Are you kidding me with that set?! GLO always brings high energy and last night was no exception. Everyone was dancing the whole time which probably led to them doing a 45 minute encore. I hope the complete set list gets published! If GLO ever comes to your town they are a must see...even if you don't know more than a couple songs! PLEASE come back next year!!!

Light show was absolutely incredible. The knew exactly how to work the crowd and they did it to the fullest. They were much better live, which is always a great surprise. However, the only complaint was they had to long of a gap between their DJ that played before and them, so it was awkward and kind of brought down the mood. When they did come on, it was all better! Recommend this concert to any and every type of person.

The show was great and First Ave is a fun place for a concert. However, they NEVER lit up the stage enough to see the 2 men. You could only really see their shadows. Enough with the laser beams...we want to see Erin and Thomas!!!! Terrible job light control person. Very dissapointing in that respect.

Wow! these guys know how to rock a festival. You don't observe Ghostland . . . you experience them. Thomas Turner's beat mastery and Aaron Behren's voice, charisma, and funky dance grooves had everyone jumping and dancing on Sunset Blvd. Can't wait to experience them again soon. If Aaron's teaser about a show at the Nokia Theatre is correct, I'll prepare to be blown away again on Nov. 5th.

There live show is absolutely fantastic. The light combined with the energy make for a very clubby atmosphere. I dont particularly like club music, and these guys are great, because of the rock based fusion of their sound. If you have the chance, go see them.

Definitely one of the best shows I have been to. Being in the front row with sexy Aaron dancing in front of me was pretty nice. Thomas was great and I liked how I could see his passion. I will be going to any GLO show I can and recommend others do too. They really get the crowd going.

I've seen GLO twice now and was blown away both times. They have great energy and fill the entire venue with it. If you haven't heard their music- it's a must! You'll enjoy the show even if you don't already love them and will be a fan! They are upbeat and rocking, which is a hard combo to find sometimes. Their light show is amazing too and made even me (shyish) dance and jump. They are best seen in a club venue where they can be heard LOUD

I have always heard good things about Ghostland starting right on time but they were 2:45 minutes late. I can understand with a cover band being a LITTLE late, but there wasn't even that. My friends and I stood around waiting and waiting, needless to say around a bunch of young people who were completely obnoxious and spilling drinks everywhere. We ended up leaving by midnight because we were so miserable and pissed off. So if you don't mind waiting several hours for a band with a CD on re-peat while waiting, or a crowd of 16 year olds, this is the place for you. Otherwise - I'd definitely spend that money on someone else!!!

ghostland consistently brings the heat when playing live. working the crowd well with well timed ebbs and flows (i think one song went on for like 20 minutes) before just crushing the last 45 minutes.

While I cannot really say that I am the biggest fan of the music in it and of it self, they really can put on a sick show. The lasers were so cool and definitely made you do some dancing. I would absolutely recommend going if you remotely like live shows and a little bit of dancing.

Ghostland was amazing (just as they were the last time I saw them). The set list was great, it was arranged really well and they were just as enthusiastic and high energy as always. Aaron was a madman and the laser light show was fantastic. These guys are true entertainers. My problem was with the opening act- he was on for 2 hours and the band was only on for an hour, maybe an hour and 15. The best part of his time on stage was the techno remix of Sir Duke. Too bad that was only six out of 120 minutes. The venue was nice (albeit in the middle of nowhere- yes that IS possible in NYC. Take a cab there!), but be forewarned if you see a small, cash only bar area. They'll charge you a dollar extra per drink than the larger bar in the back that accepts credit cards.

I've been coming to see Ghostland play at Terminal 5 for the last 3 years. Their show never ceases to amaze me, and as a band I can say that they're collectively growing and getting stronger. I don't think anyone can see them and not be blown away. They're finally getting the attention they deserve. And Terminal 5 does an outstanding job at providing what's necessary to create the visual explosion. I know that if Ghostland weren't on stage, but out in the audience to see first hand the magic they've created, they'd probably cry.

It was just a great event from beginning to end!!!! I lived is Austin for about 5 yrs and heard so much about them so I had to check them out... Glad I did...Frontman Aaron was sooo amazing! I danced for a straight 2 hrs and didnt want to stop! Would totally see them again!

