Mbmbam and TAZ are my favorite pocasts so when there was a scheduled live show in my town I knew I had to go. The venue was amazing and everything ran on time. We got to see a haunted doll watch and munch squad in one show! I would recommend to anyone who loves mbmbam that they should see a live show at least once to experience the energy of the McElroys and a packed audience in a live setting.

Justin, Travis, and Griffin are just the best boys and they do not disappoint.

I had 2nd row seats for this hilarious live podcast recording of My Brother, My Brother and Me. Justin, Travis, and Griffin turned our questions alchemy-like into wisdom like they always do. I would go see any show they perform!

So outrageously funny and entertaining, everything I wanted and more !

As a huge fan of the podcast I had a blast! Even my boyfriend, who doesn't listen to the show and was exhausted from the long day at comic-con, made a point of telling me it was funny.

Came from Seattle just for this show, hardest I have laughed in a long time. Love these good good boys.

10/10 for MBMBaM, and 8/10 for the Balboa Theatre. The vents on the floor made my feet and lower legs go complete numb. Maybe turn up the temperature a little more. Other than that, staff was friendly and the show was lovely! :)

This show was hilarious and everything I hoped it would be. The venue was great and the brothers brought their best to the stage! Hope to see them again next year.

This was my first MBMBAM live show and I will always remember the excitement I felt as their father Clint walked on stage to say those words we all love, the Mcelroy brothers are not experts.... . The brothers were their typical goofy selves, but seeing them live, you weirdly feel like you re in an intimate setting with them, actually friends with them, despite the fact that you re surrounded by like a billion people (and trust me, every live show has a billion people. Exactly a billion). It was a very unique experience that I think added to the enjoyment I receive from their previously recorded podcasts.

This was my first time getting to see the McElroy brother in person and it was amazing! I had such a great time, the theater was beautiful, and the seats were easy to get to. Also saw some great TAZ cosplays and everyone there was laughing and having a great time too! I absolutely loved it, and I would love to be able to go again!

If you listen to the podcast, it s what you d expect and then some! It s incredible seeing how they interact in person and made it wonderful.

MBMBAM was a fantastic live show, and my friend and I had a fantastic evening. We've both listened to their podcast (and various other McElroy products) and they are just as wonderful live! The Orpheum is beautiful, and even though we were way up high and pretty far from the stage we could still see just fine.

These are three good good boys. I cannot stress that enough.

These good, good brothers brought their A-game despite having several shows in one weekend. Between planning grand heists, heroically fighting large bees, and the most haunted of doll watches, I thoroughly enjoyed this show.

The guys were great, I absolutely loved the show. I couldn't stop laughing at the antics of these brothers. I had a truly great time and wish I could see them more all the time! I'll just have to make due to listen to their podcast in the meantime! The seats and venue were a bit hard to deal with, the sound quality wasn't the best and the seats were very narrow. It's a beautiful local, but the venue might not have been the best option for screaming fans and three guys talking into microphones.

These three are good good boys. Griffin very bravely fought off a giant bee and everyone in the balcony staged a perfectly executed chandelier heist.

My friend went with me and she had a great time even though she'd never listened to any of the podcasts previously. The staff at the Orpheum was really nice, too. They asked questions and were genuinely interested in the show - what it was about and what made us fans of it. They made sure everyone got out of the cold as fast as possible and got to their seats efficiently. It's probably the best ticketed event I've ever gone to. It ran smoothly and seeing the comedy trio live was amazing.

Griffin, Travis, and Justin were all amazing and very professional, but some of the members of the crowd were less than great, and less than respectful of the people around them. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were just excited for the event and do not go to live events too often, but it was still a detraction from an otherwise great experience. The Orpheum is lovely, the staff was friendly, and the performers were great.

Boys did an amazing job. One of their best shows, live or otherwise.

The McElroys were hilarious and had me laughing the whole show, their audience inclusion was appreciated even if the audience themselves were ill-behaved, still they took it in stride and were able to keep up the energy. I d definitely see them again

Justin, Travis, and Griffin are some of the best people alive. When I try to explain to people why I would pay good money to see a live podcast, I get blank stares, but I don t care, because I laughed so much my face started hurting. Now go listen to every episode of MBMBaM.

These three good good boys sent the crowd into a pumpkindaze as they discussed Chicago's very tall pizzas, yahoo's, and why owning 7 parrots might not be the best life decision. As always the brothers delivered a show that had everyone laughing from beginning to end. I will always see them live any and every chance that I get. Thanks for an amazing show brothers! My Brother, my brother, and me went to see My Brother, My Brother, and Me at the Chicago Theater on Thursday. It was one of the best moments in my life, especially in the context of what I have been going through lately. And I want to thank every one of them for giving that to me and my brothers. Because for us, it meant the world. Even for a couple hours. Thank you so much.

Learned how to heely. So I'd say this show's a 10/10.

The theatre is gorgeous, and the show was amazing. I love the Mcelroys! I couldn't recommend watching their liveshows enough. My ribs hurt from laughing, my hands hurt from clapping, and throat hurt from cheering!

