This was an amazing show. I wasn't very familiar with10 years and Like a Storm, but their live show was awesome!! Chris Brooks walking through the crowd during TNT - pure party!! Ozzy sounded great and Zakk Wylde does what he does best - just shreds! Venue was great and the entire staff was very nice and made you welcome. Looked like they were happy to be there too. Great work TI. Oh and it does help to have front row seats!!!!
Amazing concert....finally got to see OZZY. He played for at least 1 1/2 hours, he kept the crowd going and presented a great show. The new lead guitar player can strum them strings.........
Went mainly to see Rob Halford! I love him with or without Priest! He is more animated on stage with Halford. He will always be, in my opinion, the best front man in heavy metal. Ozzy was surprisingly good! I think he did a better job solo on War Pigs than with Black Sabbath at OZZFest several years ago.
MY FIRST TIME SEEING OZZIE AND HE WAS ON HIS GAME. TOO BAD HE DIDN'T HAVE A BAT!!!! THE MUSIC WAS AMAZINGLY PERFORMED AND THE SOUND WAS GREAT. MY FLOOR SEAT WERE NOT ELEVATED AS THEY USED TO BE, SO WE TOOK EMPTY SEATS IN THE LOWER CONCOURSE. THEY WERE THER SAME PRICE AND WE HAD LOTS OF ROOM. WOULD GO SEE HIM TOMORROW IF HE WERE HERE AGAIN.

From the moment Ozzy took the stage you could feel the electricity. He really knows how to fire up a crowd and get everyone caught up in the excitement. The sound was great, the light show and special effects were great, the whole band sounded awesome, and the entire experience was incredible. He performed a good mix of old, new, and "in-between" material. I highly recommend anyone who likes Ozzy's music - go and see him in concert if you get the opportunity. What a fantastic night!!

I've seen tons of concerts so far. The last time I seen Ozzy perform was with Black Sabbath in the early 70's at the Baltimore civic center. The venue was then called the Baltimore Civic Center, not Mariner Arena. It was nice to hear some of the older tunes by Sabbath. He still has the drive, and fire! Ozzy, you didn't let me down!! Keep Rockin!!. PS--Tell Sharon I said "Hi"!!. Vern S.

From the pre-concert party, to the meet and greet, to the show itself, everything was beyond amazing. You'd swear Ozzy was still in his prime Sabbath days when you see his show. Ozzy still knows how to get the crowd pumped up. He played a great mix of classic Sabbath with all his own classics as well as his new hit 'Let me hear you scream'. The intro movie montage was hilarious!! I have to give him credit. I don't know too many 60 year olds who can rock like that! Great show, I'd go back and see it again!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY OZZY!

As Ozzy said "it's good to be King". He's been at it for 40+ years and at 61 yrs of age is still showing bands today what a real rock n roll show should look and sound like. Glad I've added The Oz-man to the list of Hall of Fame artist I've been lucky enough to see. A must see for any rock aficionado. Enjoyed it from start to finish.

It was our first time in Canada and we were a little surprised that they were all seated and there was no general admission. Much to my husband and sons dismay, there was no mosh pit. I was all prepared for this crazy frenzy that Ozzy tends to whip up at his concerts, but when we walked in and there were only chairs all the way up to the stage, pretty much. It was, to say the least, a relief for me since I wasn't really looking forward to being squished and sweaty. But the guys were definitely disappointed. So, in the future, for me to go to a hard rock concert, Canada is where I would prefer to go. As far as the guys, I think they enjoy the US concerts better. It was aweome when he was hosing everyone in the first 10 rows with the foam. They just got nailed by him. It was hilarious. The commercial deals at the beginning were a bit over the top raw, but funny. That's Ozzy though. But all in all, the concert itself was great, we had a good time! I was glad I finally got to see him after a 30 year wait.

Ozzie is way too cool, he was on stage before his band! His skits were awesome, Vampires are pussies, "I'm the King of Darkness" Played for 2 hours and 20 minutes, turned the foamy firehose on the crowd 3 times. Thank God he's getting better with age. Frigging -20 outside and the Saddledome was rocking hot, hot hot!

