Best performance yet. It was my 5th concert so it has a lot to measure up to. Although I signed up for meet and greet and there was a lot of difficulty to get ahold of his team when they failed to send me an instructional email. & there was lots and lots and lots of waiting for everything. Over all his opener was difficult to understand but he was very talented. Ben pulled off the best show ever. He always found ways to have us dance or be surprised. Although he hardly interacted with the crowd he made sure everybody was facing and jumping and having a good time.

This show was hands down the best concert I have ever been. He interacts with the crowd and is funny and makes is so enjoyable. I have listened to his stuff the last 6 or so years and getting to see him live was so much better. My fiancé and I will never forget this show!

I loved watching Ben Rector live! I am a huge fan of his music. The only thing that really bothered me about this was that all the girls around me were very disrespectful and were talking the whole time. I was there to hear Ben Rector sing and not to hear girls chatting about random things. Despite that, this concert was incredible! I am so glad I got to go and meet Ben Rector and also Graham Colton!

Ben Rector was so great on Saturday! I saw him for the first time 6 months ago in Lawrence, KS, and fell in love with his music. He sounds even better live than he does on his CD's, and he is an amazing performer! I did enjoy the Lawrence show slightly better because the crowd was a bit older--there were mostly 18 year olds and a few of their moms at the Beaumont Club. Still thoroughly enjoyed the show!

Ben put on a great show. He is very personable with the crowd and even came out, stood on a chair in the middle of everyone and directed us like a choir. Recommend seeing him any time you get a chance.

Amazing!!! Once Ben was on the stage, it didn't even matter that we had been standing there for an hour to get a good spot. He truly is better live than through iPod speakers, it just can't capture his tone as well! His opener, Graham Colton, was amazing as well. It was a good person to be opening for him since they had similar styles of music. My only complaint was the audience, who seemed to talk the whole time when all I wanted to do was listen. You have to see Ben Rector live to actually hear Ben Rector.

Ben Rector put on an unforgettable and phenomenal show! If you ever get the chance to see Ben live, you're SO fortunate. He's a true musician and a great entertainer. If you don't go, it would be a shame. One of, if not the best live performer I've ever seen!

To be honest, I had no idea who Ben Rector was until the show. I only got tickets to see Graham Colton who opened before Ben. Graham, by the way, was fantastic! Amazing acoustic set. When it came to Ben, two songs in and I was sold. He has an amazing voice and so much energy and enthusiasm. It was just, a really overall GREAT show.

Ben Rector and Steve Moakler really know how to entertain a crowd. The show was a great mix of their record's hits, new songs, and clever creative flairs to their songs. The musical quality of Ben, Steve and the rest of the band, is outstanding. I would recommend this show to anyone, whether you've heard of these artists or not.

Ben Rector at the Chicago Theater was an amazing show! It was my first time at the venue, and it was a beautiful place. I'd love to see more shows there. Ben Rector's band was awesome. They played some new songs and a lot of his older ones and they all were great. Awesome show all around, with a bit of humor from Ben as well.

Ben sounds so amazing live! His band was terrific. One member was from Chicago and sang so well. Ben had such funny lines during his set that could only be delivered like a true comedian. The crowd was mild, well-mannered, and danced the whole time. I was so glad I went and can't wait to see him again!

I recently saw Ben Rector in Knoxville, Tennessee on "The Biggest Tour I Have Done So Far" tour and it was probably one of the best concerts that I have been to. I am almost positive it was my favorite Ben Rector concert that I have been to so far, which has been about 5 of them! He did almost all of my favorite songs, and it seemed to me like he was able to do most of his more popular songs! This night was amazing!

