I enjoyed the actual concert HOWEVER the VIP was rushed and WE STILL have not received our PAID VIP pictures with the band!!! Concert was on 9/10/17 now 10 days later we still have NOTHING... bad business for people like us that who pay large amounts of money at several VIP s to not receive what we paid for...! We should've been able to take our own photos with our cell phones, I've been to tons of meet and greets and never have I been told not to use our personal cameras!!! P.S still love the band ...

We had great seats, great weather. Johnny was a true performer. Loved the venue. Very intimate, we were able to see and hear everything. Surprised by how small the crowd was. They played all there hits which were a blast to sing and dance along with.

Goo Goo Dolls rocked the outside venue at Horseshoe Casino last night! They played almost all of their hit songs and they really interacted with the audience.

IT was so HUMID and DISGUSTING! But the concert was amazing and made you forget about all of that! Johnny Rocked and was wearing an awesome G-Star t-shirt *throwback to Transformers* WOOP! But it was absolutely amazing! I cannot wait to see them next year, hopefully at verizon this time!

Best venue and concert I've ever been too!! They sound better live than in studio. If you enjoy there music than def. go see one of there shows, you won't be disappointed!!

What was not perfect about this concert? The music was fantastic. They did an amazing job of engaging with the crowds and played the best songs. There wasn't anyone who wasn't singing along with them. It was a wonderful concert. Everyone should go to their concerts! You won't be disappointed. They rocked!

Aside from a couple problems with Johnny's guitar, great show! And even so, the band played on and adjusted! Great show, lots of the hits and classics.

Always love these intimate unplugged performances that the guys play-you get to see how super talented they are without all the bells and whistles.

The band sounded great, but our view was totally obstructed by the "contest winners" who stood at the front of the stage. It completely ruined our night.

The bands were excellent. The venue perfect. The millenials were drunk annoying selfish selfie obsessive concert-goers.

My third time seeing Goo Goo Dolls in concert has been my most memorable show experience thus far. I saw them last year after waiting thirteen years from my first initial gig in 2002 at some fancy venue in Tampa, Florida. Last night the boys played the Hard Rock Live in Orlando along with openers Collective Soul and Tribe Society. So without further ado, let s get right into this review. Fellow Yanks Tribe Society were really quite interesting, in my opinion. I liked the fact they announced they were from New York, my home state! Also, their flutist really woke up the audience by jumping all around the stage as he played the flute flawlessly; they even said he could be that energetic all because the instrument was hooked up to a wireless amplifier. The group played some new tracks off their upcoming album debuting early next year, as well as putting their own spin on a classic Smashing Pumpkins track 1979 with synths and a flute; it was perfect. I thought they were a pretty good first act. Next, we have Collective Soul where lead vocalist Ed Roland twirled his mic stand as if it were a baton. The band churned out their biggest hits: December , Where The River Flows and even did a sweet rendition of Amazing Grace before diving into Shine . Roland added a sweet tidbit about how even though they re from Atlanta, Georgia, Orlando was the city that gave birth to Collective Soul. I also really enjoyed seeing these guys after hearing their songs on the radio for so long during my childhood. Finally we have Goo Goo Dolls gracing the stage with their amazing music, awesome stage set and energetic performers revving up their die hard fans. Before we begin, I want to give a quick shout out to Absolute Goo who allowed me to have a media pass to shoot the band with my camera. Seeing these guys up close was such an an amazing experience unlike anything I ve ever had. These guys were part of my childhood as well since I was 10 years old in 1995, so to finally be apart of the show is something I ll never forget. As with the other aforementioned bands, the band s bassist Robby Tackac did his own rendition of I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man from former New Kids On The Block member Jordan Knight. I thought it was hilarious they d do their own rock and roll cover of this track originally penned by a big time pop star. From one 1980 s artist to another! Of course they d play their own original tracks such as, Over and Over , The Pin , So Alive from current album Boxes . They also performed other tracks from their previous record Magnetic : Rebel Beat , Bringing On The Light and Come To Me . Even though all these newer songs were on the set-list, the Goos also sang Already There from Superstar Car Wash , as well as their biggest hits from Dizzy Up The Girl and A Boy Named Goo . The latter album, as guitarist and lead vocalist John Rzeznik said, turned 21 years old just before he got into deep into their initial hit Name . Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Boxes Tour 2016 and if you re able to go then don t miss an opportunity to attend. Such an amazing night. Dinner at the cafe and incredible music all night