This was an excellent concert by both bands. One of the best concerts I have ever attended in my lifetime. Halford's lead singer was excellent. Ozzy and his band were fantastic and 100 times better than I had expected. I truly and thoroughly enjoyed the evening and left with no voice and worn out from dancing, yelling and screaming. Ozzy can still rock! After all these years the "Prince of Darkness" can still put on an excellent show!...had 4th row center seats and they were worth every penny. Ozzy sounded great and I didn't notice any tele-prompters so it looked like to me he was singing the songs from memory, from great Sabbath classics to past solo material he sang all of them great! would have liked to have seen "Let it Die" off Scream performed but I only recall the title track being performed. Overall it was a excellent show Slash was awesome playing GNR and VR tunes! The foam hose was hilarious! Seeing all of us covered in white foam you couldn't help but laugh :-)

OMG Ozzy absolutely blew me away at the GIbson on February 1st! He had so much energy, and put on a show that will never be forgotten! His voice sounded better at this show than the last time I saw him in '97. I didnt know who could or would try to open for Ozzy. When Slash took the stage the whole place got to their feet. What a fabulous show, Slash shreds, and OMG his new singer is amazing! We were all banging our heads like teenagers to the old Guns and Roses favs and Slash has some solo stuff that has GOT to be heard! "Back for California"

Going to this concert was a last-minute deal that was only made because Slash was the opener. I'm glad I didn't miss it! Ozzy's getting old as evidenced by apparent use of teleprompters. That being said, he can still work a crowd, is backed by a phenomenal band (Gus G. on guitar, in particular) and was as good as I remember his '82 tour (w/Randy Rhoades).

This was my first ozzy show and he didn't disappoint. Now I know why he is such a legend. His presence, energy and performance are like nothing I've seen before, add to that the incredible musicians he surrounds himself with and its a un-holy matrimony. The Black Sabbath songs gave me goosebumps and almost transported me to a different place and time. Ozzy you gave 100% of yourself, and I am humbled, I will never forget this show... thank you from a true and loyal fan

I was never able to see Ozzy at an Ozzfest, so I was wondering how he would handle an indoor venue. First time seeing Ozzy live, and I was completely BLOWN AWAY by his performance. He may be getting old, but he doesn't let that stop him from putting on a killer show! The songs he played sounded fantastic; great vocals from Ozzy, and I was very impressed with his new guitarist Gus G! Most of the songs were from his older albums, as well as Ozzy-era Black Sabbath hits, which was a pleasant surprise. The entire show was exciting and a ton of fun, and I hope to be able to see him perform again in years to come!

I've seen Ozzy Live three times, and he's probably lost some vocal ability over the years, but he was never an opera singer in the first place. Seeing Oz live is really about the total experience. His backup musicians are always stellar, and hearing him in concert is still a thrill, a good mix of recent and old - now classic - songs. It was certainly a different experience than say, 10 or 20 years ago, as Ozzy's voice is not as strong and vibrant or precise as it once was, but he stilll does a good job wailing and howling his songs out. I still enjoy seeing him sing, clap his hands, and run around jumping like a frog.

We had a wonderful time at the Ozzy concert in San Antonio!! Parking is easy, there are plenty of food options at the AT & T center (although they are spendy of course), and Ozzy was fun!! The opening bands never seem like they get as good of a sound set up, but we also enjoyed Slash. His lead singer was just as good, if not BETTER than Axel Rose!!

I bought the Meet & Greet tickets. I went w/ a buddy of mine. We got to meet Ozzy. He signed one of my guitars! I had a conversation with Ozzy (just a few minutes) but he was very sincere and just...nice!. Later a member of his film crew asked if he could interview me bc he saw Ozzy signing my guitar. He said it would be part of the "Behind The Scenes" video. He set up his camera and and asked me a few questions. We left the VIP party (which was the only thing not too cool about the whole deal... kind of cheap...2 free drink tickets and chips and chip dip...WOW! It should have been called the viPG party) But who cares?! I met Ozzy!! Anyway, so we went down to the floor (front row...dead center) and watched Slash and his band play. AWESOME!!!! Myles (singer) has some pipes! and of course Slash was just amazing. I caught one of his drummer's drumstick when he threw it in the audience. THEN...when Ozzy played. He pointed at me and threw me a towel he was using on stage (he kept dunking his head in a bucket of water) Be prepared to get soaked! Ozzy will spray with foam with a huge hose. We took a trash bag bc we heard he was going to do it. It worked pretty good. Anyways so...I got to meet Ozzy, I got one of my guitars signed, I caught a drumstick from Slash's drummer, AND Ozzy threw me his towel!! So ya...I had a great time!! Ozzy can still rock a big show!!