Favorite artist by far in concert and cd(is that what the kid's still call it). Ended up getting a last minute ticket so only singles were left. Would definitely recommend seeing Ben and going solo to concerts. No distractions and you can dance like no one is watching. (cue Ben Rector Brand New song)

This was my third time to see Ben, and I swear that he gets better every time! I can guarantee that you will have a blast if you see him, and he makes sure that you never stop smiling!! I had the opportunity to participate in the VIP experience for this show, and it was the best. Ben came out, let us ask him 8-10 questions, and then performed two songs acoustically!! He is such a humble guy, and he even brought us all chocolate chip cookies!! This night was by far the best one I have had in a while, and I only have Ben to thank for that! Go see him if you can!!!!

Probably the best show I've seen in awhile. Ben Rector is an excellent performer and knows how to make a crowd come to it's feet. I took my family to the meet and greet, TOTALLY worth what we paid to see him and get to have our picture taking with him. Ben is a down to earth guy that loves what he does. If you get the chance to meet him you will not be disappointed.

My friend and I had some pretty good seats but before Ben came in we got upgraded for free to the pit! It was so awesome and we got the full experience! Ben involves his audience and always asks Ralph to turn the lights on to see us. Ben is humble and purely loves what he does!

The opening act was so great and crowd interactive, making them not your typical opening act. Then, Ben Rector came on stage and blew the night out of the water!!! His song choices were amazing and the mashups with popular songs (I.e. I wanna dance with somebody and the cha cha slide) was something that was unforgettable! His voice was amazing, as usual, and he made the 5 hour drive to the concert more than worth it! I would jump at the chance to go to his concert halfway around the world!

When I pay for a 3 hour show from Ben Rector, I don't appreciate someone I've never heard of (Jacob Whitesides?) playing for 45 mins, then a 30 minute break and Ben finally coming out and only playing for an hour.

Ben Rector is amazing live! I've seen him live multiple times, and he always switches up his set-list. Even if you don't know any of his music, he incorporates popular songs to appeal to everyone. Definitely one of the best shows I've been to this year! One of my favorite artists for sure.

I've been to at least 30 concerts over the past 8 years, and this was by far the best one I have seen. Ben surpassed every expectation I had. His stage presence is great, he has a sarcastic sense of humor that comes across amazingly, and he is so genuinely appreciative of where he's come from and the people that have gotten him there. I would recommend seeing Ben to absolutely anyone - even if they've never heard his music. It was that good!

I have seen Ben Rector preform twice now, and each time I have been to his shows, I am never disappointed! Ben and his band do such a great job. The opening act, Gavin James, is now a new favorite of mine. This particular show was one of the greatest times I have ever had. Not going to forget this show for a very long time!

The concert was great, the wait in line was not bad at all, easy flow once things got going, open floor in front of stage makes you feel like you're right in front (which you basically are), sound system is awesome, tons of people but it doesn't feel overcrowded. Judah & The Lion were genuine guys and super talented. Really brought up the excitement level and got the crowd involved. Ben Rector made it feel like you were just hanging out with him while he happened to be playing music and everyone knew the words. Overall great experience.

I saw Ben Rector's 'The Walking In Between' Tour in Dallas, TX this past week. Bottom line, Ben Rector always has and always will put on an outstanding concert. Pros: -Fantastic acoustics in The Southside Ballroom -Tons of energy from the band -Ben was absolutely on his game -He's got a sense of humor -Attractive. All of them. ... I could go on Having seen Ben Rector before, in Oxford, MS with a crowd of probably 30 tops, it was the complete opposite of what I was expecting. The Dallas venue attracted about 2000+ people. Safe to say it was a little bit of a tighter squeeze (standing room only). So here's my list of cons: -Too many people -Less personal -Too many people -Too many people If it was your first time seeing Ben, I'm positive you would have gotten your mind blown... But having something to compare it to (the previous concert in Oxford), I was slightly (I don't want to say disappointed but...) disappointed. I'll never forget the rush and intimacy of the Oxford, MS, concert.

I will go to Ben Rector's show each and every time he is in town! The band & opener was fabulous too! He adds humor and really connects with the audience. You feel like you are hanging out at a friends house listening to great music. His music is a breath of fresh air among so much canned music out there. His music is fun and positive. All of his CD's are worth purchasing! The world needs more like him. I hope he keeps it real for many years to come!