I ve been a fan of the McElroy Brothers for many years now. And if you have listened to their flagship podcast before then you know the quality goofs they provide! Well their live shows are no different, with laugh after laugh this was one of the most fun shows I have ever been to. Insert Chef s Kiss here , 10 out of 10, 5 out of 5 Stars & Very Likely to tell a Friend. All around a good time and most definitely will go again if the Boys make it back to the Midwest!

I always loved listening to MBMBaM on my podcasts app but seeing them in person was such a cool and fun experience, I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves these good good boys.

A night I'll never forget. The theater was beautiful and the boys were fantastic. (Don't be alarmed if the chandelier is missing. Just check some of the glitzier pawn shops. And watch out for the 'big bees' that get up on stage and make a podcaster fall out of his chair saving his brother.) I will definitely return the next time they come back to town for a show.

This was A FANTASTIC show. Legit side splitting from start to finish! The Still Buffering podcast ladies set it off lovely in the beginning! My Cool Baby Daughter and I got to participate in the Audience Questions segment, and we were the last question. I aaaalmost got to rap battle Lin Manuel for the coveted 4th Brother position! Our question LITERALLY floored Griffin, and I mean he was ROTFL! It was the BEST possible outcome, the proverbial cherry on top on an amazing time! I've listened to My Brother, My Brother and Me for nearly 7 years now, and finally got the chance to see them live. It was an experience I'll never forget, and something I hope to do again one day. Special appearance by the Munch Squad, Clint McElroy, and John Roderick (of the Long Winters fame) was pretty exciting, too, and I learned a lot about the Huntington Mall.

As always, the boys served up a heaping helping of hilarity.

I expected the MBMBAM boys to be hilarious, but they still surpassed my expectations! By the end of the night, I physically couldn't laugh anymore because I was so exhausted. 10/10 would recommend.

I was very excited when The Brothers announced they were coming to Detroit. My husband and I have seen them before in Chicago. That show was not great. However, they did an amazing job with the Detroit show. I loved the Star Wars parts of the show. I'm glad that they were so adamant to the crowd that when they come up to ask a question that they make sure it's good. I enjoyed when Travis gave real advice to the question askers. Clint McElroy never dissapoints, although I wish Rachel had helped introduce the boys the way she had for the show they had done the previous night. Anyway, it was great. I will see the boys every time they come to Detroit.

this is the first live ANYTHING i've ever been to, and i loved it!!! there's something different between listening to the podcast and seeing them live. i think their body language adds a special something, they're really expressive. i laughed every time travis would bodily turn to one of his brothers to hear Exactly what they were going to say! spoilers i guess, since this episode isn't up on the web yet, but i really liked the star wars jokes!!! i only casually like star wars, but the yahoo!'s specifically were wet and wild, i totally loved them!! griffins despair at having to try to have a star wars themed show was also funny. i want that chewbacca shirt. i guess for a live show though, it'd be better off to be more general themed, but i respect justin's decision to pick something and stick with it for half of a show. (another spoiler, but: justin's air guitar? oh my god. pure talent, i'd take an air guitar class from him.) the venue itself was fine. really beautiful, apparently haunted. also pretty cramped in the hallways around the seating. the seating was great!! it's very easy to have a fantastic view, no matter where you're sitting! i was close to the middle on the first floor. i was worried about someone taller than me sitting in front of me because i'm short, but even when someone did it was a nonissue because of how the seats are raised. the seating is not very wheelchair friendly. to get into the stage/seating area you have to go up a very very steep ramp. but at least it's not stairs? once my friend was able to heave themselves up they were able to find their wheelchair friendly spot just fine, so there's that at least. but please know ahead of time if you're in a wheelchair you may need help! paul, the fourth mcelroy brother, opened that diet coke like a winner. thanks paul for all your hard work!!!

Although starting off with a poorly thought out May the 4th Star Wars joke. They managed to recover and then some! I loved the show!

I ve been listening to their podcast for a year now and they always make me laugh over the silliest things. They aren t everyone s flavor but I love them. 11/10.

My first time seeing the McElroys live. I can die happy now! Laughed my butt off the entire time, I was only disappointed to see it end. The seats were packed a little close. I found myself trying to laugh a little quieter so as to not bother my neighbors. The Opera house itself was beautiful to look at.

The brothers were so funny, and if you think you know what to expect because you listen to the podcast, believe me, you don t. It was great!

Good boys and a good show! Even though my seat weren't the best I was surprised to find that I still had a good view and could clearly see the show.

Absolutely worth the money and the drive to get to see them. Glad they implemented new rules for audience questions after this show though. That change was a long time coming.

The theater was beautiful, and our seats were very comfortable (they are sort of narrow though, so keep that in mind if that's a concern of yours). The MBMBAM show was so funny! It's totally worth going if you enjoy the podcast- a really cool experience to be there in person to see their facial expressions and the way they react to each other, and of course the crowd was super into it and made it even more fun! Overall, GREAT JOB!

Let me tell you, if you listen to MBMBAM, you MUST see them live! It enhances the experience so much seeing the good good boys laugh and smile, and even if you've never heard of the podcast, you're in for a good time!!!

Apparently I only review McElroy shows now. Go see these boys if they are remotely close to your town. Or do what we did and fly half way across the country - worth it.

I've listened to their podcasts for years, and they did not disappoint in person. These good, good boys were amazing.
