Lindsey and Amy Both compliment each others style of music and showmanship! They both talk to their audience and involve them in the show. The music is not too loud and the daily, "sit in" orchestra was awesome! Great Time! I will never forget it. Memories for life!

One of the best concerts I've ever experienced, tho I would not recommend this concert for someone who is looking to be getting out of their seat and rock out. Most tamed concert I've ever been to, everyone was pretty much sitting the entire time for the whole 4hours.

Getting to see Evanescence with full orchestral backup is a special event... seeing them with Lindsey Stirling also playing violin for several songs with them and a full concert before they took the stage? SO DAMN COOL! The sound quality was EXCELLENT and Amy Lee brought the house down with her powerful voice. Definitely see this tour if you can

Anyway, it seemed to take FOREVER for Evanescence to come, but it finally happened. Like you guys probably already know, they opened with Going Under and that song never sounded so good! I mean, Amy sounded okay live before, but last night she just blew me away! She's never sounded so good! I don't know if it was the two years break or what, but she had it! Everybody sounded great and looked awesome, even when Terry sort of had a mishap with his guitar. I think out of all the songs though, Good Enough sounded the best. I have NEVER heard her sing that well before. I don't know if it was the cello or what, but her voice literally brought tears to my eyes. Maybe it was because she really wanted to make it nice, since it was Josh's birthday or what. Never really cared for that song, but I did like it that night. I was surprised that she encored with My Immortal, since we all know she hates that song, but it sounded good. Whisper was another one she did really well too, plus, I was really happy for her to play Taking Over Me. I hadn't heard her sing that live before and that's one of my favorite songs off of Fallen. Her outfit was absolutely gorgeous too and she looked awesome too. I have to say, I prefer her with that hairstyle. She looked stunning.

This show was probably the best i have ever been to, the crowd was ecstatic, the band played amazingly and the atmosphere was like nothing in this world! No band truely has fans like Evanescence does!

Evanescence, a band that has been rocking my since since the debut of Fallen and whom I've seen many times, has never sounded so good. The bass was at a perfect balance to the guitars and the drums, and Amy Lee's vocals soared over it all. The band rocked as one, and even though there was obvious mishaps happening during this buffer show, the pay-off delivered in the song was amazing. Of course, the piano made an appearance, really showing off the versatility of this band. Classical training mixed with delicious rock riffs is a recipe for awesome. Evanescence completely delivered during this show, making an unforgettable night. I had almost gotten used to it being an Amy Lee show, but this concert was different. There was a cohesion, an all-out rockability, and just an obvious band existing. Definitely the greatest Evanescence show I've been to, and certainly in my Top 5 all time shows.

Last night was the first chance I had to see Evanescence perform and it was well worth the wait. I've been in love with Amy ever since the first time I heard her. Her voice goes through me like blood through veins. I will do everything I can to see every show that she performs in NY.

Excellent concert. The energy was amazing. Please start a tour soon (with lots of tour dates in NYC please!!!!!!). It's time for a bigger venue like Madison Square garden!

Evanescence were in fine form, playing excellent, and Amy Lee's voice was flawless. The venue suited her well, small-to-mid sized ballroom venue, which allowed you to hear every detail in her vocals and the band. I'd previously seen Evanescence at the Izod Center, and the poor speaker set-up washed out her vocals. Not so in this venue at this show. I was very pleased with the sound. Amy Lee looked great, too! It's these smaller, intimate venues that allow you to truly enjoy the artist and their performance. The arena venues tend to be a bit too removed and sterile. It was also kinda neat that this was their only show this year. It made it more special as a fan. I even got a tshirt with the one date listed on it, lol. I was hoping they'd perform at least one or two finished songs from the upcoming new album, but no such luck. I still enjoyed it, but it would have been cool to have been the only people to have heard something of the new stuff. Definitely a night to remember.

Amy Lee was absolutely AMAZING!!! Her voice reached to the rafters and down into your soul!!! She puts so much energy into her performances. Her renditions of Going Under, Bring Me To Life, Imaginary, Weight of the World, Call Me When You're Sober, Lithium and Good Enough just totally ROCKED the place to its core. The audience ranged from teenagers to fifty-somethings showing the wide appeal of their music. If their first two albums and supporting performances are any indication, their third album will go to number 1 in very short order.

