Atlanta Hawks

Everything was really fun; great entertainment value. The staff seemed both responsible and enthusiastic. Food was good, bathrooms were clean.

You would think after 1000s of activities Atlanta would have figured out the traffic flow by now. Having said that, we were able to tour the Mercedes-Benz stadium, have a good meal in the CNN center before the game. The employees inside the facilities are top tier ladies and gentlemen and their presence was appreciated. Great job ATL.

Season games are way better...even the announcer couldn't muscle up some entertainment...very blase game.

I receieved the tickets free for completing a survey this summer. The location of the seats were great, usually you get ticket for things like this in the nose bleed section. The game was good and I enjoyed it. Will be going to more Hawks game. GO HAWKS!

The game was great

It was great watching the Hawks' first preseason game. The team should do well this season and make it to the playoffs!!!

Because I love basketball, The home opener was a great experience! One of the plays that was a real beauty was the ally-oop by a team-mate with Joe Johnson and #24 had a great 3 point shot! Hawks are my team of choice to take it all the way!

Hawks have built a team that is a threat to other NBA Teams .. finally.

I enjoy Jeff Teagle, The hawks really play a good preseaon gam all the player did a good job.

Overall worthwhile but not nearly the spirit as there in in a regualr season game. Most of the people in attendance were in one section of the arena which was odd. Looking forward to regular season.

The game was great and the team looks very good

I had a great time with my boyfriend Jeremy at the game. We sat closer than we ever have and can't wait to be able to attend another game. Hawks won so that's all that matters. The game was incredible! The Hawks look to do some damage with the new crew they acquired over the summer in Teague, and Mario West is still a firecracker!! The starters look great, too. I was happy to see Marvin 100%, and Josh Smith, Joe Johnson, and Al Horford are on top of their game. I took my friend who had never been to a Hawks game and he loved it!! We will be back...

The game was awesome. I loved my seats and the promotional discount. I would love to see more promos like this, but I will still purchase tickets to the home games. We need more home team support.

Although it was only a pre-season game, we treated it like a regular season game. Great seats, lots of enthusiastic fans and best of all, only paid $3.50 for them through a special event from the Hawks.

Glad to see that the Hawks dominated a known team like the Hornets and didn't let Chris Paul run circles around them!!

The team looked strong with depth at the guard position. Unfortunately, Joe Smith didn't play so I'm still suspicious of the big man play

The exhibition game between the Hawks and the Hornets was a fun evening. It was exciting to see the new team members on both teams. Being a pre-season game it was interesting to watch the different combinations of players that the coaches put on the floor. When the starters when in the game, the Hawks were crushing the Hornets. When the second and third string was on the court, they allowed the Hornets to gain momentum and a lot of points. The Hawks did up winning in the end, but not by much. I do think we are going to have a GREAT team this year! Teague and Crawford are wonderful new additions. Teague has to learn that he is not the only player on the court though. He will learn that soon. Overall, it was a fun evening!

A lot of people ask, "why go to a preseason game? hardly anyone goes..?" And to me, that is the reason to go! If you plan on attending games throughout the season, then attending a preseason game is ideal. Not only does it give you the chance to see some basketball, but it does so without the hassle of massive concession lines, parking issues, etc. It is a great opportunity to get familar with the layout of Philips Arena, and surrounding restaurants, clubs, and other activities. This is not my first preseason game, nor will it be my last- and i would say to all of those preseason skeptics, attend one! What's the worst you lose-$10?

I loved the game. I took my nephew and he enjoyed the game too. I was very appreciative of the tickets. I had no idea that the tickets would be so close given that they were complementary.

We had a great time. My daughter and I went and took some friends. They loved it. We had two little girls 4 and 2 that have never seen or been anywhere like it and they had the best time ever. They have had a rough life and now beginning to see that there is so much in life and Atlanta Hawks Rock!

It was a great game to come to. Hawks beat the cavs in Cleveland so I knew they would want to come beat the hawks in Atlanta. Plus all the players played.

When I booked these tickets online the seat chart looked a little closer but the seats were still good. I would definitely use this service again and they were for an amazing price.