I came across Ben Rector on The Rock Boat and Tyrone Wells at a show with Brendan James. I saw Ben earlier this year when he played The Old Rock House, so when I knew he was coming back to St. Louis, I had to see him. Ben Rector & Tyrone Wells were amazing on 10/02/13 at The Pageant. Tyrone Wells started with a great set. He always does this great cover "mashup" of songs. In March, he did a Diva mashup of songs made famous by women. This time, he did a great Top 40 mashup of Royals by Lorde, Mirrors by Justin Timberlake, and Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. He's an amazing performer. He also took time to meet fans before Ben Rector's set and after the show. Ben Rector was amazing. He played a lot of his hits, as well as a lot of new songs. Sailboat was beautiful. I Like You, Beautiful, and Follow You were a great songs live. He did a great cover of Ain't No Mountain High Enough mixed with Daft Punk's Get Lucky. It was an interesting mix of an older song and current song. His band was amazing. He is a great piano player with such a great voice. He's inspiring without being preachy. He ended the show with a great cover of I Wanna Dance With Somebody by Whitney Houston.

Ben Rector is truly a very talented individual who genuinely loves what he does and that completely shows through his performance. He's interactive with fans and tries his best to make you a part of the show which adds to the quality of the show. His energy and enthusiasm could light up the stage all by itself. I'm so in love with his music that I traveled all the way from Pennsylvania to Boston in order to see him, which was the first chance I got because I was away at college the day before. I loved this show and I would most definitely go again. The reason I made it four stars was not because of his performance but because I thought the show could have used more security, especially since alcohol was being served.

As performers and entertainers they both did a fantastic job. I am considering driving to Chicago to see the rescheduled concert later in March. SO SO SO SO SO GREAT! Best concert I have ever seen. Ben is my favorite performer because he is always upbeat, chats with the audience, makes it very personal and he is just so humble and happy to be up there in front of his fans. I saw the show last year right when the album had come out, but this year he mixed in a few covers with the songs which made it really fun. I love him and his songwriting and love going to his shows! This was also the last show of the tour so it was great to see that he was just as excited as his first show!

Fun time with a packed theater. Ben was having a great time on stage and involved the audience whenever he could. He remembered singing in Mpls. 2 other times and he keeps getting bigger venues. This was my second time seeing Ben Rector, back in 2013 I saw him at the Varsity theater, and both performances were incredible. Despite being in balcony seating, the concert still felt intimate and personal. Ben and his band are absolutely hilarious and they kept up an amazing energy despite this being the last stop on a 2 year touring season. Always so impressed. I will definitely be seeing him every time he comes to the Twin Cities. Awesome show.

This was the fourth time I saw Ben Rector. Let me just say, every single time he gets better and better. His personality now shines through when he is on stage. He is one of the best artists I have seen at interacting with his audience. He had a good mix of old and new music, as well as a few surprises in there - Whitney Houston, the cha cha slide, as well as the Jackson 5's ABC. Overall - amazing vocals, great crowd interaction, HIGHLY recommend seeing him.

First time seeing Ben Rector. He was truly an amazing artist. Piano, guitar, cowbell! He is a true entertainer. (Plus the fact that he is absolutely hilarious.) I will be patiently waiting until he comes back so I can get tickets IMMEDIATELY. Ridiculously fun!

You don't get any better than Ben Rector. I have been listening to his music since 2012, seen him in concert 3 times and still jump at the chance to see him perform!!! He is great at engaging with the audience and plays a range of songs from a range of albums (including covers of other bands, this time was Bob Marley, Whitney Houston, and Jackson 5).

Ben added his quirky humor between songs, getting the entire audience to laugh. He also danced to the Cha Cha Slide, and even through in a reggae twist to one of his songs that was tastefully done. I can't wait to see him again!