I have been a fan for many years. I was excited to see them! The set was shorter than I expected. The main problem for me were the JERKS in front of me. You go to a concert to listen to the artist play the songs you love and hear new material. You go to hear people (mainly drunk) carrying on conversations (while the artist is performing) and obstructing your view doing stupid stuff! I enjoyed myself, but the so called "fans" in front of me put a damper on an other wise fun evening. Though, something is missing from the band. Bands evolve that's a given. What the Goos are changing into is hurting the brand. Everything after Dizzy has been OK or complete garbage. I think Collective Soul's set should have been at least 20 minutes longer and the Goos encore should have included more than one song. I am a fan for life. The nononsense going on behind the scenes (firing Mike) and the lack of creativity with the music will not deminish my loyalty. However, that doesn't mean I will not speak my mind or the truth.

Another stellar performance by the Goo Goo Dolls. These guys just get better and better! Great show, great venue, and the icing on the cake was meeting Johnny and Robby! Can't wait for the next show! Love you guys!

The show was very energetic from start to finish . They had a great light show and the sound was amazing ! John voice is one of the best in the business and the Goo Goo Dolls seemed they were having a blast preforming !!!

Had a great time at Festival Pier! We were near a great group of people and we had a lot of fun dancing together and singing Goo-Goo Dolls and Collective Soul songs!

Collective Soul was first and they were awesome. I rocked out with fries in hand. Then Goo Goo Dolls played some new and some old and some from the base player no one had ever heard... but all I'm all it was super amazing. The songs brought back so many memories!

The lighting, the interaction, their vocals, and energy never disappoint at a show! With every tour they just perfect themselves. I've been to a lot of shows and this was one of my favorites.

Tribe Society and Collective Soul were really good. Good Goo Dolls did not disappoint!! This is the third time I have seen them and they always put on a great show! Great music and fan involvement make for anow unforgettable event!

What's not to love about the Goo Goo Dolls?! They put on an amazing show that includes their hits, some older tunes and they mix in some of their fabulous new songs. It's a night filled with energy and fantastic music! I love the endless energy and facial expressions from Robbie (bass). I love when Johnny(lead singer) and Robbie talk with the crowd and banter. Definitely an unforgettable night!!! This venue was clean and had great sound. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

i saw them in july 2016 in chicago, and now i am going to see them in november 2016 at the Genesee theather. loved the show in chicago, center stage, 6 rows back, took some great pictures. this time we will be in the pit, 3 rows back, its a meet and greet, which should be great. i have followed the Goo Goo dolls for better then 20 years, and as long as they keep playing, i will keep following them. they sound as great live, as they do on there cd's, actually better in my opinion. go see them, you won't be disappointed.

Goo Goo Dolls played for 2 hours....old stuff newer stuff and brand new stuff. Best show ever! Collective Soul was dead on. These guys can still rock!! Tribe Society are a new band out of NYC and have great potential!

I have seen Goo Goo Dolls before and this concert was ten times better than the other. I listen to them on a regular basis and love them!

The night was beautiful and the concert was excellent!!! We missed the majority of Tribe Society because we were in route to a meet and greet with the Goo Goo Dolls but from what I did hear they did a great job. I wish I had taken my hat off during the photo part because I noticed later without it that Robby and I look a lot alike......almost like brothers. We got back in time to see almost all of Collective Soul's performance and it was spot on!!! The Goo Goo Dolls took the stage about 9:15 or so and the sun had just gone down. The sound was great for all the bands and the lights as well. We haven't experienced very many good outdoor concerts but this was definitely a keeper!!!

The music of all three bands was amazing with a perfect night for an outside concert. No mosquitos in Minnesota is a bit of miracle. Getting in and out the venue was easy as well. The goo goo dolls did not disappoint with the hits and newer music that will have me buying another album of theirs.

The outdoor venue was great. The Goo Goo Dolls are fantastic live- Much better than I expected!! I am looking forward to watching them perform again. Collective soul was also excellent live.

This was my first time at Northerly Island AND my first Goo Goo Dolls concert. I certainly couldn't have asked for a better combination for a summer show. The Goo Goo's show was tight and fluid and kept me entertained and focused the entire time. The pavilion is a stunning venue and I am ticked that I haven't seen a show there before. There isn't a bad seat in the house, and the sound was far superior to the larger outdoor pavilion we are all familiar with over in Tinley Park. If you get a chance to see a show here, do it. If you like the Goo Goo Dolls and are wondering whether or not to see them (again) do it! A great night all around!

Tribe Socity was the 1st act...they were really good! The sound mix for Collective Soul was not the best...but I still loved the show! Goo Goo Dolls were great!

