Eddie Santiago
EDDIE SANTIAGO IN CONCERT:From the "King of the Romantic Salsa" to "The Erotic King", Puerto Rican superstar Eddie Santiago has earned himself a bevvy of well-deserved nicknames over the years with his unique brand of seductive salsa. In person, it's easy to see why -- Santiago is the master of "romantic salsa", which incorporates romanticized lyrics and seductive whispers into his infectiously catchy songs. Today, he keeps the style alive in concert by delivering zealous sets that feature tight percussion and his trademark passion-fueled lyricism. With a crisp voice that spans an impressively large range, Santiago delivers updated versions of his classic hits, including "Lluvia" and "Me Fallaste", just as flawlessly as ever.

There s nothing to forgive! This was the perfect venue for a perfect concert. Brandi, Phil, and Tim can rock with the best of them, and their performance in Asheville was fantastic. They played all of the songs from the new album, but they seemingly played EVERY fan favorite from past albums as well! I have seen them play multiple times, and because they are SUCH great performers and their music speaks to me, I hope I have the opportunity to see them multiple times in the future!

This was a very good show. I had seen this group once before back in the early 80's when they opened for The Beach Boys on South Beach down in South Florida. They were great then and they have proven that nothing has changed since then. Should you ever have the chance to see this group and you remember a couple of their songs, I would recommend seeing them. It is worth every cent for the cost of a ticket to do so.

The 7pm show started at 8:12pm. Not good. Then, the sound was not balanced. This may have been partly due to the venue sound system. The keyboard was to low in the mix. Great bassist but you only heard half of what he played!! So, the overall sound only gets a three star rate. That being said, I've been a fan for many years so I enjoyed the players and the songs!

Everything was pretty awesome singers were great. The only thing I disliked was the seating was all the way in the back and my image was that it was like a concert and everyone had there individual seating.