Concert was very personal. Not a huge amount of people, only hard core fans, and the music was simply superb. She's a phenomenal singer and the music resonates very well in this concert hall.

OMG, they were amazing! Sounded awesome! Amy's voice was unbeleivable! Probably the best Ev show I been too and this is my 4th! Was in second row after waiting about 5 1/2 hours outside! I cannot wait for the new album! The setlist was great! Loved "Missing"! And the cello that accompanied her during "Good Enough" was gorgeous! Had such a great time rocking out! Cant wait to see em again next year!! Took many pics and videos - will upload vids on YouTube later tonight!

Evanescence was amazing. This was their first show in a long time, and they did not disappoint the fans. The vocals were spot on, and despite a brief interruption because of technical difficulties, the band rocked the house as well. The venue was terrible. They were completely disorganized from the start with lines, meet and greet admission, and even the ticketing. People who had been online for 8 hours did not get to the front because they started a second line at two hours before the show and let those people up first. Every security guard you talked to had a different answer and told you something else as far as when you could go in. Good thing Evanescence was so amazing.

Amy is amazing in every sense. Great voice, great stage presense. I love the passion, energy, and emotion she bring. The soundsystem could have been better but that was not Amy's fault of course and she still sounded wonderful.

Great show. Played most of fallen and some from the last album. only one older track though, which was disappointing. Much better than their last show downstairs.

Lindsey Stirling put on an unforgettable show! Evanescence seemed bland compared to her. It could have only been Lindsey performing and I would've paid the same amount.

Between Lindsey Stirling and Evanescence, this show has it all! The sights, the sounds, the outfits, the lighting, the moves... it s been a lot of years since I d seen Evanescense and they didn t miss a beat! Jen Majura is AMAZING!!!

I cannot start to describe how amazing this concert was. Easily one of the best I've been to recently. The dancing, singing, costume changes, and story telling have to be experienced in person. We were eight rows back and loved it.

Third Evanescense show and this was not your normal rock show. Amy Lee put extra into this performance. Beautiful.

I was so excited when I purchased my tickets to see the double headlining tour of Lindsey Stirling and Evanescence. Being 100% familiar with July weather in the Midwest, I was concerned about the heat of an outdoor venue. However, I couldn t have been more pleased. We were seated under the pavilion, and even though it was in the 80s and 90s, it felt quite comfortable under the awning. We purchased a VIP package, and we enjoyed it very much. The show itself was second to none and the whole Riverbend venue was great. A++++++++++

This show was just phenomenal. The production. The sound. The setlists for both Lindsey Stirling and Evanescence were packed with great songs and they collaborated with each other on some songs which was awesome. It was a great venue - clean and we'll organized with very friendly staff. It was really an amazing experience.

I have never seen Lindsey Stirling or Evanescence, but this was the perfect way to get my first taste. We went to see Evanescence, but ever since seeing Lindsey on DWTS I was excited to get the chance to see her live also. She was great on stage and also shared a bit of her story. She had a ton of energy and it was great to see her and Amy Lee do some songs together as well. Evanescence was different than expected and it wasn't their typical rock show, but I wasn't disappointed. Anyone that went there expecting a normal show from them didn't read the description that they had a full orchestra with them when they bought the tickets and just saw Evanescence. It showcased the music and Amy Lee's voice all at once. I was surprised when I heard it was a local orchestra they brought in and only the second show of this leg of it. Overall it was a good experience and I look forward to seeing one of their typical rock shows as well!!

Evanescence has always had an orchestral feel to many of their songs. While several of their songs are without a doubt guitar based and hard rock driven, and translate extremely well to live performance without orchestral accompaniment, others would simply crash and burn without the associated strings that must accompany them. "My Immortal" has two studio versions, one with guitars in the mix, and one with strings. If you feel it's better with the guitars, by all means rock on. But the experience of seeing Amy Lee backed by a full symphony orchestra and guitars was much richer than you can imagine. Songs that do not translate well without an orchestra live smack with richness and power on this tour. Lacrymosa, Secret Door, Paper Flowers, and Lost In Paradise are really the four standouts that sound best here. The North American leg of the tour is over for 2017, but summer 2018 dates are coming. Don't miss this one. Synthesis is the best way to experience Evanescence live! You may find some of my videos on youtube under juneauraven.