The experience was a great one,biggest game of the season and being able to see it was awesome. I ordered my tickets in February when the prices were a little lower so I do feel I got what i paid for. Next time I will pay a little more to sit in the 100 section,even tho I was able to see everything really good in the 210 section. Celebrating my 30th birthday doing things I never done before, this was one of the best gifts ever.

The atmosphere was electric.... Hawks employees did an exceptional job in giving you a unique experience. Seating was a little left to be desired (not a lot of leg room). Great overall game, the city was amazing. It is something we will be doing again and again in the future!

It was amazing. First NBA attended and I had the best time ever! If your still watching the game from the TV you are not living your life!!!! I'll definitely be grabbing a another ticket very soon!

Front row over the Nicks tunnel. Was my son's B'day and he had a blast until the middle of the second period when his favorite player, Carmelo Anthony was ejected for a stupid flagrant 2 foul. All downhill from there since the whole section was filled with Melo fans. Would have been a great experience but the hype mood was killed at that point. I did get to sip on a cold beer though!

The seat ere good, but the young worker a member service was rude

My family and I had a great time at the game on Friday! The seating was ok. We really wished we were able to afford better seating so that we could get some of the players autographs. Overall we had a great time and we will definitely be coming back to another game.

First of all, the HEAT won! Woot woot! Overall it was a good experience. The place was clean and they had helpful staff. The alcoholic drink from the self serve machines was very good, though for the price they could give a little more than less half a cup.

I enjoyed the game because it was my 6 year old son and i first game together he really enjoyed himself. The only issue i had was i bought the tickets for the unlimited popcorn and soda and when i went to the concession stand they said the tickets weren't working. Now i could have saved $3 and got the same ticket for $17, but since i was taking my son i opted for the popcorn and soda, needless to say that was disappointing. But the game was good even though my magic lost.

Wow! We went as a group of three adults and one seven year old boy. We sat in the 217 section and we were happy with our seats. The 6th man section was a hit with my son and they kept him excited. Those with kids know it can be hard to get them to sit through a whole event sometimes. Ryan Cameron, the announcer, was great as well. And there was a concert at halftime! We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back!

Love the Philips arena, so welcoming. Great attraction. The music is kind of terrible because no one ever in the history of anything has gotten hype over a keyboard. Drums maybe, guitar definitely. So the crowd would dye down way too often. Take notes from the Barclay center, music is very important. I like that they play "all we do is win" after getting a W.

Overall it was a good experience enjoyed the game and the love that was showed for the Hawks

Great view of the court. Was able to go in early enough for the shoot around to watch both teams warm up (which was awesome), then watched the game. The food costed a bit expensive but good.

I was very disappointed in our seating location. Section 211, Row M. Our seats were under the overhang of the upper deck. They were so far back that you couldn't even see the scoreboard that hangs over the center of the court. The view was so restricted that it greatly reduced the experience. I feel that there should've been some notice when purchasing these tickets that the view was greatly restricted. Also, being that far under the overhang made it very warm and uncomfortable in that section.

The game was great. ..the atmosphere was incredible. I've been too many hawks game, including playoffs, but this was the best game and atmosphere of any game that I've been too...keep up the good work

The Atlanta Hawks are now the pride of Atlanta when it comes to sports attractions. It was a great game from beginning to the end. The customer service was great and the crowd was pro Hawks.

Being a Looong time sport fan, and specifically, an ATL sport fan since a boy, I was blown away last March/April when I attended the final "push" games for the ATLANTA HAWKS to squeak into the playoffs after an injury filled season. Not only was I impressed by the unabashed heart and soul of a team clearly playing / striving, in many ways against all odds, to do the near impossible, but the same for the "gun-shy" legions of passionate fans who, slowly at first, started growing in number, and growing in their affection, and "latent" deep down pulling for this team. When all was said and done, the Hawks made the playoffs against the #1 seed INDY, took them to a Full Seven games, and I witnessed something I had never before in a sport arena: the dish-speak, trash talk of the "past" had been washed away, and people from all backgrounds were as one voice, in sold out arenas literally willing this team to win. It was then, that I made the decision to become a season tkt holder, and the rest, well, I guess you've heard! Phillips, the arena, has a "not cavernous", warm, intimate almost feel to it with great sightlines regardless of section. Food, selection, staff, cost, servicing, options, sound, lights, and entertainment would be hard pressed to be beat at few, if any NBA arenas in the league. Kudos to architects, team/venue management, and clearly, someone in a leading role position who, like the "team", is spot on, not only for this demographic, but a leader for others to follow. Great atmosphere and a great game.Getting to the seat looked like you are about to fall. A little steep but it makes u feel closer to the court. They are ok seats. Apart from that I enjoyed the game and the atmosphere.

