Legend live I am indeed a fan now myself! John Legend knows how to reach his audience. He knows what touches people...what moves them. There is an urgency in his voice that delivers his message so dramatically, it's almost magic. My wife was moved to tears. I was touched in my soul. The name Legend is so appropriate. Also younger brother Vaughn Anthony was really, really good! I like his style! His voice sounds a lot like his older brother but beyond that Vaughn has his own thing going on. Gotta mention also that the band is HOT!!!

John was amazing from beginning to end. I regret India.Arie wasn't there but he made u for it. His humility and amazing gift were a sight to behold.

I LOVED THE SHOW!!!!! I would reccomend anyone to go see John Legend in concert. I saw him live for the first time at the Essence Festival in 2005. Immediately after the concert I brought his album and have been a fan since then.

Although India Arie didn't show due to "medical reasons". I was very pleased with John Legend's performance. This show was long overdue for the Mid-south. I would like to say thanks to the promoter.

I went to the concert with high expectations and I was not disappointed. The show had high energy from start to finish. I saw John at the Vibe Fest in ATL a few years ago and while that show was good, I can definitely see the growth from a performance perspective. He jumped from upbeat songs to ballads with ease and definitely engaged the audience. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by his voice Live. Sometimes you are disappointed when you hear a singer live but this was not the case. He really didnt take any breaks and his voice held up throughout. One final note, I also enjoyed the fact that he put his full musical skills on display. He is a talented pianist and it showed. Also, since he is a actual musician he was able to re-arrange his songs to incorporate music from other artist seamlessly. Alot of the cookie cutter performers today can't do that at all. Again, I recommend the show. It was money well spent!

I am in the above 60 age group but am always willing to listen to good lyrics. John Legend is creative, talented and classy. I love his love songs. I love his way of expressing himself and how he feels about the world. He is active politically and musically. He is on level with Stevie Wonder in his political activity. I will go and see him again. I am learning more and more about his music.

The show was amazing; however, it was overshadowed by the death of the greatest entertainer the world has ever known--Michael Joe Jackson.

It was a great concert that he gave. He sang for about an hour and a half non-stop. He was full of energy and sang and played his heart out as if he this was is last concert.

This was the best concert that I have attended in a long time! John Legend was AWESOME! The band, back up singers and sound system was the bomb! I am glad that I saw you in Tunica versus the Superdome in New Orleans!

I loved the show i wish i could do it all over again

The concert was awesome. John probably did about 14 songs. He kept is upbeat. I would preferred he slow it down abit on some songs but great performance overall.

John Legend is my favorite. He rocked and swayed the house in Tunica! I am so glad that I got the oportunity to see him in such an intimate venue! No matter what, Mr. Legend made sure he got close and personal with those in attendance. What a great performance! I am so glad he stopped by on his way to the NOLA-

Mr. Legend sang almost two hours without breaking. He was great. His voice was strong from start to finish.

OMG! WHAT AN AWESOME SHOW AND AN AWESOME PERFORMER! John Legend is such a talent and a showman. He definitely gave us our money's worth. And, we were witness to a marriage proposal at the encore of "All of Me!!"

I recommend seeing John Legend live to everyone. He s a great performer. I like how he made it a journey of his life and struggle with getting a record deal. He interacted with the audience and kept us entertained throughout the entire performance.

John lived up to his last name as he will be "legendary". His vocals and finesse as a pianist were beautiful! This time he had scaled down to a string band complete with viola. This made the ambience perfect for an outdoor venue. Sang old and new songs and some by different artists. Truly an entertaining event!

Everything was wonderful! John Legend has an absolutely perfect voice. I loved how he talked us through his life story with his music. I was quite entertained and blessed to be in the place. (He is quite sexy too.) If only that darn train had not come through as he was singing...but he handled it so eloquently. Love him. The Red Hat amphitheater setup was very nice too. -JL Fan

Absolutely amazing!! From the pre-show drinks/appetizers, to the meet-and-greet with him, to the show. Everything across the board was excellent, well worth the price I paid for the tickets.

He put on a amazing show, and interacts with the audience a great deal, he also discloses a few things about himself. It was very intimate.

John Legend had so much more in store than just a hit song! He was charming, charismatic, and surprisingly VeRy funny! The show was set up kindve like a time line of his life and career. It was an intimate look at an uber talented man! Everyone in the room had a great energy! I will go see him every time he comes!!