We have seen the Goo Goo Dolls in the past up in Mammoth as the Headline band at the wine festival. They are timeless and absolutely awesome! Again they put on an amazing show I would recommend this to everyone ! We have seen Collective Soul at the Ventura Theater and they're still rockin. A good performance and excellent warm up before the Goo Goo Dolls. Add the Greek Theater & our picnic made for a fabulous night!

Loved seeing the Goo Goo Dolls for the first time! They put on a great show. Collective Soul was awesome as usual but I wish they would have played more songs. Enjoyed listening to a new group, Tribe Society! Venue was beautiful! A wonderful experience being surrounded by the foothills and trees while listening to amazing music!

Took the wife and daughters to see the Goo Goo Dolls and Collective Soul, both were awesome! Never heard of Collective Soul before I bought the tickets, not sure how. Anyway they are one helluva live band.

Excellent show from start to finish. Was pleasantly surprised by Plain White T's. Daughtry was outstanding and got the crowd on their feet throughout. Goo Goo Dolls were a nice finish with great music and dialogue.

Daughtry and the Goo Goo Dolls never disappoint! Daughtry gave us some of his new music while making sure that he hit all of the songs that made us fall in love with him. Johnny R. surprised everyone with a new short hair cut which looked great and even made fun of himself about it!

Got an opportunity to see Plain White T's; Daughtry and The Goo Goo Dolls on Sunday. The Plain White T's gave an impressive performance. I never saw them before and they rocked the crowd. Now...what can I say about Daughtry? He exploded onto the stage and belted out his best hits, as well as his new songs. The crowd was on a high from his fine performance. The Goo Goo Dolls bounced onto the stage with powerful renditions of their best hits. We laughed, cried and bonded as any group does with great music. All three bands did a fabulous job! Thanks for bringing them to Chicago!

Amazing Goo Goo Dolls as always. They always give 100%. The entire show was magical from start to finish. Lots of jokes from John between songs, they played a good mix of old and new songs. If you've never seen them live, you are sure missing out!!!!

This is my 2nd time to see them in same venue.... with a different seating location, on different tour :D ... i thought the 1st one was great but i think they even topped that with this tour! It was a non stop, high energy level performance and they sang all their hits. It was totally worth it! I will watch them again for a 3rd! ;)

A mix of old and new played with an energy as if they were performing for the first time. Robby's boundless antics keep the show going, Johnny's voice is always right on and interaction with the audience makes the experience personal. Anyone young or older should see GGD at least once in their lifetime!!

I've seen this band 5 times and have never been disappointed. They always put in 110%. Awesome show.

Phillip Phillips great tunes, emotional delivery, musicians rockin', energized concert, opening for Goo Goo Dolls

This was a wonderful concert, as we equally enjoyed the opening act and then The Goo Goo Dolls. We sat right center in Section 2 about 12 rows from the stage. Sound mix was tight and tuneful, both bands appeared to have a great time performing and where not "dial in" performances. The light show was wonderful ! Johnny and Robby from the Goo Goo's sounded great vocally, not enhanced with loads of pitch correction. The band was extremely "tight" ! My 13 year old daughter cried tears of joy when a stage hand handed us the keyboard players song set list after the show. A highlight was Johnny signing and handing a guitar to a girl in the front row whom had been to over 100 shows !! All in all a wonderful show, really nice fans we met before and after the show. P.S. I met the guitar player from Philip Phillips band in the consession area after their set, and he was humble and took some pictures with me !!

This was my 29th time seeing the Goo Goo Dolls, going back to 1993. I could tell almost right away that something was wrong. Johnny Rzeznik sounded more raspy as normal and I definitely knew something was wrong when Robby sang the second half of "Name" and then proceeded to sing the next 4 songs. The set ended up getting cut short and their was no encore. I know I am in the minority here when I say that I wouldn't have been mad had they preformed Robby songs the rest of the show (and the next night in Portland, ME which was cancelled), but I still had a good time (and in Maine the following night). Hoping Johnny Rzeznik gets well soon.

What a great back drop to a beautiful evening. As the ships past behind the venue, Jonny Rzeznik took note. Playing a history lesson of Old and New, asking Viewer to hold off using the Bathroom, while he played a new song. The music and lights filled to 5000 seat pavilion, and the crowd sang along. What a great rockin' concert! Plus, I found romance with a woman my age (55!). Adolescence re-visited! Go and see them if you get the chance!!!!

The whole show was quite excellent! Sound was good and I could easily hear the lyrics from our seats. The lead singer sounds just like he does on his albums and is still sounding good after years of touring. Phillip Phillips sounds great too! Too bad more people didn't care as much to sit down and listen.

