I had seen him at the Wilbur the last time he had come to Boston and when the opportunity presented itself to see him again I went for it . I had actually forgotten he was coming but I was able to get a great single ticket right up front for the 7 o clock show. the openers were good, the second comic in particular was really funny! But when Jim hit the stage it was go time and it was all that I remembered and more. His timing and delivery are uncanny and he had me rocking and rolling in my seat the whole time. In fact I noticed the servers who were taking and delivering drink orders had to stop and get a grip of themselves because they were laughing so much. Great time great performer cant wait for another opportunity to see him here or elsewhere!

Jim was friggin' hilarious! I've always loved him on the Opie and Anthony Show, but never had a chance to catch him live. I'd seen his Leno stuff, which is solid, but because it's TV safe Jim didn't have the freedom to do his more hardcore material - once you get a chance to see him live you'll be a fan for life. To start the opening acts were very funny. It was a great lead in to a great comedian. Jim does not just run through a practiced stand up routine, he improv's, plays off the crowd, and has a ton of original material. I listen to him every day on Opie and Anthony and I still heard new stuff. Great live performance!

I had the pleasure of seeing Jim for the second time last night.....this time at the Wilbur Theater in Boston (which is a fantastic place to see live standup). Jim's scripted material was hilarious and perfectly delivered, no surprise if you've seen him before, he's a consummate pro. But, what I thought was most impressive was one point when a fan yelled out an "adult movie title" he was able to instantly step out of script, and for the next 5-10 minutes had the entire place in tears as he told the story of the movie she yelled out. And by the way, if you're the type who likes to "help out" during standups, be forewarned.......its kind of like the comedic equivalent of picking a fight with Manny Pacquiao. Jim is also obviously very appreciative of his fans, as he chatted, signed autographs for, and took pics with people as they were leaving the theater. A highly recommended show!

Jim Norton is definitely in my top 5 of performing comedians today. He packed the Wilbur Theatre on November 27 and delivered a scathing set of brutally honest humor where there are no prisoners. Jim Norton is one of those rare comedians who sees everyone as a target and knows how to deliver intelligent, cogent, and off-color criticisms in a voice that feels like he's on your level. I had a great time and would definitely recommend catching his act the next chance you get!!

This was the second time my wife and I have seen Jim in Boston and as with the first time his performance was great. Not only does Jim have his prepared material but his improvisational skills and interaction with the audience was superb again. He is truely an amazing talent and am glad he is finally getting his due. It was also nice to see that the venue can now serve alcohol at the tables.

Hands down best stand up Ive ever seen. I have been a fan of his for a while and last night was the first time seeing him live. I suggest everyone see his show. Most of his funnier jokes are about dirty sexual experiences. I would see his show any chance I get.

Jim Norton is one of the most funniest comedians I've ever saw! His comedy may be raunchy but he can get away with it. After the show i got to meet him and he autographed my copy of "I Hate Your Guts" and i got to take a picture with him. Nice place, great show but overpriced beers. $11 for a 16oz miller light is a joke. We were there earlier in the day for the weird nj strange exchance and the same beers were $5. Drink before you go!

Our seats were great at the Wellmont and the opener was amusing, but Jim Norton was incredibly disappointing for me. He went for low hanging fruit jokes by making fun of people with disabilities and, despite previous statements to the media, unnecessarily defending Louis CK's actions as "not that bad" (while conveniently omitting references to some of the accusers' more egregious claims against CK) for a good portion of the act. I felt incredibly uncomfortable when he did a pointed attack against someone who indicated that she had been sexually assaulted. I love to laugh and appreciate thought-provoking humor. However, this show was not thoughtful. While parts of the set were genuinely amusing and/ or provided an interesting (although not necessarily my)perspective, much of it reeked of an inability to empathize with people different than Jim Norton's self. I would not see him again.

Jim Norton is definitely for the discerning comedy fan! Anyone who buys a ticket to see him probably knows what they're in for. Not for the faint of heart or professional pearl clutcher. I've seen him live a couple of times now and glad I have. It was my first time at the Herbst. Had a fun time all around.