It was amazing I cried. This was the first concert for my husband and I and wouldn't have wanted to have spent this experience any other way. He gave us everything we wanted we are big John Legend fans and were not disappointed at all. We loved it just wish we could have been closer.......

I love this man! His voice is spectacular! I have been to every concert he has had here in Chicago. We make this a sisters night out! I always purchase tickets as a present to my sister who is also a fan. We just love him!

This was one of the best concerts i have ever been too! John legend really made everyone feel like we were in his living room. He has such an incredible voice!

I cannot express how truly phenomenal this concert was. The intimate setting and feeling of being in John Legend's presence as his voice resonated throughout the Walt Disney Concert Hall still has this fan in awe. Legend's voice was made for this kind of tour. He owned it with every note. I would do it again and again and 'another again' (my favorite song, which he did! :-)

This concert was so romantic and intimate! His sound was so clear and beautiful!!! I am so happy to have gone!

From the moment I walked in and saw some of the concert attendees seated ON the stage I knew this was going to be a truly intimate concert. John Legend was going for a "living room" vibe and it was fabulous. I wish he was in my living room every night.

The John Legend concert was the first concert for my husband and myself in many years. John's performance was exhilarating!!! The venue and our seats were perfect!!! Definitely a must do again when he comes back to the Palms in Las Vegas!! It was so cool that the audience was so interactive, we all knew the words to his song. John legend is very gifted! his humility shines through!

John Legend was unforgettabley amazing best ever also tamara opening was amazing. I had great seats.

I've been waiting to catch him live for a long time and I finally got that Nov. 12 in Detroit! It was a great show. Words really can't describe it...

I enjoyed every bit of the performance. There were moments when we were out of our seats and moments when we sat and rocked from side to side. I liked the videos that played while he performed.

John Legend always puts on a great show and I love that he chooses venues that both take your breath away and makes the performance feel very intimate. It was a sold out show and still I think everyone had a great view and very much enjoyed themselves!

John Legend was awesome. Chicago thearter is a beautiful venue. Can't wait until next time.

I had a great night out...even the bathrooms lines wasnt extra long the concert audio system was set at a good level... john and tamar did a good job and keep the audience interested

Tamar Braxton was ok, but she can't sing and didn't lip sync well. Now, John Legend was great. That man gave us 110%. He didn't need Tamar.

I can not say enough good things about this concert. If you are a John Legend fan then you'll probably be an even bigger fan after seeing him in concert. If you are a true fan then I highly recommend splurging on one of the packages that include the meet & greet, etc. because you will not be disappointed. He sang something from each one of his albums (even the one he did with the Roots). I could go on & on but will sum it up by saying he was AMAZING.

This was our anniversary weekend and I could not have asked for anything better! !! John legend was absolutely amazing. He is a great music composer. He gives a great show. Tamara Braxton was great also. I wish them both all the best in their careers.

This was my very first concert, and I will say that I will never forget it. It was beyond incredible. The sound was fantastic, very loud, but without a doubt it added to the thrill of the show(Thanks DPAC!) The first to come up on stage was Tamar Braxton, and I loved that she told a little story behind every song. It just made everything come together. After her show and a 30 minute intermission, John Legend made an extraordinary appearance with his hit song "Made to Love." He played hit after hit. He really made the audience feel like it was just him and us. He actually ended up giving the band a few minutes break and just played piano and sang (Ordinary People, etc;) I love how he played the piano with his songs. He asked us to sing a few times (he said we had beautiful voices!). His voice was SO strong and powerful, I'd definitely come back if he was going to play again. I loved him before the concert, but I seriously love him even more after.

Mr. Legend is always a pleasure to watch. The first time I saw him was at the Jazz Fest in Indianapolis in 2008. I was 5 months pregnant with my son and I danced the whole night. This time I traveled from Albany, NY to attend to celebrate my birthday. I sincerely enjoyed the entire set list. I hope to see him again soon. You can see me in the attached picture at the very top with my hand over my mouth shouting OMG ! I would give anything to see meet him again!

John Legend was awesome! Tamar Braxton on the other hand i was very dissappointed, knowing her signing capabilities that she would pretty much sing to her track (AT HOME)

We saved up our loot so we could spring for some VIP tickets. Got to hear the sound check, ask questions, and grab a picture. His performance was great as always. A great mix of old and new songs. No unnecessary flash. Just great music.