It was a very fast show one hour and 30 minutes to the second. Johnny didn't take any breaks 23 Songs one right after another but the music was fantastic and the singing was even better

Phillip Phillips was amazing. He took the stage right on time, his voice sounded great. He almost made us forget it was 112. But the stage was ready pretty quickly for the Goo Goo Dolls and they didn't come out for a long time. More and more people were crowding around waiting and the slight breeze stopped. We couldn't deal with it. Had to retreat to the back and get ice water and stand near a fan away from people.

I bought 3 seats for my friends and i, all of them were great. The band sounded amazing and for an outdoor venue, this was very nice. Great crowd, very receptive. We had a blast hearing old and new music. This was the first time I traveled to see the GooGooDolls and would definitely recommend seeing them at this or any venue.

The GooGoo Dolls sure know how to put on a show. They sang all of my favorite songs, a couple new songs, and some classic songs. The whole show was a hit!!

Awesome !!! What a great show. Even thought is was outdoors in Vegas in July ....It was great. Goo Goo Dolls just flat out rock. Ive seen them 3-4 times and I would recommend anyone to catch this show.

This band is and has always been so much film to listen to. Being there live is a massive bonus in my book because each of their songs are amazing. If you have not seen them live, time to book yourself a ticket to see them, I promise you won't be sorry!

I have been fortunate enough to catch a Goo Goo Dolls show three to times now.One thing is certain, they never disappoint!!

They were entertaining, interactive with the audience and played a good number of their best hits consecutively then an encore. I love them! Seeing them at the Tennessee Theatre was the best venue! Wonderful acoustics, very intimate and beautiful!!

The Goo Goo Dolls and Safety Suit were amazing together in concert! It's the second time I've seen the ago Goo Dolls at the tovoli and they are just amazing. I hope they will continue to hold concerts at the tivoli.

The Genesee Theather is the Best place to see my number one. band. GooGoo dolls played Old and New Music. A great mix.

So, So much fun. One of the best bands live. Johnny and Robbie are seriously some of my favorite musicians ever. Will go to see them again and again. Venue is nice, but seats are pretty close together. Luckily you really don't sit for very long anyway. It was a little frustrating that so many people were trying to get up where they hadn't paid to be. They need a better way to keep them back because the security had their hands full.

One of the best nights I have had in a very long time. Good Dolls were awesome as always. Nice mix of old and new. The guys look and sound great. Daughtry and Plain White T's were great too. I paid the extra for good seats and was so glad that I did. Wish I could have been in the 1st row! John crouched behind a fan so they could take a picture together during a Robbie song and even made sure they had it before moving on, and Daughtry used a fans phone to take a selfie. SO much fun. Hope they come back real soon.

I was really looking forward to this concert but was so disappointed in the sound quality, I left early. You could not understand any of the lyrics. The audio was good during Plain White Ts then went downhill from there.

This venue was outrageous but now as outrageous as the concert line up! Even the sweltering heat and humidity didn't spoil the concert. The sound system did not disappoint the best I've heard for an outside venue. The Plain White "T"'s harmony was unmatched, Daughtry well what can I say the man can carry a note and had so much energy, The Goo Goo Dolls were like fine wine their music is rock classic and just gets better. Our seats were close and center, but we didn't get blown out by the speakers, the crowd had fun and it was just one of the best venues to date!!

Amazing & unforgettable! Cant wait for the next concert we choose to attend. If there was ine thing I would change it would be the prices charged for beverages, they were very high.

What a great experience. We had a table for six and brought our three teenage girls, a 70 year old grandmother and the two of us. Not many groups and/or venues are timeless enough for this group. The youngest who is 12 up to the oldest who is 70 had such an amazing time and absolutely loved the music. All three performances were great and the Goo Goo Dolls definitely rocked it out and played for a long time. One of the best concerts I have been to.

Over all all 3 bands were good. Only one thing was Daughtry's sound. You could tell he was having issues. Not that he himself was have an issue but clearly the sound board was not spot on. Plain White T's opened and wished they would played longer. Goo Goo Dolls were great. Our 4th time to see them live.

Daughtry was impressive and I really enjoyed his set...he was great with crowd interaction and had unlimited amounts of energy...SO FUN to watch. He was a great opening act, but my heart, and the awesomeness of the night belong to The Goo Goo Dolls who rocked the stage and intermingled old hits with the new, giving the crowd (and myself) everything we hoped and expected they would. Johnny's voice was amazing, his look and vibe ever-so cool while also being silly and very down-to-earth between songs, Robby's energy was absolutely infectious, and the night was just plain unforgettable. It was hands down the best concert my husband and I have been to in the last few years.