For anybody who hasn't seen OzzY, this concert is a must. Make sure you are there for the opening sequence where he plays a crazy video that shows him as a character in several current pop culture sequences like Twilight, The HangOver, Jersey Shores, etc. Very funny. He is crazy, especially for 62 but is really high energy and the show itself is great. Can't go wrong with all his classics and our experience is the crowd is there to rip loose, so it's a ton of fun. Slash was the opening act (he can hold his own on a whole show) and so the two tie together perfectly with all the great metal. We took an 18 & 20 year old who had a blast.

Slash kicked things off with his solo band and that was a GREAT performance. Ozzy came out and started things off with Bark at the Moon. His new guitarist Gus G had a flawless performance that night proving why he is Ozzy's new guitarist. Ozzy will still get you into each and every song making you go CRAZY!!! His whole set consisted of 1 new song a couple Black Sabbath songs and lots of great Ozzy songs. I loved each and every song it was just an amazing setlist. I seen him once before and this performance beat the previous one by far! I will go see Ozzy again no doubt about it. If you havent seen Ozzy perform yet GO SEE HIM NOW!!!

I must admit i was a bit disappointed to find out Slash had been dropped from the bill without so much as a warning. The show was very good in spite of that. I have seen numerous shows and must say this ranks in the top 5 of them. It is grouped in the company of Aerosmith, Kiss, and Social Distortion to name a few of them. I gotta give credit where credit is due. Ozzy is so much better solo then on any Ozzfest bill you can put together. Solo cuts out the fat and inexperience that is on the stage prior to his show. From the opening song of Bark at the Moon to the ending and last encore song of Paranoid i don't think myself or any other fan was disappointed, bored or felt cheated out of the price of admission.

The concert was suppose to open with Slash at 7:30 pm. However, we heard rumors that Slash was late and going to play as Ozzy's Guitarist, and that did not happen. Ozzy came on at 8:30 and apologized for Slash being a NO SHOW. The performance Ozzy put on was fantastic, more than I could have hoped for. For being 62 He hit all the notes, rocked all songs, and just exceeded my expectations. Due to Slash flaking he had to open the show cold, and to some really pissed of people, he won us all over! We love you Ozzy , you are the King of Metal! Ozzy added a couple more songs to make p for Slash not being there , which was again OZSOME. The Reno Event Center, could have handled the absense of the opening act better, by informing us. Rather than our relying on "rumors" for an hour. I will never go to a show that features or has Slash in it , he is a loser.

OZZY at his best, SOLO! Classic Ozzy back on stage once again. It was AWESOME to see the Ozz man doing his solo music instead of another Black Sabbath tour. Wish he covered more of his catalog, but with so many great songs, how do you pick and play em all? Ozzy took hold of the crowd from the moment he stepped on the stage, until he left, leaving us all wanting more! I hope he comes back this summer! High energy, great sound, no rest for the wicked indeed! ---------- Slash w/ Myles Kennedy was AWESOME! Slash tore it up and Myles sounded better than Axl (Today Axl, not 90's Axl) A great high energy show all around..Well worth the price of admission!

His stage show isn t what it used to be, and he moves a bit slower these days, although Ozzy may be creaky, his backup band was not. The response of the crowd was deafening and he seemed to feed off the energy, using a foam dispensing "gun" and dousing the crowd generously as he ripped through the setlist. Pyrotechnics and explosions filled the air along with a fun opening of Ozzy transposed into some of the hipper shows and movies of today.

I went with the impression of seeing Slash play with Ozzy. While I was disappointed this did not happen, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Ozzy's Lead Guitar player. The sound was quality poor at best. If I did my job as poorly as the sound engineer I would be terminated. This guy should go back to school if he can't do any better then that. The location of my seat prohibited my view of the video screen which would not have been a problem if the large screen in the center of the building was used, however I am sure there was a good reason for that such as the light from that screen might have distracted from the desired affect. In any event I should have been notified the seats had an obstructed view. Bottom line I had a good time. Ozzy is still awesome. I hall was awful. I would appreciate some compensation for the seating arrangement.