The Neptune Was a great venue for the show\u2026 Right in the heart of the university district. Comfortable seats, and a historical building that has been nicely updated. Lots of restaurants in the area for before or after show dining\u2026 Close parking at the University bookstore one block away was not only cheap but very convenient. All of these factors along with a hilarious show made it a fantastic night ! Great Job Chip... I mean Jim.

I have been a Jim Norton fan since the early days of O&A. The first time I met him was in Buffalo at T&A with O&A and could not meet a more genuine person. After watching all his stand up throughout the years, I think his sets have come a long ways and he crushed this one. My only complaint was the show ended to quickly as I wanted to hear more. Seriously if you are a fan of non pc comedy and want a great night go see Jim perform.

Funny! Personable! The fire alarm went off and we were assured everything was fine and it will be over in a minute. He had no working microphone but kept up the show. With new material (the alarm). We were in the front row and I got a chance to answer an audience question. He heckled my husband later when I had to grab us drinks. See Jim Norton live! You won't regret it!!

We love going to Cobbs Comedy Club in SF and recently saw Jim Norton and he was very funny and edgy as always. We go every time he comes to Cobbs. We also love the whole Russian hill/north beach seen. Ate at Original Joe's and hung out at Washington Square park and had a great time at both as we always do. San Francisco is and always will be my home away from home. I have lived 65 miles due west of SF my whole life so I know and love the Bay Area like no other place on earth!!!!!

Jim s show left me deflated! I purchased 3 tickets (I brought 2 friends to celebrate my birthday), and we felt the show wasn t value for money. The opening act was disappointing (and I felt unnecessary to have). I ve seen Jim on Netflix several times (I enjoy raunchy comedy!), and thought we was a decent comedian on TV. However, what I experienced in a live performance fell flat. The pace, jokes, and energy on stage left me deflated. I ll stick to Netflix next time to enjoy Jim. I m glad his performance was a short show! And by the looks of only a partially filled venue, I m not thinking he ll return to Orlando.

Great experience: we ate at the restaurant and then crossed through the kitchen to the comedy venue. Drinks were a little pricey, but good. Norton was amazing. getting out took a little bit, I recommend parking yourself simply because you can leave sooner. jdon

I bought my bf two VIP meet & greet tickets for xmas, he's a longtime fan. The opening act was horrible, we actually felt bad for her because very few laughed and even those seemed forced. I don't even remember her name but it wasn't Kelsey Cook. Jimmy was fantastic as always. This wasn't the first time we saw this tour but the material was still mostly new. The VIP meet & greet was not worth the upgrade. The seats were good however they didn't have the posters that were advertised for him to sign and he wasn't happy about it. We ended up having him sign our tickets but he was distracted and frustrated by the situation.

I bought these for my BoyFriend, I'm normally not a huge Jim Norton fan but he was hilarious even while having food poisoning. The venue was average. The tables were not where they were on the seating chart when I bought the tickets. We got lucky that we got an equally good location but some weren't as lucky, glad I didn't buy at the other table I was considering. Tables are too small and they really jam people together with 10 to a small table. Despite what other reviews have said our server was great.

He spent much of the time conversing with a girl in the audience who was making it known she wanted to hook up with him. Outside of that his material just wasn't good. Definitely will not be going back to see Norton. He asked about doing a whole show as Chip, good luck with that one. Might want to actually have some material.

I have listened to Jim Norton everyday on SiriusXM for years now and he always makes me laugh. I have seen a few of his performances on TV and they have made me laugh too. This live performance was head and shoulders over everything I have seen from him so far. Freaking hilarious! My wife had never really heard him before and she loved it. Great show! Yay!

I saw Jim last summer at PNC which is why i went to this show.The opening act was really funny as was JIM. Can be a little crude, but you should know that going in. If you like to laugh, his show is a definite must see.

I don't know where to begin with this show. His humor was so perfect and topical; from the election, to Caitlyn Jenner, Tinder and other dating apps. He nailed everything perfectly, and his opener, Kelsey Cook, was also incredible. She's another one to check out if she's in town. I highly recommend seeing Jim Norton if he comes to your town.