Hot! Great show! Loved the meet and greet with Goo Goo Dolls Staff at venue is clueless about things but other than that great show.

The line up of this event was great...Plain White Ts, Daughtry, then the Goo Goo Dolls. Energy was high and the music was awesome.

I have seen the Goo's about 4 or 5 times in the last year and they are incredible as always. Robby has always had such energy. The only one small item I would recommend - where I am so happy they play SO MANY venues and concerts - I really think they need to cut back and have some time for rest in between. They play just about every night in a different city and even if they were 30 - that is hard to do. One thing they have to get tired of the same music (so, so much) and I think their energy level would be much higher. It is only natural that a break in between is needed. Need to play more of Magnetic - many of us wanted to hear more of those songs..

Didn't get to see The Plain White T's, which is no biggie because I don't really like them. Chris Daughtry however was really good, and he was funny! He and the band seemed like they really wanted to be there. The Goo Goo Dolls however acted like they could care less. Johnny Rzeznik has become this foul mouthed, hippy. He looked like he'd rather just let his bass player take over, which he did for 4 songs. As a whole, the Goo Goo Dolls have lost their edge, and need to retire. And I wasted my money on this awful show. A mistake that won't be repeated.

St. Augustine Amphitheatre is a great place to see a concert. The Plain White T's played about a 30 minutes set. I wished they played longer, because they are my favorite band. Anyway, they were amazing as always. Then, Daughtry started playing their set and were so great. Finally, The Goo Goo Dolls rocked and I was super excited to see them. They're amazing!! I had a blast at the show and even got to meet The Plain White T's! Yay! Thank you again, Tom, Tim, Dave, De'Mar, Mike, and Jack 103.7.

I was primarily there to see Daughtry although the plain white t's and goo goo dolls were good too. Was a lil upset with the people that had ON stage passes for Daughtry and didn't really dance with him. I didn't sit down the whole time and would have totally made the most of my experience being ON stage with him. But I still love Daughtry!

Great night of music. Plain White Ts seemed to have the best overall sound. Daughtry really played to the crowd. Goo Goo Dolls played one hit after another from their extensive library. At times the vocals were over powered by the music for both Daughtry and Goo Goo Dolls. Pretty hot in the theater until the sun went down but it is Florida. Good view of the stage from anywhere. Easy access to food, beverage and bathrooms.

We are regular concert goers! Love the St Augustine Ampitheater venue and absolutely loved the Goo Goo Dolls and Daughtry concert! Have seen the Dolls several times and they NEVER disappoint. Always looking for chances to see them in Florida!!!

Just like walking straight into the 90's! So glad we went, absolutely amazing performance. Opening band was very good too but we only caught their last two songs.

Dolls were awesome as usual. Johhny Rzeznik keeps getting better with time. The small theater was a great place to see a show. If was generally a pretty epic time.

Saw the Goo Goo Dolls on a gorgeous night in Western New York. Darien Lake isn't my first choice of venues, but if you get seats close it's worth it. Missed Matt Nathanson, but was told by those around us that he was great. I'll have to see him another time. The Goos were great! The energy they put out was given back to them ten-fold by the audience. They played a diverse set, even pulling out "Cuz You're Gone" from the Vault. I sang along with every song & just wanted more. The set did seem a bit short. They only played an hour & a half. Could have easily gone 2+. Maybe next time they will.

Awesome show...I just wish Matchbox Twenty's set was longer! Great having the Goo Goo Dolls open. I didn't want it to end!

Due to a disability, we were only able to make the Matchbox Twenty portion of the concert. This experience with Matchbox Twenty was just as fabulous as the first one. Rob Thomas and the band were energetic, crowd friendly, and just all around wonderful. There are not enough words to describe the great show they put on. I am just sorry that we were unable to see the other acts. I am sure they were just as fabulous as MB20.

This was by far one of the best concerts I've ever been to!!! The performances were great but the venue was amazing also. Everyone that worked there were nice and helpful. The concession wasn't ridiculous either. I look forward to attending more events at this location in the future.

Great Show... Kate Earl has a great voice... Kinda Cute Too... The Goo Goo's were in good form... Matchbox 20 put on a Fantastic Show... The setlist was awesome... Glad to see them back touring after a long time not being on the road... Please don't wait so long to tour again... It was the Best Rock Show I have seen in a long time...
