This is the second time I had the opportunity to see this fantastic duo, they were very energetic, colorful, live and coordinated. I believe I had the best seats in the house. The sounds was on point, parking was reasonable, and accommodating. Every time this power couple come in to town I will be right there in the house. Thank You well done.

We were so impressed with Kindred the Family Soul s Concert performance on June 15!! It was awesome!! It was so good that we contemplated driving from Atlanta to Charlotte to try to see them the next night!! Can t wait til they come to our area (or somewhere within a four hour drive)!! They would be a great addition to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival each spring.

I wasn't an avid fan of Kindred and only heard a few songs from the radio. All I can say is that after this concert, I now am a FAN. Their chemistry is amazing! I am so happy for the success of their family and their music. They make feel good music. I'm going back to and see them again at Blues Alley in November and every time they come to DC.

This concert was absolutely fabulous. The love and mutual respect that Kindred has for each other radiates from the stage and just makes everyone in the room share in their happiness. They are truly a blessed and talented couple and I will not hesitate to see them again and again.

Husband and wife duo who play 'for the crowd' as opposed as 'to the crowd'! They were down to earth, friendly, and even brought audience members onstage to join them in their last cover of Frankie Beverly and Maze's famous song! They played new and old songs and their playful banter with the crowd is a sure pleaser! If you can see them, do! They are bringing back the good old R&B/soul songs we loved from the past! Don't miss them!!

I have alwys loved this romantic duo"s chemistry as I heard them sing on recordings b ut to see them live and up close OMG (thanks to B.B. Kings Intimate setting:-) .I was totally flabbergasted by their emphatic and inspiring songs about true love, commitment,and the things that matter most in life. The most touching moment of the whole show...something I" know "wasn't rehearsed was when Aja cried during one of the sets about how important FAMILY is esp. during this recession. Imisssed their last show at B.B. King's during the month of March...I had to work the next day...but this time I was on summer vacation so as soon as I heard about the show I didn't hesistate to purchase my tkts. literally seconds later!!! I will continue to support this group and be a dedicated fan and I am glad that they will not compromise their music just to be part of the mainstream.. most of which is not "authentic" music after all. KINDRED PLS. NEVER SURRNDER THE QUALITY AND CREATIVITY OF YOUR MUSIC...DON'T WORRY YOUR FANS WILL REMAIN LOYAL AND THE GOOD LORED WILL TAKE OF THE REST!!!:-)

This was my first time hearing Kindred the Family Soul. My BFF recommended them and the show was AMAZING. They both sing phenomenal and vibe off each other. Great performers I can not wait to get the new release On July 26, I will be there to buy it. I am telling all my family and friends so they can experience great music with a meaning I will go to see them again anytime.

The concert was beautiful. The Keepers Lounge at EJ Thomas set the mood with the room setting and Kindred did the rest. One of the best groups I have ever seen live. They sounded just like they do on their CD's. Keep up the great work and I look forward to hearing alot more of your music. Can't wait for the new album to drop in June.

All I know is that I want to be everywhere they are. Just a warm and personable couple. Because the venue was small, it created a wonderful intimacy. I felt like I was at a jam session or a Kindred rehearsal. The band was energetic and powerful!!! As for the spirit of their music, they are like the 21st century Ashford and Simpson. This was my 1st time seeing them live, and I must say they didn't disappoint. The venue was very small, which made for a nice intimate setting. As for the music, they sounded like the record, with a twist of entertainment in between sets. They are a must see if you like them

Kindred the Family Soul is so underrated they make music that will stand the test of time, just like Ashford, Simpson Peaches and Herb Tammi Terrell and Marvin Gaye,these are the great Duos who made music that still and will stand the test of time & that we still listen today & that our parents listen to & grandparents listen to as well. I want to thank Kindred the Family Soul for still remaining true to Philadelphia and still performing in the Philadelphia tri-state area that we, fans can come to just at a drop of a dime and shall I love and support for not only Kindred the Family Soul but good live music. this is one of hte best concerts i've been to in a long time. i went w/my husband and we enjoyed the almost 2 hrs of memory lane music kindred the family soul took us through, along w/some of their new tracks. and i love the intimacy of centerstage. every seat is a great seat.

You will never be disappointed at a Kindred the Family Soul concert. The love for each other is in every note sung, every gaze shared. Love is in the air and it's all because of Kindred! They are always on point with the band and they always give a little extra. They give of themselves by asking people from the audience to come up and sing, they take the time to sign autographs, take pictures and converse with their fans. I have never missed them when they come to the DMV and GOD willing I won't miss them any in 2015. I saw Kindred the Family Soul, Saturday night at the Howard Theatre and they were absolutely wonderful. I was so glad I chose to celebrate my birthday with them. They did not disappoint and anyone who gets the chance needs to see them live. Look out for their new release June 10th, entitled Close Friends.