We moved here 3 yrs ago. This was my bday present from my wife and son. This was our first time ever going to a professional game. It was AMAZING from The beginning to the end! BEST gift ever! GREAT MEMORIES! Parking was easy, crowd was electric and the HAWKS WON! SWOOP! SWOOP! GO HAWKS!

As always, the ticket purchase and delivery process by ticketmaster was on point! Overall we enjoyed the game, but it would've been better had Detroit won Lol.

My first NBA game and I had a blast. Drove from NC down to Atlanta to attend. Enjoyed every minute of it, definitely worth the money.

This was my family s first NBA game and they were very happy with the event at Philips Arena. I was able to find tickets at the last moment a really good price. We sit at the 302 Wheelchair section and it was nice. The only downside was the concession stores on the 300 Level, They had an offer for unlimited refills but some of the concession didn t have the fountain drinks machine working. It was a pain to walk and find other fountain drink machine and when I found one, I get a big surprise!! the big line of people to buy things and you only making the line for a refill. Grrr!!! The most amazing part was the new 3D on court videos\u2026.WOW!! The rest was a good experience.

I gave the event only 4 stars, because the Philips vendors were not ready for a full house. They ran out of beer at halftime. That has never happened in any other professional event I have attended. Everything else was outstanding.

Philips Area was a great atmosphere for the playoff game. We was in the 303 section but they were still great seats. And we had the chick fi la family tickets so It was a great value.

The Hawks rose to the occasion with the visiting Heat in their building. The Hawks took control of the game in the 4th quarter and sealed a quality win which locked them into the playoffs!

The game was great...seat location was great...The actual seats were a lil raggedy...

We actually purchase the tickets because Lecrae was performing a post game concert. My son likes sports and Lecrae! Event was great. Chicken and waffles at Frybaby is a must!!! Delicious! We bought a parking pass online hoping it would be more convenient however the parking garage was extremely hard to get to in the traffic. It took us 3.5 hours for a usual 1.5 hour trip. Other than that it was great. We will probably return to more games in the future.

We got there early. We saw players practicing. We walk up and got really close. My son and daughter were so excited to see D. Rose , J. Noah and more. It was awesome. We ate hot dogs and burgers. We walk around the venue snap pictures and just enjoyed the atmospere. It was our first time taking in a game here in Atlanta. We had a wonderful time and will surely do this again.

My son Ramone received a voucher 4 some tix @school so I redeemed them 4 his birthday, he sang the fan chants&he loved that all the concessions GIRLS were real sweet 2 him 4 his bday. Hawks beat 76ers that night, my son said "Mom the Hawks won 4 my birthday" Thankful Mom, College Park, Ga

This game had very few people there but yet we still enjoyed it. My husband and I wished we could be those people that cheer for the hawks in the stands because we have fun rooting for our home team. We look forward to going to another hawks game soon. I would definitely encourage both friends and family to go.

The entertainment in between the game was very entertaining especially Ryan Cameron.

From start to ending Hawks vs Houston game was the best. The Atlanta fans were hype. Just amazing!

The family and I really enjoyed the game. Although I've been games at Phillips Arena before, this was my first time in the 300 section. I was shocked that the game was still enjoyable from this level, guess there isn't a true nose bleed section here unlike the GA Dome.

This was our first NBA game but won't be our last! I took my 12 year son and 2 of his friends. The whole experience was something to be remembered. I had an excellent time at the game!!! I had great seats and the crowd was rocking. I got a chance to mingle in the First Horizon Club!! I ran into a couple of famous faces in the crowd. I definitely would recommend anyone if they want to have a fun time, come out to Phillips Arena in the Highlight Factory!!!