Whether or not you are high up or super close you will enjoy yourself. The fact that you are pre assigned seats saved you the trouble of getting there waay early trying to ensure you get good seats together. The opening act had horrible sound check so you could barely hear her. Her musicians were overpowering her throughout. The event started on time. John Legend's performances were flawless good sound new songs old songs a very good time. Everyone was singing along.

Great show, great seats, great event coordinators. Would recommend all to see his show great entertainer and very passionate about his music. An all around nice guy even during the meet and greet and photo op.

He played for two hours! Great energy and funny. He's sexy and can tell he loves what he does! Stage set up wonderful with him center stage at piano!

The show was superb! It met and surpassed every expectation I had. It was my first time seeing John Legend live and I wanted to book another show immediately after. He sounded as flawless in person as he does on record.

Go with your man or your bff such an amazing singer and all around entertainer.

The most amazing performance I have ever witnessed

Nothing short of amazing. He sounds exactly the same as he does on his CDs and that's what I appreciate in artists: authenticity. Definitely a concert for lovers! I wouldn't recommend going alone (as I did) but if you must, don't miss it!! I'm still on a high! I also enjoyed the venue being halfway outside, so we could see the sunset as the concert progressed. Super romantic!

I love outdoor concerts at Ste Michelle winery! The weather was perfect!

This was my first outdoor concert. I wasn't sure what to expect. The venue added charm and excitement. John Legend was awesome. He performed for 2 hours. I loved his narrations before some of the songs

It was so great to score four excellent tickets to John Legend's concert. He is a superb entertainer and just the perfect way to usher in the New Year. Our collective favorites were when he performed playing on the piano and you can really enjoy his beautiful voice. The best song of the night was his beautiful rendition of Bridge Over Troubled Water. It was fabulous! I love all his music!

John Legend is worth every penny. I would go to another one of his concerts!!!

Always like how John keeps the audience involved by encouraging singing along with him. Good sound and nice selection of songs. Too many feathers or party favors on heads made it hard to see him, obstructed view, even from close seats. Overall i would purchase this event again.

Definetly John Legend is the artist you should go see and listen, beautiful voice and Songs. What surprise me was the punctual his show started, more then that.... He opened personalty !!!!, Wow!! I will do it again!!

I was not familiar with John Legend's before the concert but I came away a fan of his music as well as SDSU as a venue.

Spent $1000 on 2 VIP Gold Status with Meet & Greet. The show was awesome and enjoyed it all from the second row. Sound quality and stage setup were great however kinda hard from front row seeing his face behind the piano! The VIP included backstage pass which entitled you to food and drink and a meet & greet. The food were small light snacks involving bread, bruschetta, sausage, etc. We were given 2 drink coupons each and had option or wine or beer. Only 2 coupons each?!? Well the nice lady that was there was very generous and handed out more allowing us to really enjoy and get a nice buzz. The meet and greet was anything BUT stellar! We were lines up he came out and we were allowed one picture each. He stood, smiled and escorted away. No speaking, no questions and John himself was not very friendly. I wanted to let him know it was my wife and I 1yr anniversary and wish him an early anniversary the following month. I also wanted to tell him about how I saw him years ago when Kanye performed for the first time when Mr. legend was a nobody. No discussion, no friendly talks, no appreciation...just a smile for the photo for 6-8 people and then walked away. That's it? For $1000?!? Not worth it!! Backstage pass: only for before the show! When my wife had to go tk the bathroom you would think that having spend $500 each we would get the privledges to use our backstage bathroom but no she had to wait in line and use the bathroom that the normal concert goers that spent significantly less go to! Unacceptable! As for the show and Legend as an artist was amazing as usual and 5 stars but for the VIP experience I give it 2stars. Btw we did get a bag and water bottle!

The show was suburb and themusic well represented.

It was my hubby and I very first concert and we are happy that our first experience was at Barclay Centers and with John legend :). We had an amazing time.

This is certainly not my first time seeing john legend live! His vocals sound even better live,not that his recordings leave any room for error,it's just that his live performance just reminds you of why you bought the ticket in the first place.I sat next to two first timers and they left wanting more as with everyone else.I have gone to loads of concerts and listened to some good performances, But john legend receives top billing in my book. You don't want to miss the next one! Each show is crafted uniquely from venue to venue .I have never saw a repeat of any last show, so you will always be in for a treat!