Ben Rector was fantastic at the Chicago Theatre! He was funny and interactive with the audience. My daughter and I enjoyed the music selections because they spanned all of his albums. We hoped for more falsetto in a few songs, but since my daughter is a singer, too, she knows how hard that is on the vocal chords. We will definitely see him again if he comes to the Midwest again!

If you get a chance to go to this concert - GO! I went to the first show of the tour in Columbus and had an absolute blast. Ben Rector's voice is even better live, and you could tell the band was having so much fun. He sang a variety of songs, some from his old albums and some from the new one and everyone in the audience was singing along. It's hard to describe, but the way that he interacted with the audience made it so much more of a personal experience. You could tell he was genuinely having fun, not just 'doing another show'. I would go again if I could.

If you are even considering seeing him in concert, do it. It was the best concert I have ever been to, and I would go again in a heartbeat! Such an unforgettable night, especially getting to meet him at the VIP. Worth every penny!!!!

Ben has so much energy on stage and is still able to sing perfectly. I could listen to this guy sing live all day and totally recommend you don't miss him live. So musically talented and passionate and a great entertainer! He involves the audience quite a bit in some really fun and creative ways. The show was a great balance of slower intimate songs and upbeat fun songs and the setlist included songs from every album. I would see this show again in a heartbeat if I could! Don't miss it!

14/10 - Not the biggest fan of Ben's newest album. Went to the concert and now I can say the exact opposite. Ben never fails to impress. This concert was an experience that should not be missed! So much respect for these musicians.

Humble, talented, hilarious, and overall amazing! I couldn't recommend this concert to more people. I wish he toured in Southern California more often!! Ben Rector's voice sounds just as good in concert as he does on his albums. Talent beyond belief. Couldn't recommend Ben Rector in concert more.

Wow! Great energy and a fun venue. Gavin James had a beautiful voice to kick off the show. Ben Rector did not disappoint in front of a home crowd. He was genuine, fun and electric. Terrific show!

I had seen Ben Rector a few years back randomly for the first time and his performance moved me. This performance was also amazing. He is not only extremely talented but his voice live is even better than it is recorded! You can't say that about to many other artist these days. His interaction with the crowd was also nice. He was funny and unpredictable and that brought a wonderful element to the show. If you ever get a chance to catch one of his shows don't miss it! You won't be disappointed!

The lights behind the musicians were super bright and were constantly flashing and shining in the audiences eyes. I am in my 30's and wish I was wearing sunglasses. That was my only complaint.

I was recently introduced to Ben's music by my son and I am now a definite fan. His show was entertaining, his songs are the kind you can hold on to sing to yourself. He does a great job of creating emotion with the audience which to me is the hallmark of a great entertainer.

Ben Rector is an incredible performer. This isn't the first time I've seen him live, and it hopefully won't be the last. His voice is even better live than recorded, his band is very talented, and the whole atmosphere was positive. If I could go back and relive this show again and again, I would.

Ben was amazing as usual! The Criterion definitely has a few kinks to work out. Splitting people up in guys and girls lines made no sense, and sucked for groups and couples. Loved the venue itself though!

I discovered Ben Rector just about 3 years ago. I was so excited when I found out he was touring. The concert was Epic. He sounded excellent and his band was awesome. I would see him again in a heartbeat!!!

Amazing. Beautiful. Unforgettable. Delightful. But what else would you expect? This was my second time seeing Ben in concert and just as the last time, there is something about his performance that makes each fan feel like one of his buddies, long-time pals. Also, he does different arrangements than the album version of a lot of the songs and they are always creative and catchy and unique. Ben and his band's musicianship is simply remarkable and you can tell that they all love what they do. I would venture to say that his music is better (if possible) live than on the albums. The most amazing part of the concert was when he ended it with a dance party, but not just that; he came off stage and actually danced with the audience and I happened to be right in one of the pockets he stopped it to dance. No big deal or anything but Ben Rector and I made eye contact whilst jumping up and down to his music.
