Loved the opportunity to do a Star Wars related activity on May the 4th. Performance was very well done and the actor was extremely personable. Highly recommend the Effingham Performance Center and all its staff.

The first time I saw the "One Man Star Wars" Show was at Kean University. I was blown away by his energy and ability to not only do each character, but objects and actions (blowing up). You are engaged the entire time and can't take your eyes of him. You will laugh and applauded at the impressions and his humorous anecdote. NEW aspect that enhanced his show was the lighting. It gave even more life to characters and help set the mood. You may want to watch the original Star Wars Trilogy (4,5,6) just to brush up. Bonus: Found out he also does Lord of the rings trilogy, and dark knight trilogy

We thought this show was different and quite good. Other than the lighting, there are minimal special effects but the way Charles Ross does dialog and sound effects (even R2-D2) and acts out the original Star Wars trilogy is pretty amazing and includes a fair amount of humor as well. He also talks to the audience a bit telling them the history of it - he has been doing it for fifteen years. He also does one-man shows of The Lord Of the Rings, and the Dark Knight. He indicated it was his first time in New Jersey and we are hoping he returns for the other shows. He is one of a kind, so we would recommend grabbing the opportunity to see him if he comes to a location near you.

Noisy, ridiculous, childish, and not at all funny. And...if you sit in the front row, prepare to get wet with his spit. I wasted my money and my time.

I loved it! I'm a big Star Wars fan and this one man show is awesome. Reminded me of my brother and I running around our basement reenacting pivotal scenes but with a comical twist. His Jaba impression was my favorite. High energy. Highly entertaining. Highly recommended for any Star Wars junkie. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because I think it would be totally lost on anyone who is not familiar with the saga. No - I'm changing my rating but I'll add the caveat that if you don't know The Trilogy, don't buy tickets to the One Man Trilogy (unless of course you're treating someone who does).

Wonderful venue! Wonderful performance! Fun, brilliant! Can't wait to see him do the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy! Great way to end the performance when he sat down on the floor after completing the trilogy and just chatted with us. Shared how all this came about. Very personal.

This show was AMAZING! This guy is awesome and I could perfectly visualize the scenes he portrayed. I am fluent in American Sign Language and I was impressed with the way he contructed each scene with facial expressions and posture, which are some of the basic principles of sign language. After the show he spent some time answering questions and taking photos and was a really down-to-earth guy. I would HIGHLY recommend that any Star Wars fan go and see his show!!!!!!!

It was awesome! you could totally see the entire star wars trilogy unfolding right before your eyes! He didnt have any props at all and you could clearly tell what character he was imitating or what ship he was flying despite that fact. His jokes in between lines were awesome!

I got to see One Man Star Wars when it originally came to Milwaukee some 6 years ago and I've been dying to see it again. Years of wait had elevated the show from simply great to something glorious, so I went in to this viewing with lowered expectations. No matter what, the show was still gut-busting hilarious and Mr. Ross is a genius. He gives his 110%, despite a knee injury, to give you all the moments you remember (and some you don't). Though the show hasn't changed much (I found myself frequently deja vu-ing throughout the performance) it's still a must see for any Star Wars fan.

This was an awesome performance. He was amazing. His connection with the audience was so down to earth. There was no wall between him and his audience-he made us a part of his show. I have only one regret that I didn't brush up on the content presented by rewatching the Trilogy before I attended his spectacular performance.