Thx John for giving us authentic music. Thoroughly enjoyed the concert!

It was in amazing experience as my first time and really enjoyed it and looking forward for more..

John played and sang his heart out as he walked us down memory lane. He walked us through his life and his career. John gave his fans the opportunity to see and hear about his upbringing, struggles, triumphs and victories. I was engaged as he alternated singing and playing piano with walking the stage to sing. He truly gave us "All of Him" through his music that night!!! Awesome!!!! #JLFAN4LIFE!!!!

There were so many more songs that he could have sung but didn't :( but maybe because it was of a romantic "bring-your-bae-to-concert-day", they would have been inappropriate.

Seated in the center of the second row, I was close enough to see everything and feel like he was singing to only the 10 foot radius around me, even though the place was sold out. With our ticket packages me and my husband got the chance to meet him and take a picture with our camera before the show and that was my dream come true. The place was completely packed and neither John Legend nor his opening act lip synced. Marsha Ambrosius can sing! Enjoyed her impromptu rap too. John Legend was kind and open with everyone. He also slowed down his songs and made it a very intimate affair. He did not have back up singers at this performance. The venue had a picnic feel, but I dressed up anyway to honor the type of music and show John Legend offers. Every time John Legend comes to the Washington, DC/Baltimore area I will plan on attending. He gives a wonderfully filling performance, sounding better in person than he does on his albums. A must see for all!

Wonderful concert, good pairing. The venue was awesome as well. John gave us our monies worth with this concert. Would love to see him again. He could not have done anything different, I've seen him before and he was great, but he did not play the piano as much as this time. Such a wonderful instrument, I LOVED it.

From his virtuoso piano skills, to his textured bass voice and sweet, sensitive lyrics John Legend is a real treat. He sounds even better in person and his performances are genuine and warm.

I went to see John Legend On Sunday, 13 September 2009 and that man is simply AMAZING! He sounds better in concert than he does on cd/radio. I loved the concert and I love John Legend and what his music stands for. If I could see his concert again today I would.

"Sound Package" ----PRICELESS!!!! Meeting John before the show and being there for the sound check was such an amazing, surreal experience. He was warm and sincere in answering all of our questions--such a deep, sensitive soul. He gives his everything during the concert as does his band. A magical evening from start to finish! Thank you John Legend. I will definitely see him a third time!

The concert was everything and more. I have seen him many times in concert and every time it gets better and better.

John played a great set. It was a great surprise to have Estelle on stage with him. The venue was perfect and the weather was just right. The only set back was security could have been a little better and not have this stupid girl run up on stage when he was playing Ordinary People. She ruined it, but nonetheless, a great performance with India Arie.

This was my first time seeing both of them in concert and let me just say it wont be my last!!!! Would recommend to everyone!

This was one of the best shows i've seen in a long time. The combination of India & John on the same ticket is worth the over priced tickets and fees. Solid, fun, and very enjoyable, especially on a cool summer night at the Greek. Perfect. We hope they come back next year, on the same billing. We would love to see them both again, together.

John Legend was incredible. His energy was catching as the crowd was totally into it. Soulful voice and charisma made for one of the best concerts I have ever seen and I've been to a ton! Opening act India.Arie was her usual breath-taking self. Her positive lyrics and colorful dress set the tone for the rest of the night. I had 4th row center and went with some friends and we had a blast. Great crowd, no drama or attitude. Just an overall fabulous concert.

This was an excellent concert It was so energetic and full of life the whole time!! Not only the performers kept it alive but the band members also. It didn't have all the fire works n flames like most concert which i actually liked... It was calm and relaxing as if i were in a nice little R&B night club, I loved it!

India.Arie is such a great artist. She is a beautiful person and her music just touches your soul. John Legend was an AWESOME performer. This is my second time seeing him and this time I got front row... the experience is breath taking. I would LOVE to go see him again at his next tour. He knows how to put on a fabulous show. His brother Vaughn Anthony also opened for India.Arie & John Legend. He's also pretty good.... he actually sounds like John Legend sometimes...

This was the best concert I've ever attended hands down! If you appreciate real music and natural talent you don't want to miss this tour! They both have amazingly pure vocal talent and their bands were equally awesome! I loved it!!!