Don't even hesitate to buy ticket, there amazing and so much more alive in concert. One of the best shows I have been to. The Lasers (not lights) are the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen and just purely amazing. Definitely go check them out and get weird out there.

Another trip to Portland and another great show from Ghostland Observatory. Following the release of their latest album, Codename: Rondo, the PDX crowd seemed to have grown for GLO. Maybe it was the new LP, word of mouth, or the cool lasers that were responsible for the extra bodies in the Crystal, but all the same, it was nice to see the energetic fan base expanding. Personally, I'm not as a big a fan of Rondo as the previous albums, so I would have liked to hear more of the older stuff. However, even with the packed crowd I was still able to find a nice little dance spot and enjoy the (now 16 deep) laser show, mind blowing beats and performance from the caped Thomas Turner and sunglass-ed Aaron Behrens. As the night was coming to a close, Behrens told all the cheering 'beautiful people' that this was our 'last chance to dance!' Despite the signals coming from my legs, I was disappointed to know this bouncing dance party was over and amazed that the few people standing idle nearby had been able to ignore that 'last chance' warning. For those who didn't get their groove on, or weren't in attendance for whatever reason, I leave you with this: There's always next year, kids!

This was my 4th time seeing Ghostland, first time at an indoor venue. I really liked the indoor venue, it didn't seem as hectic as Whitewater and Stubbs, but I love outdoor shows and the way the lazers play on the trees. It was Halloween and what more fitting of a costume than indians? You could find all 8 members of our Slapajo tribe scattered amongst the crowd, mostly in the front row. Long story short, go see these guys, again and again, no matter where they're playing. You'll never be disappointed. And would it be weird to say that Aaron Behrens and I are soul mates? Ha. This was my third Ghostland Observatory concert in the past year, and it was the best. Although the venue was not my favorite, the show itself, the lazers, the music, the soundsystem, were all top-notch. The new music they played sounded amazing, and the light show has improved every time I have seen them. I was pleased with my decision to go to this show. It was a great night.

i love the band and the lights and everything, the show rocks. my only complaint is that they refuse to go on stage until 11. it's not like there's a bunch of warm up acts or anything. i wouldn't mind having time to go out afterward and talk with my friends about what an awesome show it was and how much fun we had but all the bars are closed by then! it makes me feel like they're abusing our loyalty by making us stand around and wait for hours for the show to start.

A friend's birthday happened to be the same day as the Ghostland Observatory show so it was decided that that was what we were going to do that night to celebrate. I probably wouldn't have noticed the show otherwise or had gone alone but I went along with the group. I had known of Ghostland, much thanks to another friend who raved about their live show, and I still missed them at Coachella but I looked forward to seeing what they were about at last. This time Club Nokia wasn t a bad place for a show, not being so packed that we couldn t get around, dance if we wanted to, and not so exclusive that the only place we were allowed to stand was a three-foot square at the very back. I wasn't versed at all in the group but the laser-light show would have been enough even without the music. As it was, I don t recall any of what they played since I was busy dancing and being silly with friends, but what more could you want from a show?

There was no one there . It was held at Bob BUllocks Muesum VIP event there was only about 150 people there . Venue was nice . The artists were entertains but there was not anyone to entertain . THe Wailers were very good . Would not go again waste of time and money .

Friendly crowd, amazing light show, ghostland performed over an hour, performance included their hits and new material. I arrived after 7pm and there was no line to enter the venue. 24 oz of bud light cost me $12. bartender was friendly

BEING THAT IT WAS A HALLOWEEN WEEKEND WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BETTER BUT, THE GROUP DIDN'T START TILL REALLY LATE THEY PLAYED SONGS THAT DIDNT REALLY GET THE CROWD GOING IN THE BEGINING, AN MOST OF THE PEOPLE WERE YOUNG AND IMMATURE!

Dancearoundtime

Ghostland Observatory puts on one amazing show. Between the laser show that you can't look straight at (but also can't look away) to the slinky dance moves of Aaron Behrens this show is a winner. The only downside was no beverages on the main floor (which in the end wasn't so bad because you couldn't help but dance it out) and the tiny bar that took approximately 15 minutes to get an over priced alcoholic beverage. Best bet, pre-game before the show. It is amazing, I will be back to see them again. The moderate ticket price also makes this show even more attractive and a guaranteed good time!