This was my 4th time seeing Evanescence, and I've been a die-hard fan since 2003. Yet after I heard the kind of VIP package they were offering, I hesitated because I had never spent that much on a concert before! They also weren't playing in Seattle, but I could make a trip to San Francisco work. I had never met them, and this experience seemed to good to pass up. I wasn't wrong or disappointed! Viewing the soundcheck felt intimate and special. When it came time for the meet and greet, I was at a loss for words, but managed to get a hug, and they were all very kind to everyone. That would've been good enough for me, but the concert itself - WOW. The symphony added a whole other dimension to the epicness of it all. The band was just on point in every way. I was enthralled the whole time, and cried unexpectedly during Lost In Paradise, where Jen caught me and smiled. Amy's voice was out of this world. It was purely spectacular and I would do it a million times over. If you have the chance to see them, DO IT!!

Evanescence and the orchestra did an amazing job. This was the first time we were able to see them in person and it was well worth it. The Grand Sierra Resort is always a great venue we have seen other concerts here and will continue to go back. I recommend this venue and seeing Evanescence in person to anyone.

When you put a classical, orchestra with the drums, keyboards and guitars of Evanescence and their songs, and then add in the magical voice of Amy Lee, you get perfection. And this was perfection!

Evanescence and the symphony was awesome. Amy Lee has a voice that is one of the best in the world. Her interaction with the audience was outstanding.

I have never seen or heard such a beautiful woman, and such a melodic pure angelic presence was simply unbelievable in it's impact not only on myself, but everyone around me. I can die now, bucket list achieved. If I had the money I would follow our Queen around the world. "You don't know your soul is bleeding, until you hear the voice of Amy Lee."

Evanescence's performance was wonderful! I am a huge fan, and it was a dream come true to be able to see them in concert again and be able to sit so close to the stage! The VIP tickets were worth it.

Evanescence and the orchestra were amazing. Sound quality was great, I thought her drummer was incredible. The lighting was very cool as well. Great atmosphere!

Amy Lee is an extremely powerful and talented individual. When she is not singing she is playing piano. She wore a ball gown and everything was classy and unique. I feel like she has something most artists this day and age don t and it s soul. When she started singing I began to cry and I looked around to see I wasn t the only one. Her voice transformed the whole theater into a different world and when she stopped I was sadly moved back to Earth. If you want to hear a singer who can hit the notes and actually can sing live without auto tune you ve gotta see this.

Loved the orchestra... it didn't get washed out... This was defiantly well within her comfort zone. I truly enjoyed myself at this show.

My granddaughter is the one who mentioned they were going on tour. So she asked if we could go. I got on line the next day and got tickets. The one thing I want everyone to know is the music draws all generations. It was a joy to have three generations who rocked to the same music! For me having my daughter & granddaughter with me at this show, gave me a moment to cherish...........Thank you!

The show was nice with the orchestra, but I really wish she would've had them leave the stage at some point so she could finish the show normally. I kept feeling like she would, but when the show was over, it was very anticlimactic. She didn't play long either.

Need I say more? The only time I have ever been disappointed with Amy Lee or Evanescence is when their show at Toyota park got rained out years back, and that wasn t their fault. I ve never been to an Orchestra before, so this was different for me. As a super old fan of the band I had no idea how I would feel about this, but I m so glad I went and gave it a chance because it was so much more than I thought it was going to be and I loved every second of it. Meeting her outside after the show was another plus, and worth standing out in the cold. Please don t ever stop making music, Amy!

This was a bucket list item for me. And they were more than expected. It s a must see, if your a fan or not.