Great show! I saw Ozzy back in the 80s at Pine Knob. This was a better show because of the crowd interaction. This was my son's second concert and he was blown away. There are many things in life you only get to experience once, for my son, I hope seeing Ozzy live isn't one of them. I hope Ozzy continues to tour and make music for many years to come. When you get to see someone like Ozzy who was born with a gift and share in it with them, it is truly unremarkable. So here is to you Ozzy; for all of the past memories and the future yet to come, "Scream like you want it!"

I have seen Ozzy many times throughout the years and each time he never disappoints. He was incredible Feb 16 and the crowd proved it! The audience never stopped screaming! Even when in the lobby exiting the show...the crowd still chanting Ozzy...Ozzy!!! Everyone was mesmerized with his performance! He looked and sounded excellant! The show moved with out any lulls, just a super show! Everyone was fixed on the show so intently. Slash was great also and he shows that he does have a life without Axel Rose. But the Guns n Roses songs were some of his best! Luv how he uses the Gibson guitars all the time! He really makes that label of guitars look good. I know they must be proud of him. Luved the beer in the cool Ozzy cups! Every band should do that!

HUBBYSREVIEW
Considering That This Was My First OZZY show, The Worst Of shows Would've Been phenomenal For Me. Slash n the band was ok, but Ozzy was the ONLY reason I was there. The Music Was too Distorted During the Slash Set to Thoroughly enjoy. OZZY on the other hand...... Lived up to EVERY Expectation And the Name that a LEGEND Earns. He was Super from start to finish. Very interactive with the crowd. Lightshow was Amazing as were the Pyrotechnics. All Songs Performed Were Exactly What ANY True Fan Wants to Hear. My Favorite Song Performed Was WAR PIGS. Gus G's Solo Was Phenomenal, He's soo Talented. If I never get the chance to see Ozzy again... I can Truly be Satisfied With the One show I did Get To See. He is My Hero, A man Made from nothing. That's What I like about him More than His music. I LOVE YOU OZZY. MY BEST WISHES TO YOU, SHARON, AND THE KIDS.

I was lucky enough to be able to get tickets for this concert, and it was one of the best experiences of my life! Though I wasn't very close to the stage, he still managed to give me my moneys worth, HIGHLY recommended and a must for all fans!

Slash opened up and was just incredible! They played quite a few GNR songs as well as Velvet Revolver and Slash's solo stuff. What a great way to start the night! Slash as always is just amazing. Ozzy - well he's the prince of darkness so you know all his shows are awesome! Yes, he's old, and yes his vocals aren't the same, but dude, it's Ozzy for crying out loud. He has always been awesome and always will be. The show was great. His new musicians in his band are incredible. Being a huge Zakk Wylde fan, I of course was interested to see what kind of lead guitarist he was going to have, but Ozzy certainly wouldn't have hack musicians playing for him that's for sure! His guitarist, Dusty, was incredible. Drummer was great too. It's probably the 15th time or so that I've see Ozzy and I've never been disappointed. He's just the best, no matter how much he moves around on stage or how good his vocals are. He's Ozzy. Enough said.

The cover bands, Like A Storm and Ten Years got the crowd rocking and ready to enjoy Ozzy Osbourne. Ozzy put on one hell of a great show with his very talented band. I was very impressed with the organization of this huge event from the event staff to all of the facilities. What a great place to enjoy such a great rock show.

Ozzy was good. He sounded good which was a pleasant surprise. His band was amazing. Zakk I thought was a bit overrated going into the show, but WOW he really carried the night and quickly made me realize he is as real as it gets. All the interviews I read with him came true as you can tell the passion and fire he puts into his craft. Also, they allowed 2 opening acts which is at least ONE too many. That means Ozzy only played like 80 minutes which is ridiculous IMO. For an $83 ticket I expect AT LEAST 2 HOURS from the iconic headliner. My biggest complaint is the VENUE SUCKED IMO. Too big and spread out. Even the chair seating was like 2 football fields away from the stage. It was a flat field with seats that were soo tight together there is no way you could sit shoulder to shoulder with the people next to you. No slant or bowl carved into the ground just flat. The seating chart on ticket master makes it look as though it is an amphitheater As such the site lines were horrible, the sound was not that good. They didn't serve any mixed drinks, only cans of beer and cans of margarita, red apple ale etc.. So overall I gave the show a 3. 5 for the band and the venue a 1 or less.
