We've enjoyed seeing Kevin on SNL and various TV talk shows so seeing him in person was very similar but even better. His stage persona is very engaging and he improvises easily with the audience. He is very tall and his photos with fans are both generous and genuine.

We bought our tickets to see Train and DeGraw --and had to suffer through almost 3 hours of the other bands whose music and performance we did not appreciate. The acoustics were awful and Train's and DeGraw's performance time was very limited. If Fresh promotes another Holiday Jam --we are not attending!

I enjoyed the television show, but the live performance was not as much fun as the live show for So You Think You Can Dance. And there's not telling who will be on the tour for this outfit. I'll put my dance performance dollars towards SYTYCD instead.

I was not sure what to expect. However, I was presently surprised...this show brought me back to what entertainment should be...the art of impressions and celebrity illusion has dwindled but Anthony and Eddie Edwards are bringing it back to life! I'm not a Streisand fan but I will tell you..Eddie had her down pat and he could sub for her in concert if she ever got ill! The two brothers together were just great..And the best part was meeting them after the show (VIP tickets can be purchased to meet with them)..You could not meet two more personable & humble guys...Just from their personalities alone you want nothing but the best for them and want them to succeed...So tell all of your friends about this show. Once the hotel gets a restaurant (hotel just reopened and is refurbishing) this will be a great date night out!!

Celebrating David Bowie

I WAS BLOWN AWAY at the concert CELEBRATING BOWIE last night! The band had THREE singers, including Sting's son Joe Sumner, who between them actually were able to capture Bowie's voice amazingly well throughout the decades of his music. Mike Garson, Bowie's longest serving band member, was the host and just incredible on the piano. He ended the show with a stellar rendition of "Aladdin Sane." Gerry Leonard, who played on Bowie's albums "Heathen," "Reality" and "Next Day," blew me away too, playing slide guitar and jamming with the legendary guitarist Earl Slick, who I was lucky enough to see live "back in the day" on Bowie's Serious Moonlight Tour! And Slick's son John Madeloni was perfect on the drums. "Rebel, Rebel," "Station to Station," "Starman," "Lady Grinning Soul," "Suffragette City" and the beautiful "Where are We Now" from Bowie's Next Day album were some of the songs played. The audience was GREAT too, because people were singing and dancing and no one got yelled at to "sit down!" Everyone was enjoying themselves, there was a really good vibe in such a beautiful and intimate setting, the Parker Playhouse. What a treat to hear the music LIVE by members who actually played on tour and on albums of Bowie versus watching a "Bowie cover band." I'd only ever heard most of those older songs on an album, it was nothing short of an extraordinary experience to hear it all LIVE. If you are a Bowie fan, get to this show!