Being a casual fan of the band's work, I decided to buy tickets for my girlfriend and I as she is a big fan. Hearing that the band was playing with an orchestra didn't scare me off, as I assumed that there would be a limited orchestral "involvement" or that they would only grace part of the show. Wrong. Never assume! This show marked the advent of the complete abandonment of their signature sound! I heard 0.0 guitars, all night. They (whoever they were) were seated behind her, reading music off of stands. The drums were 100% synthesized. After the show, I read up on the band's history, and I saw that she had tried to embark on a solo career, after much inner wrestling for power inside of the band, and it was a flop. So WHY, I asked myself, would she want to "come back" to Evanescence, only to re-write the whole sound from the ground up? ANSWER: She needed the name, to sell tickets.

Put Evanescence with an orchestra and you have perfection. The music was fantastic, and the blend of Evanescence with orchestral instruments is natural and beautiful.

The King's Theater was a beautiful venue for the show. It's newly renovated and has a very intimate feel to it. Its a small theater so seats anywhere are pretty good. I happen to sit in row J so I was pretty close to the stage. The show started off with an amazing performance from an orchestra. The music was absolutely gorgeous. After intermission, Evanescence came on. Amy Lee's voice sounds exactly like she does in the songs that are recorded. I think she was even better live, if that's possible. The stage presence was incredible. Her voice, backed by both her band and the orchestra made this the best performance/concert I have seen so far (and I have been to at least 10 that I can think of off the top of my head). They played both old songs, and new songs from their album that came out that day. I would definitely recommend seeing Evanescence play live at some point. You will be blown away.

I have loved Evanescence since I first discovered them in 2003. They are an incredible band (especially now with the current members). Amy Lee is a musical goddess...Synthesis was such an incredible concept and I m so grateful that we got to experience this tour. It was by far the most emotionally exhilarating experience I ve ever had listening to music. Well done guys!!! ❤️

The addition of the live orchestra was amazing! I've seen them in concert before and it was really good, but this was even better. Kings Theater is really nice inside and Amy did NOT disappoint!

I m a HUGE Evanescence fan, but I m not going to lie... I didn t think I was going to enjoy the album, nor the show. I had already watched videos online of performances that honestly do no justice to how beautiful these concerts were/are. If you have the means/opportunity to see Evanescence w/ Orchestra perform live I would DEFINITELY recommend it. It is such a calming and beautiful experience.

Not only was she superb, the orchestra was amazing as well. Went with my wife and daughters, we were all blown away by the great music and her powerful voice. We were also thrilled with the theater. It is simply magnificent. Immediately, after entry we were greeted by friendly,smiling ushers who were making everyone feel at home with greetings and directions. There were ample bar stations and clean restrooms. The sound system was state of the art. And also there's plenty of free parking in the back of the theater. Definitely a must visit...this location, the King's Theater in Brooklyn!

Just an insanely wonderful musical experience! You will be mesmerized by Amy's voice, the band, and orchestra together! Best show I've seen in awhile!

The show was amazing and magical! Amy Lee and the band hit the ball out of the park with this one. My only complaint was that the audience seemed not to understand that this was an orchestral show, and thus, orchestral etiquette applies. A fight nearly broke out because a couple of people wanted to stand up and mosh, despite everyone else sitting down. The space was tight, and there were too many people being late, and getting up and down. We constantly had to stand up to let people by because they wanted to go get refreshments. Other than that, the trip to Baltimore was worth it for the concert alone! Would go again!

The "synthesis" of orchestra and electronic music was breathtaking. And the fact that this was a "real" concert with the orchestra on stage, the band and Amy behaving accordingly and the audience sitting and just listening made it a completely new experience. You could hear Amy's voice loud and clear in every word and the atmosphere was very intense. Amazing performance, in a venue that was just as it should have been for a concert of this special tour.

I loved Amy Lee's performance. She ALWAYS puts on an incredible show and this one was one of my favorites. I wasn't crazy about the venue's seating and drink selection but seeing Evanescence was well worth it.

I really wish I paid top dollar for front row seats! Unforgettable show, the band and orchestra sound quality was great, this venue has great acoustic sound! Amy Lee has a beautiful voice and is a very talented person. Cannot wait to see them again!!! Please come back soon!!!

The venue was beautiful and so was amy lees voice. It was a nice change to be able to hear her voice almost be studio like, not having to compete with the loud rock guitars and bass.

