103.5 The Beat Down

Doug Benson is hilarious! My husband and I have seen him 6 times this year and every time somehow gets better. This show in Sac-town was awesome. We got to sit right up front next to the stage! Ngaio Bealum opened for Doug and killed it! Doug started with a twitter roll call which was so much fun. My husbands tweet got Doug and the whole room laughing. Another guy tweeted something with #sacpunch (for Sacramento punchline)and Doug said "please don't. " . The crowd went wild. Seeing one comedian twice in one weekend would usually not be fun. But Doug Benson has so many different types of stand up comedy, it's a blast! I saw DLM on Thursday and this show on Saturday. And I laughed my ass off each time.

Game is pretty good. Ronaldo played the first half, then wasn't seen again. Donovan didn't show up. Paid a lot for the "Dream Seats" and all I got was a neckache and a picture on the field after the game. I thought paying for the dream seats would get at least something special, but no just a bad view because of being so low.

It was so great seeing KABAH perform here in L.A. ! They sang all of their great songs and it really was such a great concert!!

Attended the Season Opener for the Portland Steel. Even though Portland lost the game, I still had a great time. The action is fast paced and it is fun watching people in the stands catch and keep footballs.

This show was amazing! Dwele and his band gave an excellent performance. Dwele also took control of the show and had exceptional command of the audience. This is a must see event in a city near you!

Chris's voice was amazing! He has a true gift! He interacted with the audience and told a little story about each song before performing. It was great! I would def see him again.

The band was excellent and the drummer, Johnny Concannon, was absolutely phenomenal! He was the driving force behind the entire evening. Clearly one of the best drummers of our time!!!

Great time ....great music to remember . Excellent interaction from the singers with audience. Highly recommended , even though before the show I had never heard of the group being from Brazil.

When I started listening to John Valby, I was a teenager: and this was an R-rated show! But, at 74, he is as lively and filthy as he was 30 years ago! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS unless they are adults and love raunchy humor. I have not laughed so much in one evening in my entire life. Worth every penny.
