I loved the line up that was not only American Punk Rock bands but also some from the UK. Each band had an amazing sound and show to go with it. The crowd got into the performances with moshing, crowd surffing, and singing along. The end of the tour pranks the bands played on each other made the show unforgetable!

EV always brings great energy to every show I've attended ( 6 years, every year!) his energy is always on point. His interaction with the crowd is unbelievable and he always stays after the show to greet his fans. His hometown shows in L.A (21+ preferably) are always the best! Don't miss out! P.S. his shows sell out quick so dont procrastinate! Oh yeaahh and I've performed with him =)

The concert was generally excellent: good music, the band and especially the battery was fine, Ceu with a sweet personality lived up to.

Finntroll

This was the first concert that I had legitimately wanted to attend without people inviting me or getting tickets for me. I both knew and liked all of Finntroll's songs so I could be fully vested in the performance. The first act began with Metsatoll, whom I had not heard of prior to their performance. They focused on playing traditional-themed symphonic metal along with one of their members constantly switching between several traditional instruments that were similar to a bagpipe, double flute, fiddle, and acoustic guitar. I was thoroughly impressed by their material and I have added them to my music repertoire. Blackguard, another band I did not know, came up next. I felt they turned up their speakers way too loud, so I was unable to actually hear their music. What I did hear sounded like generic screamo metal, which wasn't really my thing. The lead screamer was very energetic, which was fun to watch at least. Many people seemed to be at the show just for them, however, so I'm not too worried about it. Finntroll finally came up after some people went for a meet-and-greet. Their speakers were much lower than Blackguard's, which allowed the audience to hear all of the parts properly. The crowd was much more lively for this main event than it had be for the previous bands. There were several brief moshpits during some songs, often encouraged by the band, but the pits were localized and only lasted about one minute each so participation was completely optional. I really enjoyed seeing a band play that I regard as one of my favorites. If you have an opportunity to and enjoy the folk metal genre, I would highly recommend seeing Finntroll (and/or) Metsatoll play.

A great live band not many people seem to have heard of. If you haven't listened try them out. These guys are great in concert and the Theatre of Living Arts is a great venue. Intimate and right on top of the band. About 1000 people and the sound was amazing. These guys deserve more US recognition.

Easy fast entry, sat stage left...sound was great. Opening band sucked, but The Parlor Mob rocked The Basements foundation!!!!! Very memorable show, my daughter and I enjoyed it very much. Parlor Mob needs MORE MERCH! I would have spent lots of $ buying girls sized shirts with a smaller logo. I would have bought a signed LP...the line was HUGE! Thanks for a great time!

The change in venue to the Warfield was a great choice, we got in 30 min. earlier than the rest of the people. we were on the floor center left on the stage, during one song Ronnie leaned over to meet the croud, I got a high five!!!!!! Geezer was not feeling well and left right after the concert. I have never seen Toni smile so much, and he was in awsome form, Love to watch Vinnie play, he was awsome as well!! Black Lips

I've been to many many shows and this was my first time being able to finally see the black lips. The energy from the bands was great but the people really kicked it off as soon as the black lips came on stage. It was a great sight to see people creating an old school friendly kick ass pit, not one of those throwing punches BS pits. All in all it was an amazing show with great people and fantastic music.