This concert was nothing short of amazing, and unforgettable. It was mesmerizing, and every note packed with such power. The orchestra was outstanding on its own, and as an accompaniment to the band. Definitely a must see event. I am forever grateful for having attended, and for a little while being under the same roof as all of these wonderful, talented artists.

I m a long time fan of the band and have seen them perform all over the country but Amy Lee s passion project Synthesis was life changing in performance!!! The orchestra added an eloquent and unique richness to the lyrical genius of Evanescence s older music as well as the new. We had VIP tickets so had the pleasure of sitting in for sound check and meeting them all. The work put into this project and the show was clear and the band was authentic and engaging with the VIP ticket holders. What a beautiful experience and a lovely historical venue that was as much the bands dream to play at as it was mine to get to visit!

This concert was one of the greatest concerts I have ever seen. Amy Lee's performance was completely flawless and absolutely amazing. She can sing and hit any and every note that she could since day one of Evanescence. I will go to her concerts any time they come near me again! It is a must-see show!

Evanescence put on one heck of a show. The band sounded great, the light show was great, and Amy Lee's voice was incredible. Jen Majura fits right in as the new guitarist. I hope they continue to tour in 2016 as I want to see them again.

What a great mix of bands for this event in Atlantic City, NJ. They were all good but Evanescence was my absolute favorite. Amy Lee's voice is very good live and the band played well too. I recommend seeing this tour, however, I would like to see Evanescence in their own concert where they get to play longer, as I could have listened to them play every song they know. BTW - This was a good venue as I felt I was right on top of the stage from the balcony.

I enjoyed the BFD show, took my 21 year old son with me. We had great seats, but upgraded to the pit for $10 each. We mainly went to see Chevelle, Candlebox, and Halestrom. I wish that Chevelle would have headlined and that Candlebox would have played longer. I just don't feel Evanescence is a headlining band, we left halfway through their set. We were really impressed with Halestorm and Aramda. Our second time to see HellYeah, and we disliked them the second time as much as the first. I just don't get it, they aren't very good despite their Pantera ties. HellYeah was a a bit out of place considering the rest of the lineup. I would like to see Candlebox again, maybe at the HOB, and see a full set. There were about 4 song of theirs I wanted to hear that they did't play. But they did play their set very well. Sounded great and tight. We will go to the next BFD show.

It is never clear from the tickets if the time noted is "Gates Open" or "Concert Start" time. It is not too much to ask to add note which. Concerts past (and I have to been to many) for a place like Gexa (Smirnoff, going back far enough) it is often gates open time. Anyway, as a result, I missed Candlebox and Aranda and came in during Halestorm already in progress - about 6:30 pm. That aside, Chevelle is always great, Hellyeah - hard as ever - good set, and I'm a marginal fan of Evanescence, but those that know, said they were a great headliner..

Candlebox was pretty fair but their amps were up too loud for them. Halestorm was rocking! I had no idea the singer Ms. Hale played guitar as well-she is a rocker! Hellyeah was good and loud but their PA system was turned up so that the singer was muffled. Chevelle is good! Evanescence is great, loved seeing them and they played longer that I had expected them too! I did feel ripped off to keep paying $4.50 for each bottle of water!!!!!

No one on the planet can belt it out like Amy Lee. Saw them in Nashville, Chicago, and then in my home town-St. Louis...Each show was just as amazing as the other! The band is ridiculously talented-just every aspect of the show is perfect. I've taken my husband twice and he doesn't really listen to them unless he's in my car..lol...and he has enjoyed the show both times! It's a rockin'-good-time. EVA FOREVER! xoxo

I saw Evanescence in 2004 on their first tour and was very impressed - this show was just as impressive - this band continues to rock hard and heavy, and Amy Lee has not lost any of her vocal or piano talent - great show, guys!

It was hands down one of the best concerts I've ever been to. One of the front bands was lacking a little, but once Amy Lee came on stage, I had forgotten all about it. Amy was amazing and so beautiful! I went to the concert thinking she would mainly focus on her newest album, but she ended up playing a fantastic mix from all her albums, and even did three encore songs. All in all, I had a fantastic time!
